Spider-Man: Miles Morales Is Swinging In With Some New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Spider-Man New gameplay for Spider-Man: Miles Morales is here along with some other interesting tidbits for this Spider-Man outing As was to be expected during the big PS5 reveal, we have a whole lot of new gameplay for Spider-Man: Miles Morales before it lands on November 12th with the new console. That is not to say that it was not spectacular to look at, but just as we expected over here from Insomniac Games which did not disappoint. Before we dig into that, though, it looks like there is a bit more to all of this too as Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be available on the PS4 as well and there will be an Ultimate Launch edition of the game that will house the last title in the line all upgraded for the new console and with all the DLC mixed in. Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest Tries To Offer Up The Tabletop Freedom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of September 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Werewolf The next developer diary for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest explains how close to the Werewolf tabletop experience we might get Balancing the freedom of choice in Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest is going to be a huge task to tackle based on what we normally get in the tabletop version of the IP. This is always a tough thing to bring into the digital space based on games that generally are only limited by the imagination of the player. It is usually why we only see titles based on these kinds of IPs that give us a direct path to go down instead of a true branching one that is the norm. Read More...

There Are Some New Details Out There For Black Myth: Wukong
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Wukong We have some new intel for Black Myth: Wukong about how the game is being made and the various other things we can expect in Black Myth: Wukong After Black Myth: Wukong took the internet by storm, we all were left with a little bit to ponder on and speculate from based on what we had. It was a nice and beefy thirteen minutes of visuals and gameplay to take in but there was still a whole lot to be left to the imagination. It is kind of the way things go in the industry and we cannot always get an announcement to launch as we all like it. Thankfully, it looks like a bit more for Black Myth: Wukong is out there for us to take in and learn about for the game. Read More...

Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest Shares So Much With Other Games
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Werewolf The next developer diary for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest offers up a look at how the team is using their past to help build this Werewolf game It is easy to know that Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest is going to be linked into the greater universe that the World Of Darkness has set up. It kind of feels like it has to be that way as of late with how media has been going as of late, but this one has a long history that Different Tales is fully respecting. It also looks like this Werewolf will have a few other things in common with other IPs out there too. Read More...

by Duke Searles [ Friday, 4th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Mario Kart Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit is looking to bring Mario Kart into the real world with some new ways to race the cars It looks like we will soon be able to put some of those old Mario Kart debates to bed with the announcement of the upcoming Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit coming to us all on October 16th here. That would be the hope more or less with the new game from Nintendo, but I have a feeling it is only going to add more with how this one is changing things up. Not only will it be bringing us a new game to play, but it also is bringing the race into the real world with actual karts to race around instead of just in the virtual world. Read More...
