Star Wars We are going to get to become a new legend in the Star Wars if we are able to speed our way to the end of Star Wars: Galactic Racer If you thought that Star Wars: Galactic Racer was just going to be all racing and no story, well, you're going to be shown why you are wrong about all of that. It does look as if Fuse Games and Secret Mode have opted to make sure this is not just a game about racing, but something that will add to the overall story and lore of the universe. Star Wars The gameplay for Star Wars Zero Company takes center stage, as we finally get to see a bit of how Star Wars Zero Company will handle It looks as if every move we make in Star Wars Zero Company needs to count, as long as we want to master the gameplay that will be heading our way. That feels a bit like a given, but it's something that Bit Reactor and Respawn Entertainment are hammering home in the latest gameplay we have to look at. Since Star Wars Zero Company does land on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this August 27th, I'd venture a guess it will be good to know what is on the way. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Even as I am writing this little update, the week is still going strong, and so many video games are getting announced and revealed out there. Partially, as the Summer Game Fest continues on, along with the IGN Live event that will go down over the weekend. Modern Warfare The reveal of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is here, and we have a new location this Modern Warfare will take us It is that time of year, again, and here we go with the announcement for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. The next of the main game reveals for the IP with Infinity Ward behind the wheel of it all. One of the better versions of the IP, in my opinion, and it looks as if they are striving to keep that a constant out there. God Of War The next part of the God Of War saga has been revealed, with loads of new gameplay for God Of War Laufey It feels like we all knew it was coming, but it still hit so hard with the announcement, reveal, and gameplay we now have for God Of War Laufey. The next title in the saga that Santa Monica Studio is working on, and as the title tells us, it will be a story all about Faye. Not a backstory, specifically, but what happened to her after the scene that we had in the 2018 title. It has been eight years, but I am still not going to spoil it for those who have not had a chance to experience all that God Of War has up to now. Read More...

Darksiders The Darksiders ride on, with the PS5 & Xbox Series launch for the Darksiders Warmastered Edition War rides again… again… and again… with the launch of the Darksiders Warmastered Edition on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. This now brings this version of the game to pretty much every platform that THQ Nordic has the original title on now. A title that I'll still list as one of the top ones out there from a third-party publisher when it comes to all of the consoles. All so we can introduce a whole new wave of gamers to the Darksiders IP before we get the fourth title down the line. Read More...

Hollowbody A release date for Hollowbody on the consoles is now set, with Hollowbody landing there this coming June It might have taken a bit of time, but the tech-noir survival horror title, Hollowbody, is now on the way to the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S after a solid run on the PC. A solid two-year run there before Headware Games was able to get it to make the jump over to the other platforms. That does mean, though, that we're going to have all manner of updates and additions added into Hollowbody from where it first started. The Sinking City The first look at the gameplay for The Sinking City 2 is here, and it looks to advance all we knew from The Sinking City After what felt like so much silence for The Sinking City 2, we are finally here to see some of the true gameplay we can expect in the game. Not that Frogwares has been completely silent about it all, but there has yet to be anything more than the pre-rendered cinematic to let us know that this sequel is in the works. Not even a little bit on how, or if, they were going to change much from the formula that seemed to work in The Sinking City the first time around. Star Wars The Star Wars universe is racing further into our homes this October with the release date for Star Wars: Galactic Racer The engines are starting to gear up, as we now have a solid release date for Star Wars: Galactic Racer on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. While it might not be the title so many fans have been wanting the galaxy so far away, it is what Fuse Games and Secret Mode have been working on to bring us some of the races that we experienced back in the day. Not to mention, we did get to go through a few of them in the Star Wars films before, and the nostalgia of all of that does sell. Mortal Kombat The Mortal Kombat universe is about to expand more, as we have one more teaser for Mortal Kombat II before it hits theaters In just a week, on May 8th, we are all going to get to fucking go with Mortal Kombat II finally hitting theaters out there. A title that many have been waiting for, as it seems to be ditching the parts of the first film that didn't work, while bringing more from the games that fans have been waiting for. Obviously, the big one is Johnny Cage, with Karl Urban behind bringing the character to life. Darksiders The original saga of Darksiders rides forward to the modern systems with the new announcement for Darksiders Warmastered Edition The war carries on, with a new announcement for the Darksiders Warmastered Edition we have had so many times already. Given that we have a new title in the mix coming from THQ Nordic, it does make sense that we should have the original title of the game back out there again. The Boys The world of The Boys comes further to life with a new look at the gameplay coming in The Boys: Trigger Warning It is time to fly further into the depths of Vaught and check out the latest gameplay for The Boys: Trigger Warning. For those who can't wait until March 26th to experience it all live on the PSVR2 and Quest 3 VR headsets, that is. Or, for those who just want to see what ARVORE has been working on since we last saw any of the gameplay. All with ARVORE building the virtual space, all based on the TV show, bringing in some of the acting talent to help out, and placing us all in the virtual world to experience it all. Mortal Kombat The next film in the new Mortal Kombat line is coming soon, with a new release date out there for Mortal Kombat II in theaters The fight is on this coming May, as we have a new date that we can expect Mortal Kombat II to hit theaters. Only a few months after it was supposed to, but I am sure there's a great reason to push the release out a bit further. Beyond being able to market things more and make sure that it is going to live up to everything that Mortal Kombat fans have been waiting for. MÖRK BORG The tabletop game, MÖRK BORG, is still heading to the virtual space & here is some gameplay for MÖRK BORG Heresy Supreme A darker, heavy metal world is on the way to us with MÖRK BORG Heresy Supreme as Morbidware is bringing the tabletop game to life on the PC. This is not massive news, given that it was announced and successfully funded a bit ago. At least if you are one of the diehard fans of the game and have been watching ever since. What we do have, though, is some new gameplay to look at as it blends the world of MÖRK BORG into a side-scrolling, semi-procedural action RPG for us to survive. Read More...
