Assassin’s Creed Origins Sets Out To Have The Largest World Yet
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 28th of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed More gameplay for Assassin’s Creed Origins is out there and it gives us a better look at how large the world of Assassin’s Creed Origins will be A whole lot of information and impressions for Assassin’s Creed Origins seemed to have flooded out of Gamescom with many sounding based on the similar demo shown off in the recent past for the game. I am not saying this is a bad thing here at all, but this is what Ubisoft has been bringing around so everyone can have a chance to give it all a play before October 27th when it hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. However, during the most recent event, we did get to see more of the inner machinations and scheming that will be going on with the power players in Assassin’s Creed Origins all to drive the story a bit more. South Park: The Fractured But Whole Is Getting A Bit Crafty
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 24th of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
South Park More gameplay for South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been released for Gamescom & it goes into more of the crafting system for this South Park game Last year at Gamescom South Park: The Fractured But Whole had a nice showing of the game at the state it was at that also came with a 4D experience of being able to smell the farts that were being produced. It was something to say you did and it gave Ubisoft a chance to spend more money promoting a title that was later delayed for almost another year. This year, as I am assuming, they are playing it a bit safer and, assuming, they are showing off a bit more of the demo for The Fractured But Whole that was shown off at E3. Read More...

Far Cry 5 Has Forced Baptismals & Fishing Mini-Games
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Far Cry 5 New gameplay for Far Cry 5 is out there from Gamescom and it shows off some of the mini-games of Far Cry 5 as well as other ways to save the innocent If you wanted more Far Cry 5 then you have it. In fact, we have a whole lot more of the game here in terms of gameplay as Ubisoft takes us all on an extended look at some of the current gameplay being floated around out there to show off many other aspects of the game. It has been released here for Gamescom, but as it sounds, this is a slice of footage from back as far as E3 when they were showing off Far Cry 5 during that show. None of it was seen by me personally so I have a feeling it was all "behind closed doors" or for "privileged media" to experience, but now it is here and adds in a few things that we may or may not have wanted for the game. Assassin’s Creed Origins Gets All Cinematic Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed A new cinematic trailer for Assassin’s Creed Origins has been shown off at Gamescom and it shows off some of the icons that Assassin’s Creed Origins could have mixed in Well, Gamescom is currently in full swing and it would make sense that we would get to see more for Assassin’s Creed Origins during the event given that it launches on October 27th here. It would be insanely strange if Ubisoft missed the chance to show off more for the game and they did not as it was one of the items that opened the event showing off more of the Xbox One X out there. They needed to show off just what they are capable to do there for Assassin’s Creed Origins as well as on the PS4 and PC so it makes perfect sense for now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of August 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed A new behind the scenes video for Assassin’s Creed Origins is here and it shows us more on Assassin’s Creed Origins’ Protagonist Bayek By now we have all seen Assassin’s Creed Origins’ Bayek and Senu in action through the various gameplay videos and trailers out there. This would be the game's protagonist and the eagle who accompanies him through his various missions and objective to help make Egypt and the world a better place. Kind of a hard duo to miss if you've been watching any of the Assassin’s Creed Origins coverage since it was officially announced. Read More...

The Fight Is Changing When It Comes To Assassin’s Creed Origins
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed New details for Assassin’s Creed Origins' combat system have been placed out there and it looks to shake up the Assassin’s Creed we once knew I hope that you were not sold on the previous combat systems as it looks like Assassin’s Creed Origins is going to be changing it all up and give the franchise a good shake as it needed. I mean, we have all seen some of it so far in the other videos and gameplay that Ubisoft has let out there, but now we get some solid words on just what is going on that may or may not turn you off to the new game. One of the bigger aspects being that in Assassin’s Creed Origins we are switching to a hit-box based system instead of the pairing system we once knew. Read More...

