H1Z1 The original standalone battle royale game, H1Z1, is coming to the PS4 soon and there will be a closed beta for H1Z1 coming this May For those PS4 gamers out there who felt like they have been missing out on the H1Z1 fun and need another Battle Royale title to add into the mix, as it is getting closer to a full launch now on the platform. I say this as Daybreak Games has not announced a solid release date for the game to come, but we have open and closed betas coming at us here real soon so we should expect a final build just around the corner. Strange Brigade The release date for Strange Brigade has been set and pre-orders are open for so you can secure your Collector’s Edition of Strange Brigade too Get ready to set off on a grand adventure this August 28th as that is the day that Strange Brigade will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That will be the day that Rebellion will be taking us on a weird adventure in the 1930s era where we will have a set of adventurers going all Indiana Jones in ancient Egypt and dealing with the Witch Queen Seteki. Overload The release date for Overload has been set for PC with a console version of Overload slated for Q3 of this year If six-degree-of-freedom tunnel shooters are your thing then get ready for one more as Overload has been saddled with a release date now and will be leaving Early Access. That may sound like this is only a PC title based on that, but Revival Productions has just wrapped that version up and packing it up for May 31st. Overload is also hitting the PS4 and Xbox One, but that will be sometime in Q3 of this year at this point. Stormdivers A new title, Stormdivers, has been announced and there is very little to go on for Stormdivers outside of how the game may look at the end If you were a fan of Resogun and/or Matterfall, then get ready for Housemarque’s next title as they have announced Stormdivers. This is a new multiplayer-centric title that will be using the power of the Unreal Engine to bring us the gameplay and make the game look just as nice as we can imagine. I know that when I hear that, and given the current craze, it sounds like Stormdivers may be their attempt at a Battle Royale title. Given that they have been working on this title in secret for two years now, though, I am also on the fence of thinking that it is not and anything multiplayer now is just going to be lumped into the Battle Royale pool until we all see differently. State Of Mind A new update for State Of Mind is here as the release window for State Of Mind is now slated for August 2018 for all platforms The wait is almost over for State Of Mind as it has been let loose that the game will be coming to us sometime this August for the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. This would be the next title that Daedalic Entertainment is working on where we take on the role of a journalist who questions the way the world is who also happens to find out his family has gone missing. Agony The final release date for Agony has been set down so we can all look forward to Agony on the PC and Consoles soon A month ago, we were all updated that Agony was going to be delayed. We were not given a solid reason then, but it was what it was at the time. Then earlier this week we caught wind that the game was going to be censored by Madmind Studio to make it an M-rated game and not an AO-rated title. At least for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game as PC owners can choose to remove said censorship. Warhammer Delays have hit Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor — Martyr to make sure that the title is able to bring all of the Warhammer fun to all platforms at the same time May 11th will no longer be a day that you can expect to see Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor — Martyr hit the PS4, Xbox One, or PC as the game has now been delayed. Sadly it looks like the team over at Neocore Games ran into an issue with getting all versions of the game up to snuff, with the consoles falling behind, and now we have to wait until June 5th for the game. Assassin’s Creed A new update for Assassin’s Creed Origins on the PC is coming to let you tweak and change gameplay aspects of Assassin’s Creed Origins via the Animus In a world like Assassin’s Creed Origins has set, I am talking the "real world" and not the "fake world" here; it makes sense that some of the games mechanics and aspects should be able to be broken. Not that it is a huge secret but one of the aspects of the franchise that we have to deal with is the fact that we are playing as someone who is plugging into a computer and playing as someone else. Street Fighter The next character to join the Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition as DLC is Falke and you may recognize her from Street Fighter V proper The next character DLC for Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition is here to look at as Falke is coming to be a playable character after showing up in the core game originally. Agony It looks like console players of Agony will be seeing things in a few different ways, as Agony has had to be censored to be able to come to the platforms While it may not be the reason given for the delay of Agony, it looks like we may have found the true reason we are all waiting a bit longer for this title to launch and it is sadly censorship. At least that is what I am presuming here and not directly what Madmind Studio has said but it makes sense now. Star Wars The Ewoks are coming to Star Wars Battlefront II as a new playable race so you can further relive some scenes from Star Wars’ past Another race of characters are coming to Star Wars Battlefront II and also bringing a new gameplay mode along with them. At least for a limited time, but we will ignore that for now as DICE is bringing us all the Ewoks to the game and with them a new mode called Ewok Hunt. All of which will be hitting Star Wars Battlefront II on April 18th for the low price of free. Defector A new VR game is coming, Defector, that will try and let you live out the secret agent lifestyle and try not to be a Defector Get ready to be able to live out some of those cray spy movie fantasies as a new VR title is coming to give you just that and it is called Defector. Probably not the best of names to go with for a title that aims to do the whole spy thing, but maybe Twisted Pixel has some great hidden gems in there to make sense of it all. They generally are good at that and maybe Defector does not point at the character we are playing and that of who were are hunting down or trying to find. Conan Exiles Conan Exiles is looking to leave Early Access and finally come to all of the announced platforms as Conan Exiles now has a final release date set The Early Access for Conan Exiles is coming to an end on May 8th. Not because the game is getting scraped or anything. No, this is all because Funcom is finally bringing the game to market in its final-ish form and for the PS4 and Xbox One as well. PC games have had all of the Conan Exiles so far but it was all to help them get to where we are with the game and see it get crafted into a full experience as well as add a whole lot of new content for us all.
