Lost Records A new release date for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is now listed and we might need to wait a bit longer for part of the Lost Records It looks like there is going to be a bit of a shift in things for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage when it comes to the release dates out there. Just when we are so close to seeing what DON’T NOD has been cooking up for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It is always hard to hear about any kind of delay, though this one is going to be an easier pill to swallow. Dollhouse The Dollhouse is about to get opened up as we have a final release date & gameplay for Dollhouse: Behind The Broken Mirror It has been a bit of a weird building situation for Dollhouse: Behind The Broken Mirror up to now, but it looks as if we might finally have a release date to look at for the game to hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The big thing being that the Nintendo Switch 2 was shown to the world officially and then we have a whole lot for the Until Dawn movie that is on the way in a few months. Backrooms Get ready to escape The Backrooms in a different way when The Backrooms: 1998 launches onto the various consoles out there After a long spat as an Early Access title for the PC out there, it looks as if The Backrooms: 1998 will finally be coming over to the consoles and giving the PS5, Xbox Series X, and Switch gamers a chance to see how this all flows out there. Mortal Kombat Conan The Barbarian is almost here for Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns and we have a taste of what he will do to the Mortal Kombat universe Get ready to slash things up a bit more in Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns, as Conan The Barbarian is about to enter the arenas out there. This is the next DLC character that NetherRealm Studios has been working on for the game and is currently slated to be fully available on January 21st for those who have the Expansion passes or are ready to shell out to add the character in on his own. Switch 2 All the speculation of the Nintendo Switch 2 can now be put to rest with the official first look at the new Switch 2 The wait is over, and kind of begun, as the Nintendo Switch 2 has been officially shown off and announced out there. All of that and it looks like we have a bit of a first look for us all to start a different kind of speculation as we wait for the full details and launch of the new console this year. Sadly, the first will have to wait until April 2nd when we are going to get the full Nintendo Direct showing off all of the features or any of the various locations around the world where you can get handsy with the Switch 2 before everyone else. Donkey Kong Donkey Kong and the family are coming back as Donkey Kong Country Returns HD launches out to the world once more The Switch is just about to give us all more of that nostalgia feeling out there with the launch of Donkey Kong Country Returns HD. The adventure that started years ago with Nintendo is now ready, on January 16th, to bring us all back in or bring in new fans to enjoy the game again. Maybe even to further introduce gamers to Donkey Kong after the film and other versions of the character have shown up to audiences that might not have known where they all came from. Fragmented Minds The release date for SCP: Fragmented Minds in Early Access is set and we have a little tease of chapter one for SCP: Fragmented Minds If you were looking to get in on the horrors of SCP: Fragmented Minds a bit earlier than expected, then know that you can jump in on January 27th on the PC. Not in a full way, as HST Game Studios is only bringing us all an Early Access for the game on that date, but it is still something to get us all going and ready for the IP to flesh things out a bit more. House Of The Dead Another bit of House Of The Dead fun is on the way back to us all with the announcement for The House Of The Dead 2: Remake It looks like we all loved the first remake that was out there that now we have The House Of The Dead 2: Remake on the way to us all now. I mean, Megapixel Studio and Forever Entertainment did an amazing job bringing us the previous remake to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC that it would make sense for them to bring the next one back to us all. Even if we do need to wait until the Spring of this year to see how The House Of The Dead saga continues in our homes. Those of us who were able to play the originals in arcades might know how it all goes, but that was half a century ago, so it would be understandable if we all forgot some of that along the way. Carmen Sandiego The release dates for Carmen Sandiego are now set down for us so we can head back into the hunt for Carmen Sandiego again It was announced not too long ago that we would be seeing another Carmen Sandiego title back in the mix of things on the PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch, PC, and various mobile devices via Netflix Games. There was a bit of a mixed reception at the time, but that did not stop Gameloft and HarperCollins Productions from pushing forward and building the game out further for us all to get excited about. It is a return to form with the thief in the world and I, for one, was excited to see how it will be us playing as Carmen Sandiego in the game and not specifically hunting her down again. Toxic Crusaders Some new updates are here for Toxic Crusaders to give us a sign of what is to come later in the year when Toxic Crusaders releases It has been a bit since we had a solid update for Toxic Crusaders, unless you have been lucky enough to go to various smaller gaming conventions around the United States. That is where Retroware has been showing off the bulk of the game updates, changes, and allowing some to play the demo live with them. Ayasa Join in the fun with Ayasa as you take on the latest demo that is now out there for Ayasa: Shadows Of Silence Those who might be in the market for a fun new title on the way to us can now take notice that Ayasa: Shadows Of Silence has a new demo for us all to play out there. At least there is a new demo on the PC with Aya Games still working on getting the full title there and on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch too. That is still slated for 2025, but as mentioned, we can get a small slice of the game right now to see just what kind of adventure Ayasa will be taking us all along. As long as you are one of those out there who have been buying into the season and not just focused on things like the new Turok: Origins, Split Fiction, and Borderlands 4 that are on the way in the next year. Those are all some fun video games to look forward to in the coming year, but there is not much that can be played as of right now.
