Rumor: Batman Arkham Remaster Could Be On The Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of May 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A new survey online may be pointing more to Batman Arkham Remaster being a real thing to bring Rocksteady's Batman Arkham franchise to the next gen systems This isn't the first time and I am sure it won't be the last until we get complete confirmation that Batman Arkham Remaster is not going to be a thing…but there are new rumors that claim it is true. This would be a next gen collection of the titles Rocksteady put out, Batman Arkham Asylum and Batman Arkham City, all bundled up and with better visuals. Just as all remastered collections would go and why not the Batman Arkham franchise here as there are so many doing the same thing? Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
More information and gameplay for Batman: Arkham Knight's dual play mechanic have been shown off by Rocksteady and we have the details here for you By now all of us who are excited for Batman: Arkham Knight to launch have seen or heard about the dual play system coming in this iteration of the game. Rocksteady has shown it in trailers and glossed over it a bit in the recent past so we should all know we can swap between Batman, Nightwing, Robin, and Catwoman when we are playing. Until today there has been little known about how it will work in game but we have just known it is an option in Batman: Arkham Knight. Read More...

Rocksteady Takes Us Inside Batman: Arkham Knight's Latest Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Rocksteady takes inside the Batman: Arkham Knight All Who Follow You trailer to explain all of the features teased in the original trailer If you felt like the latest trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight left more questions than cool answers and spoilers for the game you are not alone. Rocksteady showed off the Dual Play mode a little bit in the game but there was little explanation as to how it will truly work in the game and the free-flow combat that will ensue. That is also not to point out that there was speculation on the Joker being back alive in Batman: Arkham Knight because of the green robots. All of which is now put to rest with Rocksteady's first Batman: Arkham Insider video. Read More...

Hear How Batman: Arkham Knight Will Drive More Fear With Scarecrow
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new behind the scenes video for Batman: Arkham Knight has been released to show off a few of the voice actors that will be bringing the characters to life in the game It is no big shocker that some of our favorite voices will be gracing Batman: Arkham Knight. Rocksteady has created a franchise with some great new interpretations of the characters so it would make sense that they stay the same across the board or at least have stellar voice actors to help bring them to life. A task that so far has been heard pretty well in the Batman: Arkham Knight videos and trailers. Just to emphasize it more though we have another great behind the scenes video showing off how the voice actors truly are bringing those characters to life again on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Here's Why Batman: Arkham Knight's Season Pass Is So Expensive
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 4th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Some details about the season pass for Batman: Arkham Knight have been released by Warner Bros. and Rocksteady to better explain the price Last week Rocksteady and Warner Bros. caught a bit of flack over the cost of the recently announced Batman: Arkham Knight Season Pass. This would be the $40 add on pack that even I gave them quite a bit of guff over as that is close to the cost of another game just for six month's worth of DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight. Well it looks like the developer and publisher wanted to quell all of our concerns and outrage and give us just a taste of what is to come for the Season Pass that is the most expensive that I can note to date. That is at least covering most titles on PC, Xbox One and PS4 that I cared to take the time to look into. Read More...

Batman: Arkham Knight's Season Pass To Bring More Villains
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 28th of April 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
A season pass for Batman: Arkham Knight DLC has been announced and details talk about bringing more super-villains into the game over time Hot off the announcement of the Dual Play feature in Batman: Arkham Knight comes an announcement for a DLC season pass for the game. Not too big of a surprise for Warner Bros. and Rocksteady to include this into the mix of Arkham Knight additions as DLC seems to keep the money flowing after the main title is released. Weirdly though, this season pass structure sound like it defines out that there will be a six month period of DLC coming to the game on a regular basis. Read More...

Can Your PC Run Batman: Arkham Knight?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 23rd of April 2015 - 09:01 PM ]
The PC specs for Batman: Arkham Knight have been released so you can get your rig ready to play the game at launch As of today we are only two months out from Batman: Arkham Knight hitting our homes. That date being June 23rd. Those who will be diving into Rocksteady's final chapter of the Arkham on the PS4 or Xbox One know how great the game is going to look. As for those PC gamers out there you may not be sure how Batman: Arkham Knight may look and run given how the hardware varies between person to person. That has always been one of the issues I find with PC gaming but luckily you can prep for the launch of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC by looking at the specifications that are recommended to run the game and get the best quality. Press L1 To Even The Odds As Batman: Arkham Knight Has Been Delayed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 23rd of March 2015 - 05:01 PM ]
Batman: Arkham Knight has been delayed by a few weeks now but we have new footage and news to soften the blow So the bad news we have here is that it looks like Batman: Arkham Knight is going to be delayed for about three more weeks. This now pushes the official launch of the game to June 23rd from June 2nd. This news comes straight from the mouths of whoever is handling Rocksteady's PR via the game's Twitter account. I find it a bit odd that they used the word "pleased" when telling everyone out there that one of the most anticipated titles is going to have to wait another three weeks to be played but that is just me. The Real Reasons For Batman: Arkham Knight's Mature Rating
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of March 2015 - 09:01 PM ]
The ERSB has posted the explanation for why Batman: Arkham Knight is being rated 'M' for mature and it is more violence based The fact that Batman: Arkham Knight has been set as a 'M' rated title came as a bit of shock to many when we first heard about it. Up until now Rocksteady has kept everything at least a 'T' for Teen rating with all of the past Arkham titles and I am sure that Warner Bros. wanted to keep it that way as bumping the rating could and most likely will exclude some players and fans of the franchise from experiencing Batman: Arkham Knight. I feel for you up until the point of me getting an awesome and dark game for my PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

There Are Hidden Codes In Batman: Arkham Knight's Recent Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of February 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
There were hidden codes in the recent Batman: Arkham Knight trailer that led to more clues and then to full character bios from Rocksteady Thank the gods for the internet as we all may have missed some things in the latest Batman: Arkham Knight trailer from earlier this week. Apparently, I've still yet to see them, there were hidden codes spliced into the trailer that sparked a whole lot on conversation and inevitably some cool answers; we'll talk about those later. These codes, trailer, and new additions to the Batman: Arkham Knight website all cropped up at the same time. The new additions being three locations that required a password to get in. Read More...

Gotham Is Up For Grabs In The Latest Batman: Arkham Knight Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of February 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
A new Batman: Arkham Knight trailer is out and it shows off more villains as well as how dark the game is going to be landing the M rating If you were wondering even more about that M for Mature rating that Batman: Arkham Knight is going to be hit with then man do we have an insane new trailer to show you for the game. Rocksteady isn't messing around when they state that this is going to be the Batman title to wrap up their franchise as well as have a dark story. Just the rules that are laid out by the Scarecrow in the below trailer kind of dictates that Gotham is going to be something akin to the world in The Walking Dead with little to no rules and "might is right. Batman: Arkham Knight May Be Too Mature For Some Gamers
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of February 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Batman: Arkham Knight has received an M for Mature rating from the ERSB surprising Rocksteady but not stopping the game from its course If you are under the age of 17 and have parents that pay attention to you then you may not be playing Batman: Arkham Knight as it has received an M rating by the ERSB. This news comes from Rocksteady directly so this isn't some random musing or news from scouring through the huge DB that the ERSB has for all of the titles it has rated. I am sure it is there but none the less this is coming from the horse's mouth so to say. Read More...
