Here's Just How America Fell In Homefront: The Revolution
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of April 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Homefront The intro cinematic for Homefront: The Revolution has dropped online and it shows just how America fell in Homefront's skewed timeline If you were still not sure how the events of Homefront: The Revolution played out to where it is in its current state then know that we have yet another recap for you. We have a new trailer for the game from Dambuster Studios that shows just how skewed the timeline is going to be to allow the KPA to have taken down the American forces. It looks like Homefront is going to drastically different than the stated Red Dawn story that it had seemed to have taken from day one. Read More...

Change The Hearts & Minds Of Homefront: The Revolution's Populous
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of April 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Homefront Another trailer for Homefront: The Revolution has been released and this time we get a better look at Homefront's Hearts And Minds mechanic that was teased before During the last trailer for Homefront: The Revolution we caught wind of one of the game's mechanics, Hearts and Minds, but never really received a solid explanation on how it works. It was more of a footnote in the video by Dambuster Studios on how the combat and tactics of the game will be used in the game. It is almost like Deep Silver is releasing the videos for Homefront here while introducing the mechanics or features for the next video coming. Read More...

7 Days To Die Coming To Consoles From Telltale Publishing
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of April 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
7 Days To Die 7 Days To Die is making its way over to the consoles this June from Telltale and it looks like 7 Days To Die is the start of a new program from the publisher Looks like another blast from the past game, 7 Days To Die, is going to be heading to the PS4 and Xbox One here. This would be the Survival Horde Crafting title that was built by indie developer The Fun Pimps that only saw the light of day on the PC, Mac, and Linux platforms. Telltale Publishing couldn't have that be so now they are bringing 7 Days To Die to a bigger audience to help destroy the current sales of 1.5 million gamers to most likely a whole lot more. Review â Binaries
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 4th of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Binaries We sit down and review Binaries. It's a quirky little platformer of sorts from another small developer. Here's our review of Binaries Binaries is the world’s first concentration-platform game developed by Ant Workshop. This is the Scotland based developers first project. Lead developer Tony Gowland has been a game designer for over fourteen years, and has quite the list of accomplishments along with Will Morton who has many accomplishments to his name as well. I found this game to be a love hate relationship. I would power through levels and get angrier with each death. Read More...

It Is Time To Ignite The Revolution In Homefront: The Revolution
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of March 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Homefront A new trailer for Homefront: The Revolution has surfaced with a bit more of the story and tone for Homefront even though it feels a lot like stories of the past Here we go with yet another trailer for Homefront: The Revolution and this one is quite explosive. Literally here as it has been jam packed with all kinds of in-game footage from Dambuster Studios to show off just how poorly Philadelphia has fallen in the game's world. This of course is something that anyone who has kept their eyes on Homefront since the franchise popped up would know to be is "not good." If it was good then we wouldn't have much of a game and Deep Silver wouldn't be looking to get much back from us when it launches on May 17th. Read More...

Review â The Minims: A New Beginning
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 28th of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
The Minims The Minims is an enjoyable point and click adventure and here is our review of The Minims The Minims is the debut, 3D point and click adventure game from Beyond Those Hills. A new indie development studio in Athens, Greece. The game opens on a stormy night, slowly panning up to a single tree located on the rocky cliff-side. Lightning flickered illuminating the scenery as dull orange text appeared at the bottom of my screen. The tutorial prompted me to hold shift to rotate the camera and left click to interact with the tree. Read More...

Homefront A new trailer for Homefront: The Revolution has been released and it is set to prepare us for Homefront's single player and co-op with guerilla warfare Looks like we have another class to attend and this time it is learning all of Homefront: The Revolution's guerrilla warfare we will need to employ to bring down the KPA. That is that we have another new trailer from Dambuster Studios for the game and it shows off some new gameplay features that we will have on top of the normal sneaky tactics we usually use in FPS titles. Some of which make Homefront look like another huge home-run for Deep Silver to claim when the game finally launches on May 17th this year. Read More...

The Magic Circle Sandbox game The Magic Circle is heading to the PS4 so even more players can get a feel for game design, or lack thereof, in The Magic Circle's case Maybe you have heard of The Magic Circle already and that will put you ahead of the curve a bit. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Everything A new title, Everything, has been announced with the key feature of allowing players to play as everything in the game to let us have a better view from other perspectives Just when you thought that having multiple characters in a video game was getting out of hand we get introduced to Everything. That would be the game title of the next title that David OReilly and team are working on. As the name implies, and as I have alluded to, you will be able to take control of pretty much anything you can see and play as it in the game world. Read More...

Homefront: The Revolution's Goliath Edition Equips You For War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of March 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Homefront The big collector's edition for Homefront: The Revolution has been revealed and it comes with a drone inspired by Homefront that you can use at home The release of Homefront: The Revolution is still a ways out as it is still set from May 17th and you still may be on the fence about picking up a copy. It happens and that usually leads publishers like Deep Silver to throw together some great bonus editions of their games like they have here with the Goliath Edition for the next entry into the Homefront franchise. It really looks like the way that we are going to want to play Dambuster Studios' creation as it will let us take some of the action off the screen and into our homes. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of January 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Homefront An online co-op mode for Homefront: The Revolution has been shown off and the first details of Homefront's new missions based co-op mode have also surfaced with it Our first look at Homefront: The Revolution's online co-op mode called "Resistance Mode" has finally come. It isn't a huge shock that Dambuster Studios was going to add a multiplayer mode into Homefront here but now we have a nice little look at how some of the 12 missions for the game will play out. That of course being 12 missions just for the online co-op as the full version of Homefront: The Revolution hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 17th is slated to hold a massive 30 hours of solo gameplay to be enjoyed. For the most part these new missions for Homefront: The Revolution that are to be played co-op are aimed toward helping players perfect their "game" and level up but it also sounds like there is a bit more to it. Have A Taste Of Psychonauts 2's Story Right From The Source
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of January 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Psychonauts 2 The overall story for Psychonauts 2 was discussed and it looks like fans of the franchise will have some great things in Psychonauts 2 based on the descriptions With Psychonauts 2 just getting funded and the campaign ending so recent I figured it would be a bit of time before we had more about the game. Especially when it came to things like story. Thankfully though it looks like the head of Double Fine was already on the ball and looking to do Psychonauts 2 for some time now and also was planning well ahead. Read More...
