Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered Is What Quantic Dream Was Teasing
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 28th of January 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered is being released for PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android as well as looks like the big tease that Quantic Dream and Aspyr had for us Remember last week when we brought up the tease that Quantic Dream had for us for this week? Well it turns out my second thought on what was being teased was pretty much spot on as we have Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered coming out tomorrow (1/29/15) for PC, Linux, Mac, and iOS with an Android version to follow sometime soon. So I guess it is much less a tease than it is an announcement with extremely little lead in time for anyone out there to clear out their backlog a bit to give Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered a solid play through. Game Of Thrones â The Lost Lords Has A Trailer & Release Date Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of January 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
Telltale has released a new trailer for Game Of Thrones Episode 2 — The Lost Lords and with it comes the release dates So the whole theory that the Game Of Thrones video game from Telltale was going to sync up with the premier of the next season of the Game Of Thrones TV show is going to be thrown out the window. That is unless we get hit with a few episodes back to back real quick as the next episode, The Lost Lords, for the video game is slated to hit on February 3rd now. That's right, no Game Of Thrones episode for January at all as we now have to finish out the two month wait for this new episode. Read More...

Have A Nice Tease For The Game Of Thrones Video Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of November 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
The first teaser trailer for Game Of Thrones from Telltale has been released and confirms a few things that have been in question to date We now have an official teaser trailer for Game Of Thrones' first episode, Iron From Ice, and it pretty much confirms all of those 'leaked' screenshots from earlier were for the episode and the game from Telltale. Now we just have to wait patiently for the official release announcement so we can boot up Game Of Thrones on our PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and/or PC. It should still be sometime next month if Telltale is to keep their word on the first episode releasing before the end of this year. Read More...

New Game Of Thrones Screenshots Have Leaked Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of November 2014 - 03:00 PM ]
Time to crack open some wine and have a gander at the 'leaked' Game Of Thrones screenshots from Telltale Games' upcoming rendition of the franchise Just like Star Trek fans all of those Game Of Thrones fans are just as rabid and trying to find any little extra they can when the franchise has something else coming out. In this case it looks like someone found some great Game Of Thrones screenshots for the upcoming title that Telltale Games is working on for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and Mac. Up until now we've had very sly teases from the developer as to what we could expect from the game but nothing all too concrete or as to the style that we could expect to see Game Of Thrones take. The Black Glove Is Now Coming To The PS4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new trailer for The Black Glove and PS4 support has been announced from the former Irrational Games devs Looks like there has been another huge update to The Black Glove even though the Kickstarter campaign is still about $400,000 short of being funded. It looks like enough people have asked for it and The Black Glove is also slated for a PS4 release on top of the PC release already stated. Of course that is if they get funded or find some kind of outside funding if the campaign fails. Read More...

First Footage For Firefly Online Has Been Released
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 13th of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
Firefly Online finally has some gameplay footage for us to look at and judge if it will further the franchise that was killed off in its prime If you are a huge fan or Firefly then you may have already heard about Firefly Online. I've been keeping an eye on this PC, iOS and Android MMO since I first caught wind and up until now I've been a little under-impressed with what I've seen thus far. We've not had any good gameplay video and to my knowledge a rather low quality CGI trailer to try and explain what Firefly Online is all about and why the fans should be excited that it is coming. The Black Glove Is What Is Next For Those Ex-Irrational Games Developers
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 7th of October 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
A new game called The Black Glove is in the works from ex-Irrational Games developers, Day For Night Games, and they need you help to get the game finished Back when Irrational Games was winding down and people were losing jobs over there, there was a big question as to what was going to become of some of the people who didn't move along with Ken Levine. There is still not much know except that a small group from said team have now banded together to bring us The Black Glove. The team in question here is called Day For Night Games and it comprises mostly of those who were responsible for BioShock Infinite, that game's DLC, and the original BioShock. Read More...

Been Jonesing For Triple Triad? Eminence: Xander's Tales Has You Covered
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of June 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
Eminence: Xander's Tales is a new MMORPG/TCG is coming that will bring back the fun of Triple Triad and then some If there is one thing I loved about Final Fantasy 8 it was Triple Triad and it looks like it is making a comeback with Eminence: Xander's Tales. Yep, the best feature of one game is becoming the sole mechanic behind another game, at least in a close enough way that there shouldn't be any legal battles; hopefully. It's not like Aeterna Studios is using any of the assets here, just some of the basic mechanics to fuel the gameplay along to hopefully give us a story as it is also slated as a MMORPG. Read More...

See How Beautiful Oddworld: New 'N' Tasty Looks In The E3 Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of June 2014 - 03:00 PM ]
Oddworld: New 'N' Tasty gets a new E3 trailer to show off how beautiful the HD remake is looking up until now While I am not always the biggest fan of the "HD remake" after seeing the following trailer I can fully get behind Oddworld: New 'N' Tasty here. As memory serves the original Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee looked spectacular using today's standards as a guide. At least if you could take what was on our standard resolution TVs back then and properly upscale it for our new high resolution/4K TVs. Read More...
