This Week In Video Games 3/31/25 — 4/4/25
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of April 2025 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This certainly was one week of video games out there to help distract us all from the horrors of the real world once again. Not only did we get to see new horrors like Finding Frankie and Amber Alert get some highlights, but we also were able to see something for Five Nights At Freddy’s 2 and the full announcement for the Nintendo Switch 2 in the mix of all of these video games out there. Even if it does look and sound like many are going to have to wait longer for that console to finally launch out there. Trade wars are going to make everyone suffer and it is not something I thought we would ever specifically need to see in the little subculture of the internet. Read More...

Five Nights At Freddy’s 2 The Movie Is Teasing Us All With New Locations
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of April 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Five Nights At Freddy’s The next film in the Five Nights At Freddy’s line is one the way and we have a new teaser to look at for the upcoming Five Nights At Freddy’s 2 In the wee hours of the night, for some, it looks as if the animatronics have crept out there and offered up a new teaser for the upcoming Five Nights At Freddy’s 2. This would be the film that Blumhouse is making based on the IP and not some new rehashing of the original video game with the same name. It can get tricky when translating all of an IP between multiple mediums and talking about them. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 3/24/25 — 3/28/25
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of March 2025 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week has finally come to an end and we can hopefully jump into some of those fun video games out there to unwind. I know I need to do that a bit more after the week, and thankfully, we have the likes of KARMA: The Dark World and Dollhouse: Behind The Broken Mirror as part of the list we can jump into. That will also help to hold us all over as we wait even longer for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 and Indiana Jones And The Great Circle to finally come out for many more gamers out there. All amazing things to look forward to and keep our eyes on as we head into the next week of video games out there and the other things next week will, sadly, bring… Next week holds April Fool's Day, so we are going to need to be ready to wade through any and all of the bullshit that is shown off for our video games in general. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of January 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
Universal Universal Studios is now kicking off the Universal Fan Fest Nights this coming April with tickets available right now The teasing and waiting is mostly over for those who were interested in the upcoming Universal Fan Fest Nights out at the Hollywood parks this year. This would be something similar to the Halloween Horror Nights that we have seen and experienced in the past, only that this time Universal Studios will be gearing up for less horror-themed experiences for a month or so. It is still an after-hours event that is going on just with the likes of Back To The Future, Star Trek, One Piece, and Dungeons & Dragons getting the highlight over the traditional horror IPs that the other event has. That and this is more of a celebration for the fans instead. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go ending another week and one that certainly had some other focuses than video games out there. Part of the newer goal we had over the last year was to branch out, even if some of the news did go back to Outlast. We had a successful Halloween Horror Nights and got to show off the Universal Horror Unleashed that is on the way to Las Vegas next year. Along with a new update for Bloodlines 2 that I was sure that many did not think we were going to get. Read More...

Hela Is Announced To Take Us On A Cozy Adventure As A Witches Familiar
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 4th of September 2024 - 09:00 PM ]
Hela The announcement of Hela is out there to show us a weird adventure that some mice will go on in this weird world of Hela Gamers sure do like playing as anthropomorphic animals in their video games and we have one more entry into the list with Hela getting that announcement. A new title on the way from Windup and Knights Peak for the PC that lets us all play as a mouse. A bit different than all of the cat video games we have had and the coming dog ones, only this one leans more into the Scandinavian side of things instead of the meme things. As long as Hela keeps to the witchy aspects of stuff and keeps the fun platforming to a fun and charming side of things. Read More...
