Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That was sure one crazy whirlwind of a week in the world of video games. Then again, that is usually how it goes with E3 and the other big events like it. We were lucky to be on the floor for it all and had a chance to check out so many titles like Marvel’s Avengers and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Those being the ones we had a chance to get to during the event, but there was also more for other video games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Bloodlines 2 for us all to get to. Avengers While at E3, I was able to see Marvel’s Avengers in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Marvel’s Avengers. The day is finally here and we had a nice new trailer and showing of Marvel’s Avengers during the big event that Square Enix held out at E3 this year. We all knew it was coming and it was a good taste of what the game was trying to bring to us all on the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia. Scavengers A new survival shooter, Scavengers, has been revealed and will be using some new technology to keep Scavengers’ AI ahead of the curve Get ready to add another survival title into the mix as Scavengers has been announced and coming from Midwinter Entertainment. It will be their flagship title and will be hopefully making some big pushes for the gaming industry in terms of multiplayer survival shooters out there. Yes, that is the basics of Scavengers, but there is of course much more coming for it all. Avengers A new partnership has been announced and we are getting a new Avengers game from Marvel & Square Enix that will tell an original Avengers story in the vast universe There were some nice teases over the last few days on a new announcement coming from Marvel and Square Enix with a lot of speculation aimed at a "Marvel World" being in Kingdom Hearts III being the big news. It looks like all of that is completely wrong as now we know that it was all to announce the two giant's partnership and that we will be getting a full on video game for The Avengers sometime in the near-ish future. 2018 seems to be the year thrown around here but that doesn't stop it the excitement as there will be a nice big and flashy new Avengers game to be played out there in the mix of all of the other Marvel titles also on the way this year and the next. LEGO Marvel's Avengers A new LEGO Marvel Avengers trailer has been released and it shows off how open the worlds of LEGO Marvel Avengers will be when we join the fight If you were under the impression that LEGO Marvel's Avengers was going to follow just the simple path of the films that it will be depicting then we are all wrong. In the most recent trailer for the game it is shown that TT Games has built multiple open worlds for us to explore and save the day in. LEGO Marvel's Avengers is making a bit more sense now with showing up to the party a little late to capitalize off the films that inspired it all. Read More...

Not to discriminate in the LEGO games we now have LEGO Marvel's Avengers announced and coming later this winter from TT Games If you were sitting around wondering if we could cram one more LEGO video game in this year then let me answer that with yes and it is LEGO Marvel's Avengers. Don't let the title fool you here though as it isn't just a LEGO version of the first Avengers film but LEGO Marvel's Avengers is a combination of both of the Avengers films in one. A lot like LEGO Jurassic World and being a combination of all four of the films in the franchise. None the less it looks like TT Games has either mastered the craft to churn out LEGO games or they have been breaking themselves like crazy to get all of these titles, LEGO Marvel's Avengers included, out in 2015.
