TRON The next trip into the world of TRON is now set down with a release date given to us for TRON: Catalyst Having only been announced near the end of last year, one could think that TRON: Catalyst might still be a bit of way out from actually launching. You would not be wrong in thinking that given how most announcements to releases go. It does kind of follow the same suit here, with the difference being that Bithell Games and Big Fan Games are gearing us all up to head back into the world of TRON sooner than we might have assumed. Split Fiction There is now another way to get a friend to play Split Fiction with you just in case you have had issues finding a friend to play Split Fiction I know I have made the joke many times about how some out there might not be able to play Split Fiction due to a lack of friends. It is a game, like the others that Hazelight Studios has made, that will require there to be two players in the game. Not specifically in a way to force two people to always buy the game with EA offering up the friend's pass for it all at no extra cost on March 6th when the game lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Mortal Kombat We have a look at yet another Kameo fighter for Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns to shake things up further in the Mortal Kombat universe Well, this is a bit of a twist we are getting here for Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns. Not that we are getting a new Kameo fighter in the mix but that NetherRealm Studios is taking the time to highlight the character before they become fully available in the game on March 18th. A character we have seen in the Mortal Kombat 1 landscape already, but not in a fighting role specifically up to now. Terminator The Terminator is coming back for us all with the announcement we have here for Terminator 2D: No Fate It is really starting to look like there is no fate for Sarah Connor out there as we have another run at the IP with Terminator 2D: No Fate. A new title that has been announced by Reef Entertainment with Bitmap Bureau helming all of the development for it. All so we can relive more of the world of Terminator 2 again, but in a vastly different way than one would originally think. Chernobylite Head into the world of Chernobylite 2 with the prologue of Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone out and ready for us all to experience We are getting so many demos out of the Steam Next Fest, but here we go with something a bit different for Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone. Not a true demo, but those looking to play the game right now can dig into what The Farm 51 has dropped out there with the game's prologue. Alters The Alters finally answer the question what would happen if The Alters each played the game After so many delays for The Alters out there, we are still playing the waiting game… It is still slated to come out some time in 2025, but 11 Bit Studios has yet been able to nail down when that is going to be. That is a bit of a letdown still, but that does not mean we do not have some fun updates for The Alters as we wait for it to hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Mortal Kombat The next Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns character is on the way soon with another Terminator shooting up the Mortal Kombat universe Yet another time travel is coming into Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns soon with the T-1000 getting the highlight for the next DLC. Yet another of the guest fighters that NetherRealm Studios was gearing up for us for a while and the payoff finally coming on March 18th for those who have the game on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. All to give us yet another of the Terminators into the Mortal Kombat line while also paying homage to the film the character is from. Split Fiction The Friend’s Pass is set in stone for Split Fiction and here is a little bit on how it will get us playing to Split Fiction Since the announcement of Split Fiction, it was known that we would be playing the game with friends just as we have with all of the other titles Hazelight Studios has brought to us over the years. Darwin A new Darwin is on the way to us in the world with the reveal of Darwin’s Paradox! coming to us all I do not think that many out there had the reveal of a game like Darwin’s Paradox! on their list for 2025, but here we are. A new title from ZDT Studio and Konami that will be offering us all a new action-platformer title in the mix for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Currently, it is slated to be some time down the road, but that does not mean we do have anything to get excited about as of yet. Split Fiction New story details for Split Fiction are out there with Split Fiction diving further into character backgrounds Now that Split Fiction is coming down to the wire on when we will be able to play it on our PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, let us get more of that story out there. Not that Hazelight Studios did not offer up a bunch of stories before now, but I am guessing that EA really wants us ready to pick it all up on March 6th. That is why we are digging a little further into the different reasons that Mio and Zoe have written their stories and we will need to survive them in Split Fiction. Alters The Alters will no longer be hitting us all in Q1 of this year as The Alters is saddled with yet another delay for launch The wait for The Alters… continues as the game has been hit with yet another delay and pushing the launch further away from the Q1 2025 window that was recently set down. That does mean more wait for us but with the extra time, 11 Bit Studios should be able to get it working to a level we will all love and have little to complain about. Maybe even add in more variations for the various Alters in the story of it all so we have much more to experience on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC when the game does eventually launch out there fully. Dead By Daylight The next 2v8 mode for Dead By Daylight is here for us to try to survive within the darkness of the Fog of Dead By Daylight The streets and buildings of Raccoon City are calling us in with the new bits for the 2v8 Mode in Dead By Daylight. We had a bit of a tease last week for what Behaviour was going to be adding in with the Nemesis and the Mastermind. Now, we get to see more of that or just jump into the mix of Dead By Daylight and experience it all as things play out from February 10th until the 25th. Dream Cage The launch of Dream Cage is finally here with a look at one more of the demons that will be haunting us with our Dream Cage All the terrifying things are ready for us to lay down with and experience with the launch of Dream Cage. This is the new horror title that Hitori De Productions has for us all that places into a fractured mind that also suffers from sleep paralysis. Well, at least that is the description we are getting as Dream Cage does show our character walking about more than someone who is paralyzed. Given that they also have early Alzheimer's, this could be how things are explained away in the game. Read More...