Assassin’s Creed New gameplay for Assassin’s Creed Origins has been released that show off the new tombs and we also have a massive Assassin’s Creed Origins collector's edition Here we go with another massive bit of updates for Assassin’s Creed Origins here that spans over quite a few different little areas of the game. The first we have here is a look at yet another collector's edition for the game. You'd be a bit daft to think that Ubisoft wasn't going to have multiple different versions of Assassin’s Creed Origins to purchase and pre-order and here we go with one that is fitting for the Gods on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. See Just How Assassin’s Creed Origins Will Actually Play For Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of July 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed A new chunk of Assassin’s Creed Origins gameplay has made its way online and shows us just how Assassin’s Creed Origins will play in our hands If there is one thing that Ubisoft does well it is showing off a lot of the best ways to play their games like they did with Assassin’s Creed Origins. It makes sense that they want to make sure we all see how the game should play out when we pick it up on October 27th, but a lot of the times it is not the same experience that we all have. Not due to any doctoring up of the footage or changing the resolutions that we will never see at home for Assassin’s Creed Origins. Read More...

Assassin’s Creed Origins Gets A Bit More Insight For Size & Modern Day Component
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of July 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed A new interview for Assassin’s Creed Origins has popped up where questions & concerns for Assassin’s Creed Origins from E3 are being addressed It looks like Assassin’s Creed Origins is back in the headlines again and thankfully not for any major game delay or negative news out there, you can lose any worry you had, but with news on some of the aspects of the game that have only been slightly brushed on so far. As it turns out, with no surprise, there was a lot of information for the game that Ubisoft had not disclosed with the fans during E3 and of course they all wanted to know. I'm going to err on the side of demand, but none the less the game director for Assassin’s Creed Origins opted to sit down and go over some of them with Game Informer just recently. Read More...

Assassin's Creed Origins Is In Egypt & Here's Why
by Julia Schoebel [ Wednesday, 28th of June 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Assassin's Creed Recently Assassin's Creed Origins was officially announced and it had an Egyptian setting, and now here's why this Assassin's Creed is heading there Hopefully by now the excitement for Assassin’s Creed has subsided a bit and we can get back into the swing of things. This was one of the big titles we all knew that Ubisoft was going to show off out at E3 and finally move us all out of the rumor mill and into the information mill instead. It was pretty much one of the worst kept secrets over there as not only did we all know that a new Assassin's Creed title was coming, but with all those leaks we knew where and about when in the timeline it would all be coming to us. This also included the Egyptian setting that was confirmed during their big press event when it was also announced that we'd be jumping back into the Brotherhood on October 27th on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Have A Taste Of Beyond Good & Evil 2's In-Engine Tech Demo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of June 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Beyond Good & Evil At E3, Beyond Good & Evil 2 was officially announced and now we can see Beyond Good & Evil 2 running in-engine as well as some of the scale of the game's universe There has been one title on a lot of gamer's tongues and minds for quite some time now and with the rumors all over the place it was not that big of a shock that Ubisoft brought out the big guns at E3 and gave the world confirmation that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is going to be a thing. A big thing at that as they gave it a nice, long CG announcement trailer to build all of the hype. Hype that was built so much that I ran into quite a few people on the floor hoping to see some actual gameplay footage for Beyond Good & Evil 2 in some form or another. Read More...

E3 Hands On — South Park: The Fractured But Whole
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of June 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
South Park While at E3 I was able to see South Park: The Fractured But Whole in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on South Park: The Fractured But Whole. South Park: The Fractured But Whole is yet another title that we all knew would get shown off at E3 and then we had a chance to see a new trailer as well as its new October 17th release date for the game on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That is why it was no surprise that it was part of the big showing of titles that Ubisoft had in their booth and around E3 in general. Lines wrapped the booth as South Park waited to get a chance to play the most recent build of the game and also for the first time. Read More...

E3 Hands On — Far Cry 5
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Far Cry 5 While at E3 2017 I was able to see Far Cry 5 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Far Cry 5 from E3. Given all of the hype around Far Cry 5 and the big announcements just before E3, it is not too shocking that it was on the show floor and out there to be played and experienced to our heart's content. At least as much as Ubisoft had for us, which was a nice solid look at the Heroes for Hire function of the game that will be a big push. We are now up to five in Far Cry 5 and maybe more before it launches on February 27th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...
