by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of January 2025 - 10:00 PM ]
Backrooms Head even deeper into the Backrooms with the announcement that we have for the Backrooms Level X that is on the way Get ready to head even deeper into the weirdness out there with the announcement for Backrooms Level X. This is another take on the IP and strange world of the Creepypasta horror out there on the PC. This one puts us back into a first-person mode to go further into the endless labyrinth of the Backrooms and see what else might have been recorded out there along the way. Something that would be easier to do if we were dropped into this labyrinth on our own, but instead, it looks like the other horrors we have seen will be stalking us too. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of January 2025 - 08:00 PM ]

It is something that Supermassive Games brought to life for us and spawned their ongoing line of video games out there, so this should be a smash hit and an easy thing to do for the broader audiences. Right? Well, that was the question we and many had when the Until Dawn movie was announced and then after having a quick look at things. Read More...

Virtua Fighter Puts Up A Fight With Some New Gameplay Concepts
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 13th of January 2025 - 10:00 PM ]
Virtua Fighter The new Virtua Fighter project had a bit of some concept footage out there to show off how the new Virtua Fighter could play The gameplay teases keep on rolling out for the upcoming Virtua Fighter title and the latest comes right out of CES 2025. It was something that SEGA was helping to show off the power of some of the new NVIDIA hardware but gives us a solid concept of how they are going to move forward with the new game. Something that looks and feels vastly different than what we have seen in the past for Virtua Fighter, as long as they stick to it and keep the characters looking and feeling about the same. That will be the trick, but for now, we can see just how they want to push forward with the IP and bring it all into the latest generation without being another remake or remaster of something from the past. The House Of The Dead 2: Remake Is On The Way To Give Us More Rail-Shooter Fun
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 13th of January 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
House Of The Dead Another bit of House Of The Dead fun is on the way back to us all with the announcement for The House Of The Dead 2: Remake It looks like we all loved the first remake that was out there that now we have The House Of The Dead 2: Remake on the way to us all now. I mean, Megapixel Studio and Forever Entertainment did an amazing job bringing us the previous remake to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC that it would make sense for them to bring the next one back to us all. Even if we do need to wait until the Spring of this year to see how The House Of The Dead saga continues in our homes. Those of us who were able to play the originals in arcades might know how it all goes, but that was half a century ago, so it would be understandable if we all forgot some of that along the way. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week What a fun way to start the year off here even if it was a little slow on the side of video games and updates in general. It was the week of CES 2025, so that is a little more on our side of things as Marvel Rivals and Toxic Crusaders did start us off with some fun announcements. All so we could better experience what the convention had to show us for the Hyperkin Competitor and The Last Of Us experiences out there. Not to mention an "Aggrogamer After Dark" update for some video games that we are going to have to figure out how we can share with you all. Read More...

The first full season of new content to join the game as NetEase Games has promised and to see if it will have the staying power on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC as it did over the holidays. This Week In Video Games 12/23/24 — 12/27/24
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 28th of December 2024 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week As we though, this has been a rather short and slow week for all of our video games out there. We still had a few fun and new announcements, but a good portion of it all was catching up on things like the Ōkami sequel that is on the way, a look at the next thing for Dying Light, new modes for Hollowbody, and getting Think As Thieves out there in the mix. Not a week full of video games, sure, but one that had a whole lot for us to look at even with all of the holidays that have been going down. If only there was a good way to keep things going and the lights on better without needing to do all of the hard work when we should be having some happy times. Read More...
