by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of October 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
New screenshots for Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds have popped up to give us yet another look at the DLC coming to Horizon Zero Dawn soon November 7th is quickly approaching here and Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds will soon be hitting the PS4. All of this we know already, or at least know already, but it is good for Guerrilla Games to get that reminder out there for those who enjoyed the core game and are looking forward to this next expansion all to keep the fun flowing out there. I know I have been excited to get to travel to far-off lands and find all the new things in Horizon Zero Dawn. Just in case that has yet to be apparent in any of the past coverage for the DLC here. The Empire's Time Has Come With Star Wars Battlefront II
by Jana Lass [ Thursday, 19th of October 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
There is a new Star Wars Battlefront II story trailer here to show off more of the single-player mode of Star Wars Battlefront II we will have There has been some sad news out there for the Star Wars franchises as it comes to gaming here, but let us focus on the non-developer-shutting-down side of things and look at Battlefront II that is still coming to us on November 17th. It was not DICE that was shut down, after all, and they have been working hard to try and give us a nice title to play before the next film comes out in December. Just as I am sure EA will want us all to remember. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of October 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
New details for Dead Rising 4's upcoming Capcom Heroes mode are here and we are getting more Street Fighter in our Dead Rising 4 for free More of the Capcom characters we are going to get to "play as" in Dead Rising 4 have been revealed and expanded upon here. Of course, I mean all of this in terms of the new Capcom Heroes mode that will be coming to the game on December 5th for those who already have the game on the Xbox One or the PC, and also those who pick up Frank's Big Package for the PS4 on the same date. It is all a free update for Dead Rising 4 and will be adding in a plethora of characters for Frank West to cosplay as and pull off some of their iconic moves on the zombie hordes out there. Now we get to add a few form the Street Fighter franchise into the mix. Read More…

You May Want To Reassemble Your Team For Call Of Duty: WWII & Beyond
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of October 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
We have a new live action trailer for Call Of Duty: WWII and also a look at just where the Call Of Duty franchise may be going This is going to have to be one of the stranger updates we have had so far for Call Of Duty: WWII, but it is an update and something new to spy on just a few weeks before it comes home to our PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I wish I could say it is all about some sweet new gameplay that Sledgehammer Games has for us here, but it is mostly all about what Activision has for us to spend more money on the game and get us all to pre-order it well before launch. As if you needed further reasons to do that given that this title is taking us back to the Call Of Duty and looks to offer up some of the new things we should be expecting in future titles. We are just over a week out from it coming home and we sure have seen a whole lot since it was announced and shown off here. More Details For Hunt: Showdown's Early Access Have Been Released
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of October 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
There is still no date on when Hunt: Showdown will be coming to Early Access, but now we know what part of Hunt: Showdown will be accessible Last week we heard that Hunt: Showdown was going to be heading to Early Access as Crytek keeps up the hard work, but outside of that announcement there was nothing else to go on. This of course led to all kinds of extra speculation as to what would be in this version of the game and just what players would get to experience. We even speculated that it would only be about what we have already seen in Hunt: Showdown to date with another beast to hunt down and that being it. Read More…

Resident Evil 7 Will Be Bringing The End Of Zoe & Other Things Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of October 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
More gameplay for Resident Evil 7's upcoming DLC has been released and it looks like there is a lot more to Resident Evil 7 going on than we knew December 12th is coming up a lot quicker than we thought from before, but that just means that we will all be getting the Resident Evil 7 DLC and Gold Edition of the game that much faster. Of course, this may not mean much to those who have been waiting for Capcom to release this DLC or only wanted to play the core game, but for those who do not fall in those categories, we will need to take what little bits we can get for it all. Especially since it looks like the End Of Zoe DLC could also be sending us off to yet another addition to the Resident Evil franchise or maybe even some more unannounced DLC for the game in the future. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Shows How The Wrong Country Was Messed With
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of October 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Another trailer for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has dropped to grab more attention for Wolfenstein II as well as hint at another character we will see It is almost time to fight back against all of the horrible ideologies that will be making up Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. I am not say that Machine Games and/or Bethesda has had bad ideas for the game here, but that there is definitely a focus on all of the horrible things from humanity's past and what could have been if we did not have heroes like Blazkowicz to save us all. Or at least fight the powers that have risen since the last Wolfenstein game. All of which are things we should have seen if we have been following along for the franchise as well as getting ready for October 27th to land and bring this new game to our PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Respawn Entertainment Is Joining With Oculus To Dive Into VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of October 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
It looks like Respawn Entertainment is working on a new VR game but do not hold out for it to be one of Respawn's current IPs with a VR twist It looks like 2019 could be a huge year for all of you whom happen to be fans of Respawn Entertainment and the good work they do. I am sure you have heard of the titles Call Of Duty, Star Wars, and Titanfall so it would be hard to imagine someone reading this who has yet to find one of their titles they enjoy. Nonetheless, it looks like Respawn is heading into a new world of video games here and joining others out there who opted to team up with Oculus to bring us all some new VR content. Like some major VR content from their studio that will aim to further blur reality and virtual reality for us. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of October 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
It has been announced that Hunt: Showdown will be coming to Steam with an Early Access to help Hunt: Showdown be the game the team wanted to make After the gameplay we had earlier in the week for Hunt: Showdown it would make sense that you are all amped up and ready to jump into the game and get out there taking down these huge hell-beasts. I have wanted to do that since I first saw the game's new version back at E3 when Crytek was showing it off. With no solid release date in sight for Hunt: Showdown on any of the platforms, it only makes the anticipation that much more intense. Read More…

A Brave New World Is Coming Soon For Life Is Strange: Before The Storm
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of October 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
The second episode of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm has been given a release date and some old characters from Life Is Strange will be showing their faces here If you have been anxious as I have for Life Is Strange: Before The Storm to get its second episode then you can kick back and get ready as it has been dated and the story will carry on. Thankfully, Deck Nine Games did not make us all wait too long to carry on with the story as it looks like said episode will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 19th so we can all pick up where we left off. That or know that we are getting closer to being able to sit down and experience the whole version of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm in a lot shorter time than some of those other episodic titles out there.
