Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There goes another week of video games in the books and there was so much to cover it was a bit overwhelming. Kingdom Hearts The rumors are now confirmed as Kingdom Hearts III will have a Monsters Inc. world and we have new gameplay for Kingdom Hearts III to go along with the announcement Not too long ago there was a nice little rumor going around that Kingdom Hearts III was going to be getting Monsters Inc. as one of the worlds we would get to explore and play in. This was all due to a few "leaked" screenshots that were reported to come right from Square Enix's offices, but were never confirmed and left in the rumored state. Read More...

Kingdom Hearts A new batch of 'leaked' screenshots for Kingdom Hearts III are here and it looks like we have another new world coming to Kingdom Hearts III It looks like we all received an extra treat over the holidays here as we had a few more 'leaked' images for Kingdom Hearts III crop up on the internet and in this case, they show off a potential new world we are going to be exploring. I state potential as this is nothing that Square Enix has officially put out there and there is a slight chance that these could be faked, but they still look like the real deal if you ask me. Given that Kingdom Hearts III is still slated to hit the PS4 and Xbox One sometime in 2018, there is still plenty of time for the team to show off more potential worlds so if true I think we will get a solid confirmation at some point. Kingdom Hearts The next world for Kingdom Hearts III has been announced out at D23 and it looks like the Kingdom Hearts franchise is finally getting a Toy Story theme We were promised new footage for Kingdom Hearts III out of D23 over the weekend and that is just what we were given during the show. Not only given but also shown a whole lot of new game that Square Enix has been working as well as the story for the new world that we are not only getting in the game, but also for the first time in the franchise. As the above image has mostly likely spoiled, it looks like Kingdom Hearts III will be taking us into Andy's room to hang out with Woody and Buzz as we head off into the world of Toy Story. Kingdom Hearts A new Kingdom Hearts III trailer has been released out of the recent Kingdom Hearts Orchestra event that took place before E3 this year While Kingdom Hearts III may not have been highlighted at all on the E3 show floor, that doesn't mean that we didn't get something new for the game here during the week. Nothing like Square Enix having a small showing in a back room somewhere, at least not that I know of, but during one of their recent events they introduced us to another world making it back into the game as well as some familiar villains. Final Fantasy VII It looks like Final Fantasy VII Remake & Kingdom Hearts III might miss their projected 2017 release. Sorry Final Fantasy VII fans There are some rumors that have existed for ages. One of which is so old I don’t remember where I read it was that the third installment of Kingdom Hearts would be released in 2013. Final Fantasy The wait is over for Final Fantasy 7 Remake & Kingdom Hearts 3 screenshots but the wait for Final Fantasy 7 Remake still eludes all of us for 2017 The wait for Final Fantasy VII Remake still lingers on as it still looks like we won't be seeing it this year, but that is only in a final form as we have a few new screenshots for the game here. Kingdom Hearts It looks like more of Kingdom Hearts III's story has popped up and we'll be seeing even more worlds when Kingdom Hearts III comes to market If you've been chomping at the bit to get any kind of update for Kingdom Hearts III then you can take a break from that as it looks like a bit of the story has been spotted out there for us to dissect into. While this may not be officially out of Square Enix it does look like some text from the back of the Sora Play-Arts Kai box has a few little details on what we can expect to be going on in the next game. Kingdom Hearts The entire compilation of Kingdom Hearts is heading to the PS4 now as Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX has been announced for March 2017 I knew it was only a matter of time but it looks like Kingdom Hearts is finally making its way to the PS4 and not just Kingdom Hearts III. E3 2016 Can't Be At E3 2016 Or The Sony Press Conference? We Have You Covered With The Live Stream Straight From E3 2016 Not everything is going to be on the show floor of E3 2016 and because of that we have these huge press conferences and here we go with Sony's huge event just before the doors open for us all. Just as the games and announcements they have for E3 2016 not all of us will be able to be there on the show floor to see them as well. Kingdom Hearts 3 A new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 2.8 has been released only this time it houses more Kingdom Hearts 3 combat so we can see how the game is progressing The promise was made by Square Enix that we would see some new gameplay for Kingdom Hearts 3 last week and it looks like we finally had it. It was a bit later than most expected but now we can see a bit more on how the game is being developed as well as how we are going to be teaming up without favorite Disney characters and Final Fantasy characters again in Kingdom Hearts 3. Although from the looks of this none of that has happened yet in Kingdom Hearts 3 for this footage as it is a very basic fight scene with lands and enemies we have seen time and time again in the Kingdom Hearts franchise. PlayStation At the sixth Paris Games Week PlayStation is having their first media briefing ever at the show to show off what we couldn't wait until the PlayStation Experience to see By the time you are reading this the first ever PlayStation media briefing at the Paris Games Week will be underway and all of the new games and hardware that Sony wants to show off for PlayStation will be starting to make their way out there.
