So the meta-game starts now for us as we try to piece together the most difficult case every; solving anything new for a game about solving your own murder. Read More…

Miss Flappy Bird? Make Your Own Version Instead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of February 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
If you missed out on the Flappy Bird craze or something the like, Code.org has a way for you to make your own version The Flappy Bird craze is something I missed before it went away. I'll be honest there. Also to be honest, I don't get why it was so insanely popular outside of the oddness or nostalgia of things being able to get most people to latch on to something. I could be right or I could be right. In either instance, all of you out there who also missed out or just plain miss Flappy Bird on your mobile there is a way to get it back as well as make the improvements you might have wanted. Get Acquainted With The New Batman: Arkham Origins DLC - Cold, Cold Heart
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of February 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
There is a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Batman: Arkham Origins DLC titled Cold, Cold Heart. This is Mr. Freeze story DLC! By now most of us have enjoyed Batman: Arkham Origins and maybe some of the DLC challenge maps. Yes, Initiation was kind of a story DLC but it was really just a bunch of challenge maps in a story frame and not actually just story DLC. I am moving off the main topic here though as we have a teaser of the new story-based campaign DLC: Cold, Cold Heart. The main focus there is the term campaign. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of February 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
New story DLC for Outlast coming in April that will expand upon the beginning and ending of the game titled Outlast: Whistleblower. Just in case you haven't crapped or pissed your pants enough playing Outlast, Red Barrels Games has just announced new story DLC, titled Outlast: Whistleblower, to expand the world and the horror. At first thoughts I have a few reservations about having story DLC added on so soon, at least in the PS4 realm, but why don't we take a look at what Red Barrels has stated the Outlast: Whistleblower DLC is all about. I've added it below for your viewing ease as well. Read More…

New Details 'Leaked' For Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of February 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
Konami tried to 'leak' information about Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, but can they really 'leak' the information? Usually when you hear about video game news leaking it is due to someone who pirated or downloaded something about the game that the PR reps, publishers, or developers didn't want in the wild yet. That is not the case this time with Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. At least if the PR email that I was sent as anything to say about it. Read More…

South Park The Stick Of Truth Gets Even More Censorship
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of February 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
South Park The Stick Of Truth is hit with further censorship. This time in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. What is being taken out? It's games like South Park The Stick Of Truth that make me happy to live in a country that doesn't openly censor entertainment content. I won't go down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories about that in the US but on a whole it isn't done as much as it seems to happen outside. Personally it is a little shocking what makes it in this nation of prudes but not other, more open cultures but it would seem that in this case we in the US are okay with anal probing as a whole. Jesting and personal views aside, below we have a lift of scenes that have had about 20 second edits to the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of South Park The Stick Of Truth in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Dean Hall Is Leaving Bohemia Interactive And DayZ
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Tuesday, 25th of February 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
Dean Hall is leaving Bohemia Interactive and moving on to other things. What does this mean for DayZ? Dean Hall announced today over on Eurogamer that he is leaving Bohemia Interactive to start up another studio in New Zealand. Dan is currently known as the creator of DayZ which has become a gaming phenomenon in the last couple of years. With the game in its alpha stage of development, and many playing through early access on Steam, one certainly has to wonder what will happen to DayZ. Although, he assures us that development will continue and that they hope to make a lot of progress before the year is up. Read More…

If You Thought Zombies Were Bad, Wait Until Evolve
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 24th of February 2014 - 06:02 PM ]
It is time to "Evolve." From the creators of Left 4 Dead comes an exciting new first and third-person shooter; Evolve. One might ask: how can a game be both? Well in first-person mode three other players and you team up to take down a monster, while the other person controls the monster from a third-person perspective. Some of these monsters look absolutely terrifying. My favorite monster so far is a 30 foot tall snarling beast with spikes. Read More…

Basement Crawl Is Finally Crawling Out With A New Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of February 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
Basement Crawl has a new release date and a few new screen shots to make up for the previously missed date. Last month I reported on the release date for Basement Crawl. Originally it was slated for a release at the end of January. Well January came and went and still we PS4 owners do not see Basement Crawl available for download.
