Prosperity Is On Its Way To Us In Endzone: A World Apart
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of July 2021 - 05:00 PM ]
Endzone A new expansion is on its way to Endzone: A World Apart with Prosperity bringing us all out of the ground for Endzone The world is ever expanding for Endzone: A World Apart out there with the next big expansion poised to hit us this Fall on the PC. It is not something that we fully expected at this point from Gentlymad Studios but we will always take what we can for the game. Especially when it comes to something called Prosperity in the world that we know Endzone to be in. As the name suggests, it looks like things could be getting better or we are just trying to do what we can to get toward that goal. Read More...

Review — Ragnaröck
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of July 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Ragnaröck We sit down and review Ragnaröck. A new VR Rhythm game for those virtual Vikings out there. Here is our review of Ragnaröck The day is finally here and Ragnaröck is upon us all. Not in the way of the end of times, I know this joke gets old, but in the way of the latest Rhythm VR title that is out there from WanadevStudio for the PC platforms out there. Yes, that version of it all where we will be smashing some runes out there to get all of our Vikings rowing the longboats just a bit faster. Yes, technically, Ragnaröck is a Rhythm and a Racing game out there as one feeds into the other. Read More...

Aragami 2 Will Offer Up More Stealth Options Than Before
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of July 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Aragami A new developer video for Aragami 2 is here to show off how we will sneak just a bit better than we did in the original Aragami Here we go with even more gameplay to digest for Aragami 2 and this time we are getting to the core aspect of the game. That would be the stealth mechanics and how Lince Works have kicked things up a bit for the game since so many fell in love with it the first time around. That and now we are going to be taking our Aragami into some real fights this time around, if we fail to be sneaky, and we are going to need to be better at all of that too. That would be another great thing that we have highlighted here for the game as we get closer to that September 17th date when the game will hit the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Walk Along With Igor As A Tourist In Chernobylite
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of July 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Chernobylite One more trailer for Chernobylite has dropped to give us all a little more insight into who Chernobylite’s Igor is The PC launch is almost here for Chernobylite and I know there are still many out there that have little idea about the game and even the protagonist of it all. Some of you might not be following along with The Farm 51 as close as others, and now we are back to give you all one more look at the game before it hits the PC on July 28th. In fact, it will be one more good look at a bit on that protagonist for Chernobylite by the name of Igor. We will be following the adventures of this being, so we might as well get a nicer and deeper dive into the story surrounding them. Read More...

Maneater The next DLC for Maneater has a release date set now and we can expect Maneater: Truth Quest by the end of August Our favorite bull shark is coming back out there for a bit more story with Maneater: Truth Quest. This is something we knew, but there are still a few hidden things that Tripwire Interactive is hiding from us for this DLC. That is besides what it will be adding in to the Maneater experience, but also when we will be seeing the new bits on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. That is until now as we have dug up when the new stuff will be hitting. Read More...

Review — Minute Of Islands
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of July 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Minute Of Islands We sit down and review Minute Of Islands. A new platformer with a dark story to tell. Here is our review of Minute Of Islands It has been a whirlwind of events and things here recently and one of those things that fell through the cracks for some was the launch of Minute Of Islands. This is that latest title to come out of Studio Fizbin and Mixtvision for all the consoles and PC out there. Minute Of Islands had the timing to launch during some rough times for making sure it did not fall into obscurity out there, but that does not mean we did not take notice. Read More...

Night Book Will Be Telling Its Story Before The End Of The Month
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of July 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Night Book The release date for Night Book is now set down with Night Book hitting us all before the end of this July It was first teased during this year's E3 and there was no release in site at all, but here we are with the announcement that Night Book will be hitting us in July. That is this month for those following along and while there are many days in it, Wales Interactive has set it down to give us the date of July 27th for when it will be hitting us on all of those platforms out there. That is quite an impressive turnaround from the announcement to the launch for Night Book, and it could pay off extremely well. I mean, as far as anticipation and waiting are concerned but not so much in the hype building and promotion for the indie FMV game that could be another home run for the developer and publisher here. Malice A new demo for Malice is here to show off how this version of Malice will be carrying the IP forward a bit more It is time to add a little more Malice into your life as of right now. Not in a way that is filled with hate and anger, but in a way that will have you playing the upcoming title from Eldritch Game Studio for the PC. All to bring us back into the escape room style of video game to have us solve some puzzles and get out the sticky situation we find ourselves in within this title. A New Type Of Horror Is Coming For Us With The Announcement For MADiSON
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of July 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
MADiSON Psychological horror title MADiSON has been announced and with it, it looks like MADiSON will have us doing some dark and horrible things The horrors keep coming, as we have an announcement for another title in the PC mix by the way of MADiSON. This would be a new psychological horror title coming out of the minds over at Nosebleed Games for us to partake in and it looks like it will be hitting many of the more recent notes that our horror games have been hitting. Things like walking alone in a dark house, having many different jump scares, and the inevitable creature in the darkness that will show up when we do not want it to. That is not to say that MADiSON does not look interesting, but it will be capturing some of the steps that we have seen in various other horror titles out there already. Read More...

Blood Bowl 3 Heads Further Into The Fantasy Football Realm Of Things
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of July 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Blood Bowl A new campaign video for Blood Bowl 3 is out there to show off the various Blood Bowl sponsors and how they will link into the game There have been a few silly ads for Blood Bowl 3 before now, and I am sure there will be more, but now we get to have a nice little taste of the different campaigns we might get to see in the game. Not in the way of a story mode, that we can tell, but in the way of ad campaigns that Cyanide will have in the game's universe to help sell the whole "fantasy football" aspect that Blood Bowl has been over the years. Not in the traditional way that stereotypical jocks go about to have their fun while pretending to not be into nerd culture. Read More...

Walkthrough More Of The Gameplay Coming To Us In Deathloop
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of July 2021 - 09:00 PM ]
Deathloop New gameplay for Deathloop is out of the State Of Play to get us all ready for Deathloop to officially launch It looks like each time we get to see Deathloop, it feels like things keep shifting and changing each time. It kind of fits the idea behind the game here and maybe how Arkane Lyon has been working things up to now. Also, how it seems some of the gameplay will flow in Deathloop when it hits the PS4, PS5, and PC on September 14th. Given that we have only seen the loops playing out and the idea that we need to take everyone out there in the world in one shot besides being able to carry things over between each death. The Fight Club Is Pushed Out Here For Sifu
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of July 2021 - 07:00 PM ]
Sifu New Sifu gameplay will hold us over as we have to wait just a bit longer for the full launch of Sifu next year The next title from Sloclap is going to have to take a back seat for a bit, as it looks like Sifu will now be hitting the PS4, PS5, and PC in 2022 instead of late this year. It will be early in 2022 as we are told, but video games can be fickle and need to be done right. Given the acclaim they have built so far and all of the hype around Sifu too, I will be perfectly fine to allow for some extra time to get this third-person action game in a perfect form. If the protagonist has to be in that form for the fights, the game should also be reflecting that. Read More...

F.I.S.T The release date for F.I.S.T: Forged In Shadow Torch is set with F.I.S.T coming at us this coming September now The little indie title F.I.S.T: Forged In Shadow Torch is going to be coming at us all on the PS4, PS5, and PC extremely soon after the announcement during the most recent State of Play out there.
