Watch Dogs 2 While at E3 I was able to see Watch Dogs 2 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Watch Dogs 2 One of the worst kept secrets of E3, Watch Dogs 2, was fully revealed and then shown off again on the show floor. Thankfully instead of trying to play cover up on all of it Ubisoft chose to embrace the reveal and gave us our first, second, third, and even fourth look at the game during their press conference and then when the door officially opened for the day. Next up on the docket is Ubisoft and their usual titles and franchises that we get every year at E3's past. Ubisoft hasn't been too quiet on what we are going to be getting from them with a few additional things mixed in. If rumors are correct we may be seeing Watch Dogs 2 from Ubisoft sooner than we all expected The head line really says it all here as it looks like Watch Dogs 2 may be in development already. At least that is all based on an updated LinkedIn account from one of the Senior Gameplay Programmers over at Ubisoft. It has since been removed from the account but Watch Dogs 2 was listed as a project under that said individual has/is working on with the developer/publisher. Watch Dogs has had its release date and story trailer 'leaked' but confirmed by Ubisoft. Finally it is coming out. Here we go with yet another 'leak' of information and this time it is for Watch Dogs from Ubisoft. As I looked over the internet and media this morning it almost seemed like everyone and their cousin's sister's former roommate was talking about this 'leaked' trailer and date. About an hour after this, the official twitter account for the game confirmed and posted all the details including the following story trailer for Watch Dogs. Well here is some sad news. It looks like Watch Dogs is going to be delayed until spring of 2014 now. This is a title I have been eagerly awaiting and actually got me to upgrade my PS4 pre-order to come bundled with. Looks like I will have to be choosing a new title to start playing during next month's console release. Before you think this is rumor or just random neigh saying, the news comes right from the Ubisoft blog. If you want to save yourself a bit of time, the short version for the delay is that Watch Dogs needs more 'polish' and 'fine tuning'. Read More...
