Roger Jr Will Not Be In Tekken 7, But Not For The Reasons You Think
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 1st of May 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Tekken 7 Contrary to rumors going around about Tekken 7, but PETA isn’t the cause of the reason for occlusion of Tekken 7's resident marsupial Well, it looks to be true that Roger Jr. will not be in Tekken 7, but not due to any complaints from animal rights activists or any weird call from Bandai Namco in terms of development. While Google translate can be a bit dodgy when translating Katsuhiro Harada’s tweets; a bunch of uninformed journalism combined with the rabid Tekken fan base has led to a lot of misinformation to spread like wildfire in the fields of the internet. From what I can gather Harada and the rest of the team are just trying to make the best game they can. Read More...

Things Are Getting Creepier In Little Nightmares With New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares New gameplay for Little Nightmares has released and it shows off more creepiness in Little Nightmares as well as some new horrible creatures to dodge Before now we all had a solid idea that Little Nightmares was going to be filled with a lot of creepy and dark imagery. At least if you've been following along with everything that Tarsier Studios has put out for the game so far and have not been trying to stay as free of gameplay spoilers so far. In the end it looks like a title that is right up my alley there and with some new gameplay from Bandai Namco today, Little Nightmares gets even further locked in for me and hopefully all of you who are into some dark and creepy platforming. Time to take notice as it is still launching on April 28th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC here soon. Read More...

Get Ready To See The Nine Deaths Of Six In Little Nightmares
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares The release date for Little Nightmares has been set and it looks like Little Nightmares is also getting some rather cool bonuses to collect It looks like the date has been set and we now know when Little Nightmares will be hitting our PS4, Xbox One, and/or PC. Tarsier Studios has been hard at work to get us a really cool and creepy title to play here and it looks like we will all be diving in and watching Six die, or not, on April 28th here. The or not really refers to your ability to navigate the poor girl through the world of Little Nightmares and make sure she doesn't die and not the actually picking up of the game. It looks like a bunch of great titles we've all loved crammed into one big game with an amazing aesthetic so I'm pretty sure that many of us will at least give the game a try if not full purchase when it finally lands. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of October 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares A new interactive experience for Little Nightmares has been released online so we can have a small taste of Little Nightmares while we wait Not that long ago we had a nice little teaser for a new game called Little Nightmares. It was nice, short, and gave us a small taste of what Tarsier Studios is aiming to bring us Next year on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It was a nice taste but really only showed Little Nightmares as a platforming title that looks to use a lot of Tim Burton's visuals; at least at first glance. We aren't the only ones who see it this way but that may have been the thought so Bandai Namco has put together a nice little interactive experience for Little Nightmares to give us a better showing. This would be a new 3D platforming title from Tarsier Studios that looks like something inspired by the dreams of Tim Burton. Of course there is a lot more going on with Little Nightmares than just that but for the first trailer that Bandai Namco brought us for the game that is all we had to see. Now that some time has passed though, it looks like the development team is ready to get into a few more of the details of the game than before. Read More...

Tekken 7: Fated Retribution Announced & Houses…Akuma?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of December 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Tekken 7 A sequel to Tekken 7's arcade version, Tekken 7: Fated Retribution, has been announced and looks to employ Akuma into the main story We may still have a bit of a wait to get Tekken 7 on the PS4 and Xbox One but it looks like the arcade version is already getting a sequel called Tekken 7: Fated Retribution. Well more of an updated unless Bandai Namco is taking a page from Street Fighter in terms of naming and alterations. Of course that wouldn't be a huge surprise right now as it does look like Tekken 7: Fated Retribution will be lifting at least on character from the other franchise in the way of Akuma. Read More...

Yoshimitsu Gets A New Character Design For Tekken 7
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of May 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Gameplay for Yoshimitsu in Tekken 7 has been released and it shows off a rather drastic character design change for the character in Tekken 7 There is still no word on if Tekken 7 will be hitting consoles or the states any time soon but at least we have a look at yet another character that will be gracing the game. In this case it is Yoshimitsu who has been one of my favorites from past versions of the game. He's been absent among the roster in all of the recent outings for characters but now we get a good look at Yoshimitsu in action for Tekken 7. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of February 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
The opening cinematic for Tekken 7 has been released for all to see as the launch looms ever closer in Japan and the World Tekken 7 will be hitting the arcades of Japan next week and there will be lines as long as the arcades will allow to play the game. This most likely means that no one will be able to seen that opening cinematic for Tekken 7 as the game will constantly be in motion and use. Well that is at least for those who are only going to experience the game in that setting and not search the internet for all of the fun Tekken 7 goodness like said video. Godzilla Is Coming To Wreck The Game Awards
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of December 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Looks like Godzilla is going to have a showing at the Game Awards as well as a possible North American release for the PS3 title Laugh all you want but it looks like Godzilla will be making and official showing in Las Vegas, NV. I'm of course talking about the game and not the king of the monsters or any of his adversaries. Even in the most recent film for Godzilla the beast never actually stepped foot in the city but it looks like he has changed his mind about destroying Sin City. I think that is enough joshing around. More Japanese gameplay for Tekken 7 has surfaced and it shows off two new characters and new mechanics like Power Clash If you've been waiting for Namco Bandai to give us updates for Tekken 7 you can stop waiting for a bit. We have some new gameplay footage, new characters, and some new mechanics for the franchise. Unfortunately all of the dialog explaining everything is in Japanese so if you don't speak the language you will need to continue reading my drivel to get what you are seeing here. Although even that is kind of second hand knowledge from someone else's translations. Read More...

Here Is The Extended Tekken 7 Trailer Straight Out Of SDCC
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of July 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
The extended trailer for Tekken 7 was shown at SDCC this year and we have it here for you to see Well I guess Namco kept their promise of showing more of Tekken 7 at SDCC this year. Although I am pretty sure this was not what fans of the franchise were looking forward to when said promise was made. In fact, if I was as rabid of a fan for Tekken as I am for other franchises I would be a little put out and upset with such a tease. That is all because nothing more than a very small bit of Tekken 7's story has been released surrounded by the same visuals we already had. Read More...

Tekken 7 Has Been Announced With Very Few Details Until SDCC
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of July 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
At EVO 2014 in Las Vegas, NV Tekken 7 was announced with a nice little trailer and few to go on It's funny that only a few days ago I was asking myself when Tekken 7 could be coming out. All while playing Tekken 6 at home. Well, at least trying to play Tekken 6 as it is still buggy as hells after its release here in the NA region in 2009. Ok, I'll be the bugs and lag made me start to question if Tekken 7 was actually going to see the light of day more than anything. If you have read the headline then you know all of that wondering is now over. Read More...
