Split Fiction Is Offering Up Another Way To Get A Friend To Play The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of March 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
Split Fiction There is now another way to get a friend to play Split Fiction with you just in case you have had issues finding a friend to play Split Fiction I know I have made the joke many times about how some out there might not be able to play Split Fiction due to a lack of friends. It is a game, like the others that Hazelight Studios has made, that will require there to be two players in the game. Not specifically in a way to force two people to always buy the game with EA offering up the friend's pass for it all at no extra cost on March 6th when the game lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. That is nice, but it does not solve the issue that humans are terrible at communication or actually making any real connection in the modern day. Read More...

Split Fiction Offers Us Up A Friend’s Pass To Share The Experience
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of February 2025 - 08:00 PM ]
Split Fiction The Friend’s Pass is set in stone for Split Fiction and here is a little bit on how it will get us playing to Split Fiction Since the announcement of Split Fiction, it was known that we would be playing the game with friends just as we have with all of the other titles Hazelight Studios has brought to us over the years. It is kind of how they build these experiences. That is why it is not strange to find out that they have made it so EA will be bringing us all the Friend's Pass to this game too when it launches on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this March 6th. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of February 2025 - 06:00 PM ]
Split Fiction New story details for Split Fiction are out there with Split Fiction diving further into character backgrounds Now that Split Fiction is coming down to the wire on when we will be able to play it on our PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, let us get more of that story out there. Not that Hazelight Studios did not offer up a bunch of stories before now, but I am guessing that EA really wants us ready to pick it all up on March 6th. That is why we are digging a little further into the different reasons that Mio and Zoe have written their stories and we will need to survive them in Split Fiction. Even if it would be nice to have had all of this fed out as we were able to dig into the story for ourselves. Read More...

Not just in the length of the game, but in something extra that Hazelight Studios is dropping into the mix. Something that does not normally go along well with other games that EA puts out there. It Takes Two Gameplay Shows Off New Disruptive Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of February 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
It Takes Two Gameplay for It Takes Two is here to give us more of what It Takes Two is all about as well as how the mechanics will shift during the game Back when It Takes Two was first revealed to the world I was a little lost as to what was going on in the game. At least outside of it using the same gameplay style as other titles that Hazelight has put out over the years with Co-Op being a huge portion of it all in the first place. Also the fact that only one person needs to buy It Takes Two for the Co-Op play to go down on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on March 26th. The usual things with the Friend's Pass that was an interesting thing to add into the mix. Read More...

A New Trailer Is Here As We Are About To Find A Way Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of March 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
A Way Out Just ahead of A Way Out launching we have a new trailer to show off a few other parts of A Way Out that we have yet to see before this Friday As if we have not seen enough for A Way Out already, we have yet another gameplay trailer to try and sell us more on the game. I know it can be a hard sell a bit as Hazelight Studios did make this a co-op only title, but they are trying and we can all look for the title on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 23rd. At least look for it and still try to figure out if you are open to the six to eight-hour adventure with all kinds of branching based on actions and choices made. A Way Out is not one of those branching narrative titles like other developers make out there, but it is part of the core of the game. Read More...

There Is A Lot More Going On In A Way Out Than Previously Seen
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of March 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
A Way Out New gameplay for A Way Out has been placed out there and it shows off a lot of different aspects of A Way Out that have yet to be discussed In ten days (3/23/18) we will get the chance to sit down and play A Way Out with a friend online or on the couch. This we all should know by now. If not, then you need to get caught up on all of the fun that Hazelight Studios has been building up for and then see if it will get added into your PS4, Xbox One, or PC library. It is a bit of a hard sell for the game as A Way Out does require co-op all the time and only with people who are on your friends list, but after seeing some of the new gameplay we have today, it could be something more can open up to. Especially after seeing parts of the game that have not been shown to the public or truly discussed until now. Read More...

Meet Vincent And Leo Who Will Take Us On A Journey In A Way Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of December 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
A Way Out Get introduced to A Way Out's two main characters that we will get to experience from start to finish in co-op during A Way Out A little while back, we heard of a new game coming out from Hazelight Studios called A Way Out. Many equated it to a video game version of Prison Break or similar stories like it. Not shocking as we do get to play as Leo and Vincent who do make one of those daring escapes, but also with a lot more going on in the game. The Game Awards this year showed us a bit more for A Way Out and the two main characters we would be taking the roles of. Read More...
