Especially when Cryptic Studios is making it so easy for you to get in. Well easy if you are also eager to get on and play Champions Online and willing to pay for a minimum of six months of time in the game. Teasing with a nice little showing of the two cute girls wandering about the fantasy lands. That is until Red breaks out the chainsaw and White gets wicked with an axe. Sunday: The Day of Rest...Kind of Given that this day should have been the lazy day, not Saturday, it is no surprise that the final day was even more lazy with a little bit of violence mixed in. Even though it was the day with the least going on, as has always been the case. But it did lead to a few interesting lessons learned about humans. They'll do anything for free stuff and most won't back up big talk when their bluff is called. It almost seems like they really did have an invasion of tribbles that somehow mingled with their screen shots and just kept multiplying. They have gone from releasing just a few shots with numbers of around 6 to the 53 that you will see below. Comic Con Issue #2

Friday: XBox and PlayStation Day After fixing the few technical issues with Issue #1, we move onto the next day. A day dedicated primarily to what two of the largest companies and platforms brought to show off the gaming world. PlayStation and Xbox in case you couldn't figure it out. For some reason Nintendo was completely void of the con, outside of the companies showing off Wii and DS games they have coming out. But that's not the point here. We got to see a few things, meet a few celebrities, as well as end the night hanging with some of The Guild actors, Sony Hardware people, and the guys from the Totally Rad Show. Read More...

Brütal Legend Take Two As you may have known if you follow Corey or myself on Twitter at all, you would have seen how mush the PR train was rolling at Comic Con this year. It was Huge! But it wasn't just about the free stuff they were giving out or events they were putting on. They also had an updated version of the demo for this game. Dante's Inferno So at E3 this year, we were all given some great teases as to what to expect for Dante's Inferno from EA. All in the form of an extended trailer and a little bit of watching the designers play through a level showing off their game. No solid hands on experience, but it was still a great sight to see. Pro gamers' league signs big deal with Electronic Arts Another blow to your mom's nagging about how video games will never get you any where just flew onto the scene. EA and Major League Gaming have just penned and signed a new deal hooking up EA as a major sponsor for their gaming tournaments. Something that will totally draw more than their average 600,000 people they get now and 5000 to 7000 that show to the live events. Not to mention to bring some big pull with EA Sports and other franchises under their belt now being added to the list of titles to be played for cash and prizes.
