Ultra-violent game Hatred has been Greenlit on Steam despite the outcry and disgust from the gaming community For a game like Hatred that has been getting a lot of hatred, pardon the puns this time, it seems odd that if all of it was true then the game would not have been approved by Steam's Greenlight project. Yes, Hatred has reached the appropriate level of positive votes and it is now greenlit to be on Steam once Destructive Creations actually finishes building the game. Pirates of The Talos Principle will find out quickly how Croteam punishes them for trying to snag the free copy of the game There is nothing funnier than when someone gets caught doing something wrong and I think this pirate of The Talos Principle takes the cake today. It looks like Croteam has again taken steps to fight piracy of their games and in this case it looks like it was more subtle than their immortal pink scorpion of Serious Sam 3: BFE. Brawl, the re-built Basement Crawl, has an updated trailer for us to show how the developer has improved the PS4 title outside of changing the name Remember Basement Crawl from earlier this year? The creepy take on Bomberman… No? Well that makes sense as it was a title so poorly built that the developer Bloober Team asked everyone not to review it until the issues were fixed. Then the game was scrapped and re-branded as Brawl. It appears that everyone is now singing different tunes for Hatred as it is now back on Steam Greenlight If reports are true it looks like Hatred is now back up on Steam Greenlight thanks to Gabe Newell… Or publicity stunt… Or shady practices by Destructive Creations… Or Korean hackers… Or hopefully you get the picture by now. None of that of course changes the fact that you can again vote for Hatred to be published on Steam now or try and crush the hopes of at least 27,000 hopeful gamers out there. Hatred was up on Steam's Greenlight for a few hours before being removed and declared not to be published by Valve So this was going to originally be about Hatred being up on Steam Greenlight but as I began to wrap the final keystrokes it would seem that the game has been pulled down. Yes, Hatred was up for community vote on Steam's service to be published but, like I said, it was only there for a few hours before it was taken down for the voting and an official statement was released from Valve on the whole situation. Kholat is a new FPP storytelling title announced from IMGN.PRO studios and we have the first trailer for the game I'm not even going to try and pronounce Kholat but that doesn't mean that the new title doesn't look at all too shabby. It looks like it could be something that we all write home to mom about as we wouldn't want to try and butcher the name with a call. A new gameplay mode for Skylanders Trap Team has been announced called the Kaos Doom Challenge and plays like a tower defense Just in case giving us the ability to use and play as the villains in Skylanders Trap Team wasn't enough, it looks like we are getting yet another mode to play the game in. No longer do we have just a fun little platformer game but now we are looking at a "tower defense" of sorts making its way into the game in the form of the Kaos Doom Challenge. There is something about that word and Kaos that I can't just seem to put my finger on…* Anyways, this new gameplay mode for Skylanders Trap Team looks to pit players and all of their Skylanders in a 100 wave of "doom" where enemies will be flooding the arena to take you down. A new walkthrough trailer for Gauntlet has been released to show off all of the changes to the game since its early days in gaming If you still Need Food Badly here then you should be excited to know that…oh wait…never mind… it looks like the release date for Gauntlet has been pushed back. You will still be waiting to get your "food badly" for a little bit longer as the game is now slated for a September 23rd release to let Arrowhead "fine-tune" the multiplayer experience for all those PC gamers out there. A new collectors for Skylanders Trap Team has been announced called the Dark Edition It has been well reported that we will be able to trap villains and use them in the upcoming Skylanders Trap Team. This also includes the likes of Kaos, the main villain over the past few titles. This of course requiring a special add-on to the physical game in the form of keys which are purchased separately like all of the toys; this would include the special Kaos trap. That is if you don't purchase the new Skylanders Trap Team Dark Edition Starter Pack. It looks like we get to see yet another Kickstarter Campaign make or break development and this time it is for a title names Superhot. This is another FPS game made by a development team that also has the same name of the game; Superhot Team. It looks like this team is looking to get funding so they can finish what they started during 7DFPS. Activision has announced Skylanders Trap Team which will allow you to collect the various villains as well as heroes. If there is one franchise that I know is a cash cow it is the Skylanders franchise from Activision and Toys For Bob. That cash cow is going to get a whole lot larger with the addition of Skylanders Trap Team this October 5th as we will get a slew of new heroes and a way to collect and play various villains. We get all hands on with Boot Hill Heroes. Here is our experience with the game. Experimental Gamer showed off the second part to their RPG trilogy Boot Hill Heroes at PAX East this year. They initially started this back in 2012 by Kickstarting the first game reaching a goal over three times the goal amount. With successful funding the series has been moving rapidly beginning to pan out from the PC download to Xbox Live, PSN, and Steam.
