Funko Fusion Makes Things A Bit More Physical On The Switch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of May 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Funko A physical edition for Funko Fusion is on the way to the Nintendo Switch to give Funko fans a whole lot more to experience The popper of The Pop! carries onward as we have one more release on the way for Funko Fusion and heading specifically to the Nintendo Switch. A new and physical edition of the game is on the way from 10:10 Games specifically to give those players something else to add into their collection out there, as well as give them the "definitive" version of the game to experience out there. There is no clear reason why the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC are not getting the same treatment, but it is what it is. On August 22nd, those looking to add Funko Fusion to their Switch collection can do so and also not have to worry about snagging most of that DLC out there as well. Read More...

Once Upon A Puppet The launch of Once Upon A Puppet is finally here and we have one more push to get us all into Once Upon A Puppet We are finally at the day where the story begins and we can start to make our way right through Once Upon A Puppet. Not that we are not going to have the full story by the end of it all with Flatter Than Earth and Daedalic giving us the full game today (April 23rd, 2025). We are getting just that, but it does sound like there is much more to the story than we have been led to believe for Once Upon A Puppet. The Weapons Are Getting Experimental Here For The Upcoming Mouse: P.I. For Hire
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of April 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Mouse Our Mouse detective will be using so many new & experimental weapons during our run of Mouse: P.I. For Hire There is always a fun thing developers can do when it comes to the weapons in shooter titles, and it looks like Mouse: P.I. For Hire is going to be the next in the line to have some of those experiments to happen with it. That or Fumi Games is going to give us some fun ways to kill all of the cartoony enemies in the world they are building, while keeping things feeling fully in the universe that it is set in. All of that makes it sounds as if we need to speculate on all of that further, but with the latest update we have for Mouse: P. Read More...

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Is Offering Up Some Guidance In Tape 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of April 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Lost Records The second half of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is finally here and we can all experience tape 2 for these Lost Records It is time to rage out there with the launch of the second half of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage. Yes, this kind of rage is more in line with the themes that DON’T NOD are placing into this half of the game and not anything in terms of how long we had to wait to wrap things up for the title. It was a month of waiting, and I know we were on edge the whole time after playing through the full first half of the game. But, as of right now, you can download that second half of Lost Records on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC so you can wrap it all up. Read More...

Review — Carmen Sandiego
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of April 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Carmen Sandiego We sit down and review Carmen Sandiego. The Crimson Criminal is back and teaching us all a bit more about the world. Here is our review of half of Carmen Sandiego The Carmen Sandiego IP is certainly one that has been around for a while and holds a place in so many hearts out there for those who have been gaming since the 80s when the original title dropped out there. A solid way for kids to learn about the world and other bits of history from HarperCollins Productions and then spinning off into so many other titles and media as well. One might be hard-pressed in the modern age not to know about the IP or the titular character. Read More...

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Is Switching Things Up For The Switch 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 7th of April 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Tony Hawk There is more of the Tony Hawk fun coming out there with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 heading to the Switch 2 as well It should come as no surprise that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is now on the way to the Nintendo Switch 2. This most likely would have been part of the original announcement for the game if Iron Galaxy Studios and Activision did not have to wait for the new console to get its official showcase, but that is a whole different can of worms. We now know that it is officially coming and not going to be part of some backwards play for those who are picking it up on the original Switch. Even if that might be the best option this coming July 11th with how the new console is being handled in the States currently and if you will even be able to have it before this new Tony Hawk remake title drops out there. This Week In Video Games 3/31/25 — 4/4/25
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of April 2025 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This certainly was one week of video games out there to help distract us all from the horrors of the real world once again. Not only did we get to see new horrors like Finding Frankie and Amber Alert get some highlights, but we also were able to see something for Five Nights At Freddy’s 2 and the full announcement for the Nintendo Switch 2 in the mix of all of these video games out there. Even if it does look and sound like many are going to have to wait longer for that console to finally launch out there. Trade wars are going to make everyone suffer and it is not something I thought we would ever specifically need to see in the little subculture of the internet. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of April 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Stygian The gameplay of Stygian opens up quite a bit more with a new look at the upcoming entry to the IP, Stygian: Outer Gods This new update that we have for Stygian: Outer Gods is going to be a fun and big one for those out there looking to see where this IP is going out there. It still seems like there is going to be a bit more time before Misterial Games gets us all to the final version of the game, but Fulqrum Publishing is making sure that we are not left waiting for that until some time later in the year. In fact, it looks like the Early Access for Stygian: Outer Gods is about to start up on April 14th for those looking to have some of the experience on the PC before waiting for it to come to the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S too. Then again, who needs to wait that long, as there is currently an Open Beta for the game firing off in the same way for all who wish to give it a try. Read More...

MindsEye The release date for MindsEye is now set and we have a bit more of the story to drop on us all for MindsEye The wait is almost over when it comes to MindsEye, as we now have a release date set down for the game and when we are going to be able to take on that AI and robot technology that we have seen up to now. Sadly, not in any real way but more in the story that Build A Rocket Boy has been crafting for us and IOI Partners have been getting ready to ship on out to us.
