No, I'm not talking about the Premium Edition of The Order: 1886 that will run you about $150 that was announced months ago. This is the more cost effective version for the frugal gamer that has a little bit of disposable income and not a whole lot. I'm not talking about in the real world during the design of The Order: 1886 but also during the core of the game from Nikola Tesla and others. A new developer diary has been released for The Order: 1886 and it takes us behind the scenes of the war between Humans and the Half-Breeds It was revealed at E3 that there would be Lycans in The Order: 1886 and now we get to see how they "evolved" and have gone to war in the game. It is sounding very Underworld-like now but it still doesn't mean this isn't looking to be a fun and exciting game. It has been confirmed by Andrea Pessino that The Order 1886 will have no multiplayer mode. Is that really a big surprise? It seems to be a slow news day here so we are going to make a deal about the news that The Order 1886 will have no multiplayer mode and stay strictly a single player, action, 3rd person title. That is directly what the co-founder and CTO Andrea Pessino of Ready at Dawn has taken to twitter with at least. While The Order 1886 has looked like a multiplayer title from the trailer shown announcing the game, it really is no big surprise to me and I truly hope that they do keep it that way. Read More...

Check out the new screen shots and concept art for The Order 1886 It's been a little bit since we had anything new from The Order 1886. Last I remember was a bit of gameplay out of Gamescom and before that the announcement at E3 so it's high time we get something new to look at. I'd prefer a bit more on how the game mechanics work or at the very least some more on the game's story, but I guess we'll have to settle for some screen shots and some concept work for the protagonists of the game.
