Alters The release date for The Alters is finally set and we will be able to experience in full all of the different ways this Alters live The days are coming to a close in terms of us needing to wait to get to experience all that The Alters has to offer up to the world. Not just because 11 Bit Studios is just working non-stop on the game, but that we have finally hit a point where there is a solid release date for us to spy on for the game. Expedition 33 Expedition 33 is fully fleshed out with the final character of the team getting a bit of a highlight in the mix of things for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 It was only a matter of time until we had the final character for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 on display, and here they are. Just ahead of the April 24th release date for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, Sandfall Interactive has offered up a look at Monoco from the game. This happens to be one of the few playable characters that are not just another human in the mix of Expedition 33. Cosmic Invasion A new Cosmic Invasion is on the way to us all with the new announcement we have for the brawling game Marvel Cosmic Invasion It has been a bit since we had a good and new side-scrolling beat-em-up game, which is why it is fun that we have the announcement for Marvel Cosmic Invasion here. A new title on the way from Tribute Games and Dotemu that is going to give us that classic 90s feel for gameplay while also giving us more of the fun Marvel fights we could expect. The Alters The expedition begins with The Alters as we are shown more of the mechanics in the mix of The Alters gameplay With how much that it feels like there will be going on in The Alters, it is about time we start to dig into some of the things we will have to do. It is going to be one long expedition with ourselves out there and, thankfully, 11 Bit Studios is gearing up to give us some insight on what we will have to do in the game when it comes to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in a full form. Tony Hawk There is more of the Tony Hawk fun coming out there with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 heading to the Switch 2 as well It should come as no surprise that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is now on the way to the Nintendo Switch 2. This most likely would have been part of the original announcement for the game if Iron Galaxy Studios and Activision did not have to wait for the new console to get its official showcase, but that is a whole different can of worms. We now know that it is officially coming and not going to be part of some backwards play for those who are picking it up on the original Switch. Even if that might be the best option this coming July 11th with how the new console is being handled in the States currently and if you will even be able to have it before this new Tony Hawk remake title drops out there. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This certainly was one week of video games out there to help distract us all from the horrors of the real world once again. Not only did we get to see new horrors like Finding Frankie and Amber Alert get some highlights, but we also were able to see something for Five Nights At Freddy’s 2 and the full announcement for the Nintendo Switch 2 in the mix of all of these video games out there. Even if it does look and sound like many are going to have to wait longer for that console to finally launch out there. Expedition The next character for the Expedition is finally here with a bigger warrior here for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 The fight carries on in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and now we have a good look at one of the characters that will be doing a lot of the physical damage along the way. At least this is all based on the description that Sandfall Interactive has given us for Sciel in the game and the gameplay we have to look at for them. Switch 2 The full overview for the Nintendo Switch 2 is finally here and we also have a release date to go with all of this for Switch 2 The day has finally come and we have been given all of the details for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. No more speculation and we have some confirmations that things are as they seemed in the teaser. Like the fact that the Joy-Con 2 controllers are magnetically attached to the screen now and a few of the other basics about it. Like Amiibos will still be in use for the system and that there will be two USB-C ports, but not specifically only for charging the Nintendo Switch 2. Read More...

Split Fiction Another way to play Split Fiction is on the way with the announcement that Split Fiction will be coming to Switch 2 Here we go with some good news out there for those having issues finding others to play Split Fiction with them. It looks like we are going to have a whole new console opening up its doors to allow for more of the cross-platform play with Hazelight Studios bringing the game on over to the Nintendo Switch 2. That will require more gamers to pick up the new console, sure, but there is already a massive subsection of gamers who are full in on the platform and will not deviate so that should be an easy sell. Amber Alert A new physical edition for Amber Alert is on the way with the PS5 the only one to truly see this new Amber Alert The release for Amber Alert happened last year and then there was the console version announced for the game not long ago. All so we all can have a better shot at playing the game that MEATBREAD cobbled together for us. It has been a bit intense on the PC and some are still waiting to see how it will all flow on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch. Quite A Ride A new horror title, Quite A Ride, is on the way to us all with Quite A Ride offering up a new twist for a horror game It is always fun to see when developers try to offer up fun and new twists to genres and here we go with another shake up to the horror space with Quite A Ride. A new PC title is on the way from Goodwin Games that will have us riding on our own little bike through a dark and strange time in the world. One that could have us all in the clutches of new terrors out there is we stop riding at all. That does seem to make Quite A Ride more of a bike riding simulation than the normal walking simulation we have out there. Read More...

High On Life The release date for High On Life on the Switch is set with more gamers getting a chance to play High On Life Some of you out there might have known already or might not have known yet that High On Life was finally making its way on over to the Nintendo Switch. There was a small announcement for it a little while back, but there were so few details that it might have been a small blip on everyone's radar out there. Given that Squanch Games has been slowly getting this title out there on all of the platforms, it was always easy to understand it was coming. Dead By Daylight Dead By Daylight is getting another crossover with a very popular anime coming right into the fog of the universe in Dead By Daylight Fans of the Tokyo Ghoul manga and anime are going to need to start to get excited, as that is the next big crossover we are about to get here in Dead By Daylight. A bit of the world as well as Behaviour offering up a new Killer and a new Survivor based all around this IP. Which, I am guessing, most fans will have put together that Dead By Daylight will be getting The Ghoul and Ken Kaneki respectively in the game. Read More...

I Hate This Place The comic series I Hate This Place is coming to life in video game form with a new video game named… I Hate This Place Well, it looks like another comic book is coming alive out there with the reveal for I Hate This Place coming to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. A title that is coming to life from the book of the same name and from Rock Square Thunder and Broken Mirror Games in the mix of all of this. It is coming from a label known for some of the best horror we have had in the more indie space of things, so that is fully worth noting.
