by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of July 2024 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just as we thought, this was going to be a wild week for video games even if it was going to be a bit on the slower side. Slower in terms of massive announcements after the big push not too long ago and that the holiday in the States would cause some other issues. Thankfully, We had some fun for Dead Rising, Anger Foot, and A Quiet Place drop on us all. Along with a whole lot of other fun for Marvel Rivals before we, most likely, will get some other updates during SDCC this year. Read More...

Mare Will Be Taking Flight Over On The PS VR2 This Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of July 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
Mare The VR fun of Mare will be making the flight over on the PS VR2 so more can experience what Mare had to offer up If you had to miss out on the original release of Mare for the PC VR headset and only have the PS VR2 headset, then get ready to give it a chance later in the year. Yes, it looks as if Lonekite Games is bringing the title over there after such a long time from the first launch. Not a terrible thing but it does feel like those looking to experience a game from the point-of-view of an artificial bird will have their shot soon. As if birds were not already artificial anyway… That is a topic for another day. Read More...

Funko Fusion Will Be Dropping In Some Team Fortress 2 When It Launches
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of July 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
Funko Fusion Those getting Funko Fusion on the PC will get some extra characters in the mix of Funko Fusion from Team Fortress 2 Some of us were hoping we would see things like this for Funko Fusion and others, not so much, but it looks like we are starting to get some of those exclusives set up for the game. Not that the IP is unfamiliar with exclusives, though some did not think that 10:10 Games was going to do it here. All of that aside, those looking to get Funko Fusion on the PC via Steam will have some fun new and free things to play with. Read More...

One More Early Days Story Is Coming With A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of July 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place A slight bit of the story for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead is here to show a different perspective of the fall in A Quiet Place Just on the heels of the latest movie that dabbles in the start of the fall of man, A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead is here to give us a bit more of that story and show a different side of things. Well, more than the story that Stormind Games is working on tells the start of the apocalypse from a different character's point of view and still continues forward. About as to be expected here, but not a bad deal for what Saber Interactive is going to gear up with this title in the A Quiet Place universe. Read More...

Transformers: Galactic Trials Is Announced & Bringing Us More To Experience In The IP
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of July 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
Transformers More Transformers fun is on the way to us all with the recent announcement for Transformers: Galactic Trials The war between the Autobots and Decepticons is waging further on with the new announcement for Transformers: Galactic Trials. This would be the next title in the line that 3DClouds and Outright Games is pumping out to us to keep the cars rolling on and us further glued to our gaming systems with the nostalgia of it all. As long as you can hold out until October 11th when the game lands on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. A bit of a wait to have, sure, but given that Transformers: Galactic Trials is going to try to give us something new for the IP, it might be fully worth all of that. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of July 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
MultiVersus The next fighter for MultiVersus is getting uploaded with Agent Smith on the way to make MultiVersus unstable again The character was teased before and on July 8th, we will finally get Agent Smith in the mix of MultiVersus out there. Another in the vast Warner Bros. list of IP characters making their way into the game and Player First Games has offered up a bit of a look at the character a week before they join in. A fun little thing as we gear up to see the many Smiths fight it out for MultiVersus to see who can fully take over the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Would that not be a fun thing to see? Read More...

This Week In Video Games 6/24/24 — 6/28/24
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of June 2024 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just when we thought things might have slowed down after all of the video games announced and updated recently, we had another full week. A little on the slower side, but still a full one. I have a feeling that is to further build up to SDCC in the coming month along with making sure Terminator: Survivors and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 are getting the correct highlight as they deserve. All while giving us more for Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed and our review of Capes to be able to join the mix of the video games out there too. Read More...

Damned 2 Is On Its Way To Allow More Of Us To Become The Monster Inside
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of June 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
Damned A sequel to Damned is on the way with Damned 2 offering up a bit more gameplay out of the gamescom latam event Another asymmetrical multiplayer title is on the way with Damned 2 getting a new showcasing during the gamescom latam event going down. A new way for us to experience some horror in the world on the PC from 9heads Games Studios, so hopefully you have not been burnt out on that genre as of yet. If you have, maybe Damned 2 will offer up something new for you as it is not based on any specific IP and could be able to branch out further than the others. All while keeping players working together and trying to outfox the monster that we all know is lurking inside. Read More...

Pneumata Haunts Us With More Before The Summer Launch Of The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of June 2024 - 05:00 PM ]
Pneumata New gameplay for Pneumata is out here with a look at more of the terror Pneumata will give us to beat the heat Things keep on creeping out there for Pneumata and here we go with a little more to get us ready for its release. A release that is still coming at some point during the Summer for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC from Deadbolt Interactive and Perp Games. While we are still waiting to get that release date set down, and after another of the many "live streams" that have gone down, we have some new footage for Pneumata to give us more of the intensity. Not just from the frights but also in the way we are going to need to be fighting back from these things or people in the mix. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 6/17/24 — 6/21/24
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of June 2024 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That is a wrap on this week and the various video games we had to cover in the mix. There were still so many we were not able to get to with the flood of announcements still coming out, but we did what we could. We had a lot for Funko Fusion, more for Zoochosis, and then the little things for Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater and Assassin’s Creed Shadows too. We also had a chance to slip in one of those reviews for one of the latest video games out there with V Rising. Read More...

Blast Into Some Of The New Gameplay We Have For Funko Fusion
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 18th of June 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
Funko A lot of new gameplay for Funko Fusion is out there to let us see how many of our favorite Funko characters will function In the mix of all of the craziness we have had for our video games, we might have missed out on some solid gameplay for Funko Fusion that was dropped out there. Thankfully, during the Nintendo Direct and a few other things, 10:10 Games has made sure we all get to see this new gameplay well before the September 13th release date for the game. All so we can get better used to seeing more of the Funko figures running around on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC while not just cluttering up our walls and shelves out there. They are still going to do that, but we can also let the darker fantasies start to play out too. Read More...

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead Is Coming To Place Us Further Into This Universe
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of June 2024 - 07:00 PM ]
A Quiet Place A new game based on A Quiet Place is on the way with the full announcement we have for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead It felt like it was only a matter of time until we had a video game set in the universe of A Quiet Place and that time is now. Well, it will be at some point during 2024 with the announcement that Stormind Games and Saber Interactive are working on a title for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A title that will be missing the release of the new film, but thankfully only shares the universe and does not seem to be one of those dreaded adaptation games. Here we go with the announcement for A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead to see if the IP is as suited for the video game world as many think it should be. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 6/10/24 — 6/14/24
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of June 2024 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just as we assumed, this was a crazy-filled week for video games after all of the massive events that took place over the weekend. Massive events that really did not do much more than to sell us on some titles and not really show them off. Thankfully, we were able to dig up some good gameplay for Star Wars Outlaws and Assassin’s Creed Shadows in the mix. Also, a bit more for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 and a great look at DOOM: The Dark Ages too. Read More...
