Ten More Guitar Hero Live Tracks Have Been Revealed To Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of September 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
There have been ten more tracks added to the ever growing list of Guitar Hero Live songs that will be playable when Guitar Hero Live officially launches There is still over a month before Guitar Hero Live hits homes around the world. October 20th will creep up on us like a bad burrito and we'll be jamming out to all the songs that FreeStyleGames could cram into Guitar Hero Live's disc. Of course this will be expanded based on all of the other options Activision is forcing into Guitar Hero Live to make sure we have a well-rounded set list of songs but we'll focus completely on the disc list as that will be available for all who purchase Guitar Hero Live no matter what. At least that is the hope… With that said it looks like we have ten more tracks added into the list here for Guitar Hero Live. Read More...

A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This has really been the week of video games and their collector's editions hasn't it? If you don't believe me you can have a look at the Uncharted 4, Street Fighter V, and Deus Ex collector's editions that we had the pleasure of seeing this week. Also a Resident Evil one of sorts for the new HD remasters but those aren't true collector's editions. Read More...

It looks like Rocksteady Games has finally been able to get that patch together to fix some of the issues that plagued Batman: Arkham Knight and Warner Bros. have released it out in the wild. At least released it out for those who have already purchased Batman: Arkham Knight as it makes the game 'playable' by PC gamer standards and there is a lot more to go until it is available again for purchase on Steam. New DLC Characters On The For Mortal Kombat X In 2016
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
It has been announced, officially, that there will be another set of characters coming to Mortal Kombat X but it looks like we will have to wait until 2016 for them You would be lying to yourself if you though that the first Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat X was going to be the end of the new characters joining the roster of the game. Even the last Mortal Kombat title before this one had multiple new characters added over time by NetherRealm Studios and that was when DLC wasn't as easy to add in as it is on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC now. Okay, it most likely was but this is Mortal Kombat X and one of the largest titles the studio has put out to date. Read More...

The Merc' With The Mouth, Deadpool, Is Hitting Next Gen Systems
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
It has been announced that Deadpool will be making the leap from the PS3 and 360 to the PS4 and Xbox One this November bringing all of the Deadpool goodness with him Talk about a "remaster" of sorts coming out of nowhere as Deadpool is coming to the PS4 and Xbox One almost two years after it hit the PS3 and Xbox 360. This would be the High Moon Studios game that came out in 2013 that also had a lot of mixed reviews based on the titular character Deadpool. I am sure that Activision isn't doing this because of the most likely success of the Marvel franchise recently and the new film on the way. Read More...

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Release Date Revealed & Augmentation Begins
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of August 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
The official global release date for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been revealed as well as a new way to alter your pre-order of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Add yet another title to the February 2016 release schedule as Deus Ex: Mankind Divided now has an official release date for February 23rd of 2016 on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That is also a world wide release date at that as Square Enix has written it in soft stone. I say soft stone here as it looks like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided may still get a release date change only this time it won't be based on Eidos Montreal needing time but more in line of how many of us out there actually pre-order Deus Ex: Mankind Divided earlier than said date. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
New gameplay and a release window for Final Fantasy XV have been given to us all out of PAX and it looks like Final Fantasy XV will be hitting in 2016 If for some reason there was any doubt that Final Fantasy XV was going to be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One in 2016 then you can set that to rest now. During PAX Prime it was announced that Final Fantasy XV was indeed coming sometime in 2016 and that we will know an exact date sometime in March of that year. New Hitman Gameplay To See That Brings Down The House
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of August 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Official gameplay for Hitman has been shown off and released into the wild to show us all how far the new Hitman title has progressed to We've seen plenty of Hitman footage "leaked" out by those testing the alpha build of the game. It never looked to eye-poppingly amazing before as it was always someone who doesn't know how to play Hitman, from the looks of the gameplay, as well as people with PCs that could barely seem to run the game. To fix this issue for all of us looking forward to Hitman on December 8th it looks like Io Interactive has taken it upon themselves to give us a real play through of the same area we've seen leaked and not plugged up by Square Enix to date. All of which right out of PAX over the weekend so we know it is as fresh as they can make for now. Read More...

A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This week in video games in now in a wrap and we can all focus on bigger and better things. Like PAX Prime or actually playing some of those video games that we heard or know about now. All Of Those Just Cause 3 Destructibles Have Been Handled With Care
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of August 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
A new developer diary for Just Cause 3 has been released to show off how the team is getting all of those destructibles in Just Cause 3 just right We've all seen how destructible Just Cause 3's world and objects are going to be. We have and it is what we expect for the next gen title and the Just Cause franchise up to now. We know it and so does Avalanche Studios as they too have been taking great care to make everything in Just Cause 3 explode, decay, evaporate, or any other synonym for destroy, look just about right. Granted it isn't always going to be the most real world physics based kind of destructible but Just Cause 3 is a video game so it will make it look just right for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC universes that we will play in.
