This Week In Video Games 3/19/18 — 3/23/18
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of March 2018 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Put one more of those weeks of video games in the bag again, as we have come to a close yet again. Just for this week and not for good that is. With all kinds of news and updates out there. Although, it did seem to favor God Of War and Far Cry 5 more than anything. We did get to see the DLC for South Park: The Fractured But Whole launch and more for Detroit: Become Human, but those other two video games sure took up a whole lot of time this week. Read More...

The Agony Continues As Agony Has Been Delayed Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of March 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Agony Another delay has hit Agony as it will not be making its March 30th release date as Agony is pushed out for an undetermined time now It looks like the creepy as all Hells, Hell Simulator Agony will not be making its showing on the most recent release date we have been given. That being March 30th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It looks like the wait is a bit longer as Madmind Studio has updated us all that it will be pushed out to some other undetermined time. This is due to the team trying to make sure the Agony experience is the same across all of the platforms out there, I am sure there is some level of extra "polish" going on as they all say, but the game has now been pushed out again. So many things went on in the year and we were glad to be out there looking at it all and bringing it to you. That and to see if all of those other rumors like the release date for Red Dead Redemption 2 all come to fruition. Read More...

The Red Goddess Rises Up Here In Agony
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Agony A new look at Agony is here and it showcases the main goal of Agony in the terms of reaching the Red Goddess of Hell We have had a nice long bit of time since we last had anything for Agony out here and here we go with some new looks at the ultimate goal of the game: The Red Goddess. At least that is what we have been led to believe from Madmind Studio as she is our way out of Hell in the game and that is what we are supposed to aim to do. That all may change when Agony releases on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 30th, but I highly doubt that unless that is all part of the big twist in the game. You know there will be those given the location of all of the events and demons being demons and all. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 8/28/17 — 9/1/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of September 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Thus concludes our week of news and updates for our beloved video games. Another pretty solid week when you look at it all and we were able to play a bit of catch up with the reviews we keep promising you. We saw both Night Trap and Life Is Strange get those treatments this week while we were still wading through the new for other video games like Shadow Of War and Assassin’s Creed Origins. Not to mention the surprise addition of Dead Rising 4 the PS4 roster before the end of this year and a lot of great screenshots for Agony and God Of War. Read More...

There Are More Agony Screenshots To Set The World On Fire
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 28th of August 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Agony New screenshots for Agony have been released and they show off a bit more of the fires from Hell that Agony will be putting us all through It has been a bit of time since last we heard about Agony and even then it was that the game was being delayed a bit to bring us all a bigger and better physical release for the game. Sadly, none of this is to bring you a release date that is being set down by Madmind Studio for the game, but it is here to bring you a few more items to look at while we all wait. I swear that the release for Agony is just as the name for the game states but nonetheless it is at least nice to get a few more glimpses into the hellish world we will be trying to escape from when it does finally land on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. This Week In Video Games 6/19/17 — 6/23/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of June 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was one jam packed week of news and updates for all of our video games now wasn't it? Of course it was. It was the week after E3 and there was still so much more to talk about before sticking a fork in it all until next year or the next big event in the industry. We did get to Call Of Cthulhu, Vampyr, and Werewolf: The Apocalypse to name a few but we also had a chance to bring more to you for Hunt: Showdown. That was all the stuff out of E3 directly too and there were so many more video games to look at and think about. Read More...

Agony Will Take Us To The Floating Forest In The Latest Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of June 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Agony A lot more gameplay for Agony has just dropped and this bit shows off a new location in Agony as well as a lot more on the twisted visuals we will get to see Before all of the insanity that is E3 kicked off there was a little stir as Agony was hit with a delay due to it becoming a larger title for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime soon. There is no blaming Madmind Studio from taking the cash they just received and building onto the game to give us a truly horrific experience and game to play through. This would kind of also explain why Agony didn't seem to have any kind of presence out at the big convention this year in any physical means. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 5/29/17 — 6/2/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of June 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was a shorter week here in video games but it still packed a lot of punches indeed. A lot of which was just to build up to E3 in just over a week from now but still we had a bunch of good and bad things happen this week. I know it was a bummer to see that Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War was delayed a few months, as well as Agony. At least the second title there had an amazing reason for the delay. Read More...

Agony Is Getting A Physical Release Now…But Has Been Delayed As Well
by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 31st of May 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Agony Horror title Agony has been delayed several months now but all so Agony will get a physical release and a lot more It seems just like a game like Agony to give us yet another good news and bad news kind of scenario for the game. Thankfully the game is still coming to us and the bad news isn't that Madmind Studio has opted to cancel the game. Not that at all. It just looks like they will be delaying Agony for "several months" so it could be a crap shoot to see if the game will actually make it to the PS4, Xbox One, or PC before the end of the year. Agony's Demons Have Been Set Loose & We Need To Control Them
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 28th of February 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Agony A better look at the demons of Agony has been released and we also get to look at how we get to control them in Agony to get around Hell Here we go as Agony's demons have been let out and now we get to see more than just a slight tease for them as we did last week. In fact, it looks like Madmind Studio has put together not one, but two different teasers to show of the demons in the game so we can all have a lot more to haunt our nightmares and daydreams. The team really lives up to the name over there in terms of the mad but don't let that stop you from seeing more for Agony as we continue to wait for the official release sometime this year for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. And Gods, there is a lot to see here today with these new demons. Read More...

Agony's Demons Are Coming And Are Here To Tease The Hell Out Of Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of February 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Agony A new teaser video for Agony shows off a few of the demons we'll encounter in Agony as well as a date for when we will see them in full action Oh the Agony and the waiting for this game to come out as it looks like a rather intense horror title poised to follow up some other amazing ones here recently. With each new trailer and bit of gameplay Madmind Studio manages to "wow" me and here we go again to help us with the time it is taking to bring the game to market. Hopefully by now you know that in Agony you are in Hell but also have the ability to control other people and some of the lesser demons you will be rubbing elbows with. Read More...

Get A Better Look At The Red Goddess From Agony Coming Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of August 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Agony Another new trailer for Agony has been released and it houses more gameplay for Agony as well as a look at the Red Goddess We just recently had some solid gameplay to look at from Agony and a short trailer that was pretty much clips of the same gameplay. Here we are with yet another week closer to the game's officially release and now we have another trailer from Madmind Studio to show off more of the horror. Well more of the Red Goddess that has been spoken of in everything we've seen for Agony to date. At least that is what we can all assume here as there are a few more human looking characters and a new demon looking thing that I can see being said Goddess to entice us even more. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 8/15/16 — 8/19/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of August 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games There we go with another week in video games down and another huge convention full of updates and news to have under our belts. Gamescom is still going on as this is being written and there is still plenty more to be given out from it. Hopefully more for Final Fantasy XV now that it has been delayed or at least some more solid stuff for South Park without all the stank. I do not envy those who had to play that demo with the reverse gas mask on. Read More...

Take A Trip Into Madness With New Gameplay For Agony
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of August 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Agony A new gameplay video for horror tittle Agony has been released and it show just how twisted Agony will be when it finally launches for us all Back just before E3 we had a look at a new horror title by the name of Agony. This would be a first-person title in the works from Madmind Studio that places us in the depths of Hell with no memory of how we got there but the ability to control other human souls and the low-level demons we come across. All of which is just to be able to scrape our way out of Hell and back to wherever that may lead. But as the name Agony states, it won't be easy and one hellish of a journey. Read More...
