by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of April 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Directive 8020 It is time to start meeting the crew for Directive 8020 as we get a few more looks into the horrors Directive 8020 will throw at us It feels like we have so much time from now until we will get to see what is going on in Directive 8020, with October 2nd still so far away, but that does not mean we cannot all enjoy more for the game. Like, in this instance, getting to know the characters we are going to help guide through the horrors that Supermassive Games will be placing us all in. Directive 8020 is a character-driven game, so all of this makes sense to me. Read More...

A new title in the works for the universe coming from Bit Reactor and Respawn Entertainment when all is said and done. Not everyone's cup of blue milk, sure, but a nice change of pace while also offering up a look at more of the Star Wars universe than is usually put on display out there. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of April 2025 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week has come to a close and we had all kinds of video games to talk about once again and a few things that were not specifically in that realm. Hells, we even had a bit of a tease for things that could be coming to SDCC with Twisted Metal starting up right after that event. That is ignoring the fact that we have Lost Records: Bloom & Rage out there with its second Tape and then The Outlast Trials going even darker next week with another big update for the IP. So many more video games to get the highlight too and help carry us all until Cronos: The New Dawn launches. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of April 2025 - 05:00 PM ]
Outlast Season three for The Outlast Trials is on the way and it looks like the Outlast universe is going to win out just a bit more Well, if you thought escape from The Outlast Trials was going to be a thing, it looks like those thoughts need to be put to rest. Not only because the story of the game is placing us back in the mix of things, but because Red Barrels is bringing us all the third season of content for the game. Not just in the way of a new enforcer or more cosmetics to pick up and decorate with. No, we are getting something broader in The Outlast Trials in the way of being able to build our own trials to send others out to complete. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of April 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Into The Fire Go further Into The Fire with some extended gameplay that we have for the upcoming title Into The Fire Those who thought fighting fires might be too intense in real life will soon get a chance to see how it can go down in the upcoming Into The Fire. That is not to say that Starward Industries is working on a firefighting simulation for the PC with this title, but that is going to be a bit of an aspect to it all. That is based on the gameplay we have for Into The Fire to share with you as we wait for the full game to come out and see if we have what it takes to fight off all of those little fire demons out there. That is not a metaphor either, as you will see we will be fighting of some real demons in the mix of things while also doing what a good firefighter would be doing in some chaos like this. Review — Carmen Sandiego
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of April 2025 - 07:00 PM ]
Carmen Sandiego We sit down and review Carmen Sandiego. The Crimson Criminal is back and teaching us all a bit more about the world. Here is our review of half of Carmen Sandiego The Carmen Sandiego IP is certainly one that has been around for a while and holds a place in so many hearts out there for those who have been gaming since the 80s when the original title dropped out there. A solid way for kids to learn about the world and other bits of history from HarperCollins Productions and then spinning off into so many other titles and media as well. One might be hard-pressed in the modern age not to know about the IP or the titular character. Read More...

This is a new compilation of the remastered versions of the games and all of the DLC that Naughty Dog has put out there all in one place on the PS5. The Outlast Trials Brings On The Sweet Release Of Escape
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of April 2025 - 09:00 PM ]
Outlast Our chance to escape The Outlast Trials in the game is here and we get another dark experience in the world of Outlast The next update for The Outlast Trials is finally here and we might finally be getting some of that sweet release for our Reagents in the game. That is, it looks like we might actually be able to escape the nightmare of it all and start the experience all over again. That would be the assumption to it all here, as I am sure that Red Barrels would want us all to come back and keep playing after we made it out. Unless this is all another dark test in the world of Outlast and there will never truly be any escape with us all locked into our PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC even longer. Read More...
