View The Legacy Of Hitman & Get Ready For More Beta
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of February 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Hitman A new CGI trailer for Hitman has been released to try and bridge a 20 year gap in story but also get us pumped for more Hitman beta action As most of us know for the upcoming Hitman game there was a nice little prologue that we get to play. Some of those who set the time aside were already able to play this "mission" as Io Interactive and Square Enix gave us a little beta on the PS4 and PC version of the game. It wasn't open for all just as of yet but it was set to show us what happened 20 years before the main bulk of Hitman takes place. It is nice to know before the March 11th date but in the end it was just a sample. Read More...

Hitman Another promotional trailer for Hitman has come out and it helps dictate a little more on the overall story of Hitman's episodic journey as well as some of the items to be used If you had no clue that the new Hitman was about being in a world where assassination is key then you have no clue what the franchise is about. Luckily for those not in the know Io Interactive has a new trailer for us all to take in to get us hyped for Hitman's eminent release on March 11th in terms of the first episode and PS4 exclusive contract. The PC and Xbox One gamers get only the core episode of Hitman on that date so don't fret too much. Read More...

Final Fantasy XV's Combat Has Huge Changes From What We Knew
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 1st of February 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV New gameplay footage for Final Fantasy XV has been released and it looks like Final Fantasy XV is deviating a bit more from the formula we once knew We had a nice look at some of the stealth action coming for Final Fantasy XV in the near future already but during the last Active Time Report over the weekend we had some new gameplay footage that shows all of that have a huge change since last we knew. Square Enix still hasn't fully defined out for us all on how it will fully play out when all is said and done but those who have played the early demo of Final Fantasy XV on the PS4 or the Xbox One may be seeing things altered a bit more. In fact it looks like the team is trying to make the game open for even non-fans of the franchise here. Read More...

Final Fantasy XV's Stealth & Magic Systems Have A Few New Shots
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 25th of January 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV In preparation for Final Fantasy XV's next Active Time Report this Saturday we have a few new screenshots for Final Fantasy XV to show off what will be covered More teases for Final Fantasy XV have come out and in this case it is a tease for the upcoming Active Time Report this Saturday where Square Enix will have the developers talk about a few unknown things about the game. That happens at 8pm PST for those looking forward to that but the real tease here for Final Fantasy XV is a nice little look at the magic and stealth mechanics that we will get to fumble around with when the full game lands. I'm sure we all knew that magic was going to be in there but stealth hasn't been a huge mechanic until Final Fantasy XV here now has it. Read More...

If I didn't know better I'd guess that Io Interactive and/or Square Enix were trying to divert away from the episodic announcement for Hitman with something awesome to get on March 11th but that is how it seems. None the less we know have all the details on what we will get if we choose to shell out all of the cash out the gate for Hitman. Let's dig on in. Read More...

Hitman Has Now Become An Episodic Title, But Not Delayed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of January 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Hitman The announcement that Hitman has now become and episodic title has been made but the good news is that Hitman's release date is still set for the first 'episode' Let the groans begin as Hitman has now become a fully episodic title as the structure is changed yet again. At least Io Interactive didn't delay the game again right? It is still slated for a March 11th release date for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC but instead of getting the full Hitman game we will only be getting the Prologue mission and the Paris location to play around with and then each of the remain five areas as we progress further into the year. Episodic does seem to be the way of Square Enix now doesn't it? Read More...

Hitman: Agent 47 Hitman: Agent 47 has recently hit the small screens of home with new content. We had a chance to sit down and break the film down piece by piece. Here is our review of Hitman: Agent 47 Here we go with yet another film based on a video game here with Hitman: Agent 47. Originally it released in theaters on August 21st of 2015 but the home version of the film has finally been released and I had a chance to sit back and take in this rendition of Io Interactive's Hitman franchise. The previous installment wasn't accepted greatly by the fans of the video game but Hitman: Agent 47 looks like it gets a few things right from the onset. But looks can be deceiving. Read More...

Rise Of The Tomb Raider Coming To PC Sooner Than Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 28th of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Rise Of The Tomb Raider A new Steam listing for Rise Of The Tomb Raider indicates that we may be seeing a PC version of Rise Of The Tomb Raider by January of next year If reports and websites are true then it looks like the wait for Rise Of The Tomb Raider to hit anything but an Xbox One or and Xbox 360 is going to be a lot shorter for us all. In fact it looks like many PC gamers will be enjoying Crystal Dynamics' latest title here as soon as January of next year if there hasn't been some kind of glitch in the system for Steam. There is still no word on when Rise Of The Tomb Raider will be hitting the PS4 as of yet but at least there is some more light being shined on the "exclusivity" of the game and when it will end. Here's Our Review Of Just Cause 3 We all wanted the madness of Just Cause 3 or just another entry to the franchise and now we have it. In a sea of sandbox titles this year who doesn't need another one right? At least Just Cause 3 has a nice little franchise history of doing things right to piggy back on. New Kingdom Hearts 3 Combat Footage To Gaze Upon In Development
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Kingdom Hearts 3 A new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 2.8 has been released only this time it houses more Kingdom Hearts 3 combat so we can see how the game is progressing The promise was made by Square Enix that we would see some new gameplay for Kingdom Hearts 3 last week and it looks like we finally had it. It was a bit later than most expected but now we can see a bit more on how the game is being developed as well as how we are going to be teaming up without favorite Disney characters and Final Fantasy characters again in Kingdom Hearts 3. Although from the looks of this none of that has happened yet in Kingdom Hearts 3 for this footage as it is a very basic fight scene with lands and enemies we have seen time and time again in the Kingdom Hearts franchise. Here's Why Final Fantasy VII Remake Will Be 'Episodic'
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of December 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy With the announcement of Final Fantasy VII Remake being multi-part Final Fantasy fans have asked for a reason and now we have one straight from the source Earlier in the week we had our first solid look at more than a tease for Final Fantasy VII Remake. Sadly this was also accompanied by a press release from Square Enix stating that Final Fantasy VII Remake would also be a multi-part experience on the PS4. As that was announced many Final Fantasy fans who have been begging for Final Fantasy VII Remake went on to express their gamer rage about it being an 'episodic' game and not the full one. That is their term not mine as I always remember Final Fantasy VII requiring disc swaps originally and I see this as pretty much the same thing as the developers work on this and Final Fantasy XV at the same time.
