by Corey Dockendorf [ Thursday, 16th of July 2009 - 03:20 PM ]
Here it is folks. Finally the second iPhone app, probably most waited for, has been released for World of Warcraft. The World of Warcraft mobile Armory. This wonderful app will finally allow players to view character information (gear, achievements, specs..etc), talent calculators, item browser, in-game calendars, glyphs, guild listings, arena team status and much much more. The program is incredibly fast and very easy on the eyes. Its a great way to customize talent specs and just keep an eye out on whats happening in the guild no matter where you are. Read More...

Peggle: World of Warcraft
by Binh Nguyen [ Wednesday, 8th of July 2009 - 04:31 PM ]
Isn't there a add-on for Peggle to begin with? I believe there is.... *goes and log-on to his WoW account to make sure* ...yeah there is. So why is this so important? Well it's because its not an add-on but an actual game outside of World of Warcraft. 10 World of Warcraft stages for all your Peggle goodness. This includes backgrounds from Blizzard artists, compete against a friend or PC in Duel mode, Quick Play levels anytime you want to hone your Peggle skills, and add to your Peggle Master rank with super-extra-hard challenges. WoW Turncoats On The Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of June 2009 - 04:33 PM ]
WoW Faction-Change Service in the Works When I first started playing World of Warcraft, I chose the Horde side of things. Big surprise with the Horde having undead huh? But, all of the real world people I knew who played loved the Alliance side of things for some reason. Which left me either having to worry about leveling two toons, forcing them to try Horde, or giving in and being bored with the Alliance. Didn't make it good for my continuation of the game. Things may be changing now. Read More...

Lich King Hand Crafted Beer Steins When it comes to World of Warcraft, every NerdHard-core player likes to try and one up each other by getting some of the coolest gear, drops, pets, or whatever. Something to gloat over each other and say look how awesome I am in this virtual world. Don't deny it WoW addicts. You know you've done it. You most likely even went as far as getting armor and/or weapons that look like your toon's. Read More...

Well, folks. It's hard to find time to write with everything going-on, especially when I'm responsible for other things! There's a lot happening in the gaming world; from the wtf to the omfg to the lmfao, there's obviously a lot of deets to dish on. Whether the news is piping hot or it's been around the block a few times like a fine whore, I hope I can give you a little insight into the realm of the gossiping moms, noobs, updates, etc etc.Taurens don't ride raptors 1Well, they do now. That's right, with the release of the new WoW patch, race isn't an issue when selecting a mount. Read More...

With Major 'WOW Killer's' Age of Conan and Warhammer Online, Blizzard's World of Warcraft Cannot Possibly Thrive
by Robert [ Tuesday, 28th of October 2008 - 08:33 PM ]
Fun Fact: World of Warcraft's player subscription base is equal to Ohio's population according to the 2007 census estimates. Even before the release of next major expansion Wrath of the Lich King, Blizzard has much to brag about. After Age of Conan and WAR Online both have released and Blizzard still holds a strong grasp over the MMORPG market, an ever-growing gaming scene, and has now reached a player base of 11 million strong.   Quoted from Blizzard: IRVINE, Calif. - October 28, 2008 - Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. The New Warcraft Experience!! ... I Mean Patch 3.02
by Robert [ Wednesday, 15th of October 2008 - 02:21 PM ]
Yesterday the final major patch for World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade was released, meaning Wrath of the Lich King is almost here. Just like pre-BC, Blizzard decided to release a major patch of content to ease the stress of all the new content before the release of the expansion. With patch 3.02 came new spells, new talents, and tons and tons and tons (and I mean TONS) of new utilities. One of the major additions to patch 3.02 was the Achievement System, and I must say I'm pretty impressed. Read More...

World Of Warcraft, Control An Army of Your Own!
by Robert [ Tuesday, 14th of October 2008 - 05:55 PM ]
Sometimes partying with a few people in World of Warcraft can be frustrating, how can you convince 4 other people to do what you want? This problem was solved by a unique fad in World of Warcraft called multi-boxing. When you are a multi-boxer, you spend lots of money and time to level up more than one character (usually around 3-4) and set up your PC to control all characters at once. A lot of the fan base feels this is cheating, others praise the skill involved, and Blizzard turns a blind eye, stating that they consider it legitimate. Well, World of Warcraft player Bradster has decided that he is sick of trying to convince 40 other people to join a raid with him and attack faction cities, Bradster has decided to take multi-boxing to a new level, controlling a total of 36 characters at once (all shaman). Zero To Hero In No Time Flat
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of September 2008 - 08:02 PM ]
1-60 in 20 minutes Ok, so at first when I read about the new WoW level a friend thing, I kind of thought that the day of traditional PLing had gone away. This is true and false after further reading, like 8 or 9 times to get what they were trying to get at. Which is cool, but not all that cool. Pretty much, any new player you refer to the game, they can grant a free level for every two they gain themselves. That is, new player is level 2, can give 1 level to a character of the person that recruited them, as long as the person gaining is lower level. So pretty much, the old player can take the new player out to level up to 60. Read More...

WoW, Another Eye Popping Opening Video
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 21st of August 2008 - 07:43 PM ]
Wrath of the Lich King Opening Sequence So for you people who are WoW-aholics, here is yet one more little thing to wet your whistle for the new expansion release. The opening cinematic for the expansion. Let me say, like all the others, it is beautiful. It has me more than pumped for this new expansion. The only thing I have to fault it on is that there still is no gnomes in their cinematics. Except if you look close in the undead army scene. Read More...

BlizzCon Sold Out in Minutes.
by Robert [ Wednesday, 13th of August 2008 - 06:38 PM ]
BlizzCon tickets sold out in minutes after Blizzard was finally able to put them up for sale. Later in the day Blizzard put a small reserve of tickets up for sale which were also sold out immediately (and I mean immediately). I would have loved to go to BlizzCon but the expenses are pretty high. $100 per ticket, plane ticket costs, hotel, goodies, etc... it would have been quite the piggy bank eater.   I know a lot of my friends didn't get tickets who were all looking forward to going, but alias they seem to begoing to LA still to get drunk and hang out with long-time guildies.
