The final version of Layers Of Fear is out there on the Switch for many more gamers to see the horrors of Layers Of Fear The holiday season can officially start now, as Layers Of Fear: Final Masterpiece Edition has landed on the Switch 2. A solid little collection of all of the titles and DLC that Bloober Team has out there for the IP, and a solid way to escape the horrors of the season with the horrors of the video game world. Those horrors are, at least, a little easier to handle and navigate. In my opinion, for sure, but I am certain many others have the same feeling. Read More...

Learn more about the new Invincible character, Elle Mental, as we dive deeper into the world of Invincible VS While Elle Mental was put on display when we had the release date for Invincible VS, that is still April 30th, 2026, we did not have much else go on for the character. She is a new one made just for the game with all of the input from Skybound Games to help shape her, but we learned nothing much beyond that. Maybe some moves and that she will bring more of the power of the elements to the matches, but nothing in terms of who she is within the Invincible universe. Given that the graphic novel's creators were all on board with the first appearance being on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, this is going to be her big debut, so it is time to dive deep into the character and see a whole lot more gameplay to help shape her up. New DLC for Painkiller is out there and it is offering up a bit more of the Metal feel to everything in Painkiller As if Painkiller was not already heavy metal from the start, it looks like things are getting even heavier with the latest bit of DLC that is now out there for the game on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A new update from Anshar Studios and 3D Realms to pull us back into the game, while also offering up some major content for the game. More than just the cosmetics coming to the weapons and characters in Painkiller, but some new things to play with and modes to run through. Read More...

A new developer diary for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival is out there to help us show how Hellraiser is finally coming to video games One of the more interesting updates we had that was not part of The Game Awards this year had to be from Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival. Almost as if the award show was even afraid to touch the topic of the game. Yet Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games carry it all onward to make sure we know what is going on. Perhaps it is due to the graphic nature of the Hellraiser IP, and the awards show did not want to risk losing any of that ad revenue, so they played it safe for themselves while keeping gamers in the dark about it. A new bizarre game, Stupid Never Dies, has been announced and Stupid Never Dies looks to offer up something new for us all It was stated during The Game Awards that GPTRACK50 was setting out to give us all a world and game that we have never seen before, and here we are with Stupid Never Dies. While the title is a bit on point with how many feel about the world, try not to take it at face value, as I am sure you will be wrong. Especially since this is a third-person melee title aiming to hit the PS5 and PC in the future, where we play as a timid zombie at the bottom rung of monster society. Read More...

The world of Control is getting even stranger, with the announcement that we have for Control Resonant coming soon The FBC is back, again, with the latest announcement we have from The Game Awards this year, as Control Resonant is on the way to us in 2026. This is the next in the bigger story that Remedy is telling over all of their games on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A direct sequel to Control and the other bits of story that have gone down in this universe of titles, and one that will not be following one of the main characters we have seen so far. Even if it is one that we have seen to some degree, and followed along with someone close to them. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week has finally dragged itself over the finish line here, and we did end with a rather solid bit for all of our video games. The Game Awards usually does that since the powers that be helped to kill any of the usual conferences we used to have for their own glorification. Ignoring that, we did have a big update for Resident Evil Requiem, She’s Leaving, and Invincible VS out there. Along with many other video games that were not as big as the others, but still worth the time and effort from all of us. Read More...

All to be hit with the second punch that Skybound Games is getting Invincible VS ready to land on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this coming April 30th. Read More...

A blast from the Resident Evil of the past will be out there in the action of the upcoming Resident Evil Requiem When it comes to keeping secrets, it feels as if Capcom just cannot keep things under wraps, as The Game Awards confirmed the rumor that Leon was going to be in Resident Evil Requiem. Not just in the game when it launches on February 27th for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC, but he will be one of the main characters we will need to play in the game. Yes, Resident Evil Requiem will have the dual protagonist system that we have seen in a few of the games from the past. Read More...

More updates for The Alters is out there, and it gives us much more to add into The Alters to experience out there Just when you thought we were all done playing all by myselves out there with The Alters, we now have more reasons to head back into the game and experience what is going on out there. It took most of the year, but as of right now, 11 Bit Studios has dropped a major update for the game. An update that is also, more importantly, free for all who have The Alters on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Read More...

A new look at the locomotion coming to High On Life 2 is here, with a skateboard getting added into the roster of things in High On Life 2 The time has finally made it here, and we have a look at the new form of locomotion that is coming in High On Life 2. We had a jetpack and various other bits before, but for this go, Squanch Games is giving us all a skateboard to ride around on. Not just as a fun way to get around, but rather fits the look and feel of the IP. In fact, this new addition for High On Life 2 will give us so much more. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week is over, and we had just as many fun new things in the world of video games as we always have. A little more on the indie side again, but I am sure that is due to some of the bigger announcements being held for the upcoming Game Awards. Although that does not mean we should not be paying attention to such video games like Postal: Bullet Paradise, High On Life 2, or MARVEL Cosmic Invasion. In addition to all of the other AAA titles that had something to bring us while we were not watching the Five Nights At Freddy’s 2 movie. Read More...

We sit down and review Five Nights At Freddy’s 2. The next film in the line of killer animatronics is finally here. Here is our review of the Five Nights At Freddy’s 2 movie The next chapter of the FNaF IP is out there, as Five Nights At Freddy’s 2 has hit theaters to keep the story flowing out there. Given how popular the IP is and how much they made with the last film, Blumhouse would have been insane not to try and give the fans another experience. Not that they do not have so much Five Nights At Freddy’s content out there in the wild already. Read More...

New gameplay for Rogue Point is finally out there, with a look at more of the co-op gameplay Rogue Point will offer It is now time that we learn just WTF is Rogue Point after waiting so long for any kind of update. Not a slight at Crowbar Collective as they work on it, or Team17 for not getting anything out there to help hype the game up. This is more of a WTF, so we can figure out what we will be playing in Rogue Point when it does finally hit the PC out there. Well, beyond the fact that we all know it is a first-person co-op shooter title. Read More...
