by Jana Lass [ Tuesday, 18th of August 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
Twisted Tower New horrors are ready for us with Twisted Tower, as the game has now fully launched out there and opened up the Twisted Tower The Twisted Tower is now open for business, and we can all head into the evil theme park on our PC. After a good bit of time that Atmos Games and 3D Realms have had to take to get it all going, we're finally at a point where the game is ready for the market. A market that already has a lot of mascot horror, nightmare rides, and a 1950s resort. The difference is that Twisted Tower has all of those wrapped up into one game instead of over various different titles out there. Read More...

Remothered The release date for Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy is out there, and we will be playing Remothered before this Halloween hits us all It feels as if this should have been known by now, but we finally have a release date for the upcoming Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy. With all that we've seen for the game so far from Stormind Games, it feels like this should have been something we knew from before. It could be that they have been holding out to drop the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC at the same time. At this point, it doesn't really matter, as Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy will be hitting all of those platforms on October 27th. Read More...

by Jana Lass [ Thursday, 13th of August 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
Zero Company Learn a bit more about how we will need to be tactical in Star Wars Zero Company to ensure that Zero Company makes it through all of the coming missions It feels as if so many release dates are coming up fast, and August 27th is another that will be here soon and bring Star Wars Zero Company to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. There's been a lot to take in for the game so far, and Bit Reactor, along with Respawn Entertainment, have been open about most of it. This is a turn-based game in the Star Wars universe, so there's not much that would need to be hidden. Read More...

Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy Opens The Gates To The Upcoming Story For The Game
by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 12th of August 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
A Plague Tale Walk into a new bit of the story for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy and see how we are going to further expand the world of A Plague Tale After getting quite a few of the shorter-form videos for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, we finally have something that has a bit more to offer up to us all. In this instance, it is all about the story that Asobo Studio has been building for the IP that will drive Sophia a bit further into the world. Not that we haven't had that out there in the first place, but now we have it specifically for the game and not mixed into the various gameplay elements. Read More...

1666: Amsterdam Takes Us Through A Night & Day Cycle To Wander Through
by Juliet Meyer [ Wednesday, 12th of August 2026 - 05:00 PM ]
Amsterdam The Day & Night cycle for 1666: Amsterdam is going to be how we survive and explore everything going on in Amsterdam Just as we see in so many games out there, 1666: Amsterdam is going to have a day and night cycle play out as we explore the world out there. That's never anything new as it comes to immersion. What many games don't do, but Panache Digital Games is working it into the gameplay loop to keep things spicy as we head on through the game. Well, more than that, we are going to have to balance the cycle well in this one as we wander the streets of Amsterdam to end the corruption of the Originals who walk the Earth. Read More...

Art The Clown Is Brutally On His Way Back To Halloween Horror Nights
by Juliet Meyer [ Tuesday, 11th of August 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
Halloween Another Halloween staple is on the way back to frighten us all on the tram out at Halloween Horror Nights this year The latest terrifying clown that has swept the horror circles is going to be back out at Halloween Horror Nights this year. Not just in a roaming around the park kind of way, and sadly, not in a specific maze for us to go through in the Universal Parks when things kick off on September 3rd. That feels as if it might be leaving not much else for Art the Clown to do out there, unless you realize that he will be taking over the Terror Tram portion of things out there this year. That way we have many different iterations of the Terrifier IP to walk through, all as we get new tracks from Ice Nine Kills made just for the experience. Read More...

We Need To Be Lethal & Fierce In The Action Of Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy
by Jana Lass [ Monday, 10th of August 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
A Plague Tale A new look at Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy is out there to show off how Sophia will fight in the world of A Plague Tale We've all seen that Sophia is a strong fighter out there in Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, and now we get to see how much further that is going to go. Even if it is only in a shorter way before Asobo Studio is ready to drop the game onto the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. That's still set for August 27th, so there's still a bit more time to get something fuller for this, but we'll take what we can get. Even if this new look does show how lethal and fierce the world of Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy is going to be for us, and how we'll also need to use the environments around us to take down the various foes that stand in our way in this new story. Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 Brings The Medic Out To The Field
by Jana Lass [ Monday, 10th of August 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
Aliens The next class for Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 is on display, with the Medic coming out to help us survive all of the Aliens With August 25th coming up so fast, I would've thought that we would see more of the classes for Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 by now, but it looks as if Cold Iron Studios was holding out on all of that up to now. We've only seen one so far, and now Daybreak Games has a little video showcase for the next Marine class that we are going to play. This would be the Medic, and the name does rather tell us what we are in for when it comes to how they are going to handle the aliens out there. Read More...

You Will Need To Save All Of The Cats In The Horror Of LAG KILLS
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of August 2026 - 05:00 PM ]
LAG KILLS New gameplay for LAG KILLS is out there, and it will lead us to many ‘save the cat’ moments in LAG KILLS and real life As it all comes to LAG KILLS, it looks like we are going to have to do more than just survive the deranged killer in the game. As it all looks now, and as part of the Cat Awareness Feline Sale going on via Steam for various PC titles, we are going to need to save the cat many times over. Both by picking up LAG KILLS as it stands now before the Q4 release of the game, but also as a gameplay mechanic in the game. Yes, it looks like we are not only dealing with a deranged killer in the game, but also one who is hoarding cats. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of August 2026 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We made it through another fun week, and had so many more video games release and get some big updates. Even if titles like Grand Theft Auto VI and God Of War Laufey had very little to add to the title for now, it was still a massive week for us all. Not to mention that we had a little more wrap-up from SDCC 2026, and one more of the mazes that we can expect to try to game our way through for Halloween Horror Nights. Sure, some of those are not video games, but they are interactive experiences. Read More...
