Directive 8020 More gameplay for Directive 8020 is finally here, with a look at how some of the choices in Directive 8020 will come about There have been a few tastes of how the gameplay for Directive 8020 will go down and how we are going to have to make some of those hard choices in the mix of things already. There has been no shortage of descriptions of all of that out of Supermassive Games as they keep on evolving and perfecting their titles over time. Things are ever changing, just like the creatures in Directive 8020, so it will be a wild ride on October 2nd when the game lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of June 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Cronos A gameplay showcase for Cronos: The New Dawn is finally here and we can see just how Cronos is going to merge things together The footage for Cronos: The New Dawn just keeps on pumping out there as Bloober Team keeps their steamroller of a development cycle going. This time, though, we are getting some of that sweet gameplay footage to get a feeling for how this is all going to function and flow when the game lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this coming Fall. Most likely around October, if we are guessing, with Cronos: The New Dawn filling right into that horror slot so perfectly. Universal We take a day out to Universal Studios to check out the limited run of Universal Fan Fest Nights 2025 It is no secret that I love Universal Studios Hollywood, which is why when the first advertisements for their Fan Fest Nights 2025 were advertised, I leapt at the opportunity to secure tickets. It also coincided well with my first anniversary, and my wife is a diehard Back To The Future fan. Talk about kismet. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of June 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Directive 8020 New looks at Directive 8020 offer up a few of the gameplay mechanics we will need to use to make it through the events of Directive 8020 If things were not already bad enough in the mix for Directive 8020, now we get to see just why we cannot trust anyone on the ship with us. Well, more on how we are going to try and mitigate that issue that Supermassive Games is placing in the mix out there for us. This is a Sci-Fi horror, and what would it be without having a shapeshifting alien or being that is hunting us all down? Just what we have suspected in Directive 8020, beyond all of our protagonists being robots. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of June 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Indiana Jones Indiana Jones is setting out for another adventure with the latest DLC, Indiana Jones And The Great Circle: The Order Of Giants The adventure is still underway with Indiana Jones And The Great Circle, as we have some new DLC gearing up to hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC for those who have been dying for more. It has been a good chunk of time since Machine Games dropped it on one set of platforms, but not so long since it hit the most recent one, so it makes sense that we would be getting something now. Now is a bit of a misnomer, as Indiana Jones And The Great Circle: The Order Of Giants will not be hitting any of these platforms until September 4th. Read More...

Witcher See the future of The Witcher with the latest Tech Demo that has been shown off for the upcoming The Witcher IV We all lost our minds when The Witcher IV was announced and all we had was a very basic cinematic and then a title card. Fast forward just about half a year, and here we go with some new updates from CD Projekt RED and Epic Games on how things are going for the game. Not only for the game, but also with how some of the features of the Unreal Engine have been altered for all to use and to make this title look and run smoother than it could have in the past. Sadly, though, this is all a tech demo for The Witcher IV and not true gameplay to behold. Read More...
