Final Fantasy XV's Visuals Are Like Day And Night
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of May 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV Another new video clip for Final Fantasy XV has popped up this week and this one focuses on Final Fantasy XV's day and night cycle in the game…visually As it turns out we couldn't make it all the way through to the end of the week without yet another Final Fantasy XV video to look upon here. At this rate I am not sure what Square Enix will have left for us at E3 or any of the other events leading up to its September 30th release date. Of course I jest as there is obviously a whole lot more going on in Final Fantasy XV that little clips like this can't fully do it justice but at least now we get to see how the day and night transition cycles happen here. Hard Reset Redux Brings The Over-The-Top Action To Us All Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of May 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Hard Reset Old FPS title Hard Reset is being brought back for us with Hard Reset Redux and is heading to PC and Consoles in a very fancy way Put on your "way back" hats as we have another old title getting brought back to us in a much better light in terms of Hard Reset Redux. Maybe you've heard of it or maybe you haven't but that doesn't change the fact that Gambitious isn't funding a nice new version of Flying Wild Hog's title from the past and bringing it right to us. In fact we can all see Hard Reset Redux hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC again here in short time as it is aiming to land on June 3rd. Talk about a quiet lead up and release for something that looks insanely intense. Read More...

Technomancer A new trailer for The Technomancer has been revealed that shows off the various companions you will have in The Technomancer to help you tame the wastes of Mars As it looks, you won't be completely alone when you tackle the world of The Technomancer. We knew there were going to be NPCs and other characters to populate the world that Spiders has crafted for us and even that some would be helpful. Now we get to see just how helpful as we have a trailer for The Technomancer devoted completely to just that; the companions. Not a moment too soon either as the wait until June 28th is almost over. Review — The Magic Circle: Gold Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of May 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
The Magic Circle We sit down and review The Magic Circle: Gold Edition. A game that tries to take us into the world of game design. Here's our review of The Magic Circle: Gold Edition Back in July of 2015 The Magic Circle first popped up on the indie scene for the major PC platforms. Flash-forward almost a year and now it looks like Question has been able to bring the game over to the PS4 so hopefully more gamers can give the game a go. We had a chance to give it a good go now that it has been ported over so without gilding the lily too much here is our review of The Magic Circle: Gold Edition. Their version that I am guessing they originally wanted to come out… Story The world of video game design is a fickle thing. Read More...

Styx: Shards Of Darkness Adds A Mess Of New Enemies To Hunt Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Styx New screenshots for Styx: Shards Of Darkness have been released and they showcase some of the new dangerous enemies Styx will have to take on or avoid in the game I was pretty sure we were going to have to wait until E3 to get more on Styx: Shards Of Darkness but it looks like we don't have to. Of course that is where the bulk of what Cyanide Studios has to offer us will be shown but at least for now it looks like we are getting a small update. In this case it is a few new screenshots for the game as well as some descriptions of the horrible monsters and enemy factions that Styx will have to kill or avoid along the way to his next big score. Final Fantasy XV More Final Fantasy XV footage has been released out into the wild and lets us see even more of Final Fantasy XV's world and environments we'll be fighting through As it turns out the latest little bit for Final Fantasy XV we had yesterday wasn't the only new footage we were being treated to here. As it would seem, Square Enix had even more of the game's landscapes and world to show off but stowed it all away for another update. This would be said update and now we have another three minutes of environmental fly-by to look at for Final Fantasy XV. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 A new batch of screenshots of Dishonored 2 have been released a bit before the larger Dishonored 2 that is still slated for the E3 event Last we heard on Dishonored 2 was the release date of November 11th this year and that we would get to see the game in action during Bethesda's big E3 showcasing and most likely on the floor. As it looks though Arkane Studios didn't want us all to have to wait that long and we now have some new screenshots for the game. Screenshots and a few bits of concept art that helped bring Dishonored 2 to life and soon to our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. Read More...

Mirror's Edge Catalyst Kind Of Has A Theme Song Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of May 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Mirror's Edge Catalyst A new song for Mirror's Edge Catalyst has been released from CHVRCHES that will be featured at Mirror's Edge Catalyst's opening and ending It sounds a bit weird to say that Mirror's Edge Catalyst is going to have a theme song of sorts but that is the easiest way to describe the latest update here for the game. No DICE hasn't crafted some catchy new song like all of those Saturday morning cartoons we loved but instead have reached out to CHVRCHES to craft something for them. And craft something they have as it looks like the song here is slated to be used for the open, ending, and a hidden place in Mirror's Edge Catalyst when it lands on June 7th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Review — Hitman — Sapienza
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Hitman We sit down and review Hitman — Sapienza. This is the second episode of Io Interactive's latest addition to the Hitman franchise. Here's our review on how they did. We've had plenty of time to get use to the controls of Hitman and played through multiple times in Paris but now it is time to move right along to Sapienza. That is the new location and bit of story we have here in the second episode as Io Interactive moves to expand on the game. It is also the only other location that we've seen for Hitman out of all of the ones announced. Read More...
