Resident Evil A new look at Resident Evil happened at SDCC this year, along with a fun Resident Evil fan scavenger hunt in Raccoon City We knew that there would be a panel out there for the upcoming Resident Evil movie during SDCC 2026, and the team did not let us all down. With the film hitting theaters on September 18th, and the ride that Zach Cregger has been on with films, this one needed to show the fans just what they were going to be getting into. Gods, does it all deliver and look to be one of the scariest Resident Evil films to date. Not just with the latest trailer for the film, but also some of the behind-the-scenes conversations we had with the director during the panel, and then the fun little off-site event that had fans running around a small section of Raccoon City trying to find all of the resources to survive.
