A Few More Reasons To Look Forward To Wolfenstein: The Old Blood
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of April 2015 - 03:01 PM ]
Over on their blog, Bethesda has given us all a few more reasons to look forward to Machine Games' Wolfenstein: The Old Blood prequel DLC If Wolfenstein: The New Order wasn't enough to get you excited for Wolfenstein: The Old Blood then it looks like Bethesda and Machine Games have a bit more to make that May 5th release date seem so very far away now. Yes it is a bit of the usual screenshot fare but also, as they mentioned on their blog, there are even more things outside of that. Now the launch for it on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC seem even further away than before with just that one sentence. Read More...

OnLive Is Shutting Its Doors But Sony Is Getting Some Goods
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of April 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
Game streaming service OnLive is shutting down at the end of the month but Sony has purchased some of their tech for some reason Some of you may have heard of OnLive or maybe even used the video game streaming service over the last few years since its launch. For those not in the know OnLive was a cool litter service that allowed users to purchase and play PC games without the need for a high-end system to run the graphics at the best settings. I was lucky enough to have used some of their hardware in the past and while the controller to keyboard syncs were not always the best, the service was nice and it did what you were paying for. The Dragons Are Here For Game Of Thrones â The Sword In The Darkness
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of March 2015 - 01:00 PM ]
A new promo banner for Game Of Thrones — The Sword In The Darkness, episode three, shows that we may be seeing more Daenerys Targaryen in the game Here we are just over a month from the last episode of Telltale's Game Of Thrones and it looks like we may be getting the third in short order here. At least that would be the normal speculation as a promo banner for the third episode of Telltale's take on the franchise has cropped up. What is interesting here of course is that it proudly displays one of the great fire-breathing worms that everyone jokes about never coming. Read More...

by Chelsea McNamee [ Wednesday, 4th of March 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
Sentris, a weird rhythm/music game with a puzzle element, is making its way over to the PS4 from Steam When we hear about rhythm games we generally will fall back to Rock Band, Guitar Hero, or Amplitude. What I have here to show and talk about is another rhythm game that adds a bit of a puzzle element into the mix and it is called Sentris. Some of you may have heard about this title as it has released on the Steam service already. Read More...

Bethesda has announced that they are releasing a new prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order titled Wolfenstein: The Old Blood There is no doubt that Wolfenstein: The New Order was an amazing addition and revitalization to the franchise. In fact it was so good I wanted to play through twice not for the deviating story lines but to enjoy it all again. Well it looks like we are getting even more from Bethesda and MachineGames as they have just announced a prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order titled Wolfenstein: The Old Blood due out on May 5th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Game Of Thrones Episode Two Has Its Launch Trailer Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of February 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Game Of Thrones — Episode Two: The Lost Lords has its launch trailer released now just in time for the episode to hit our systems It feels like Telltale is a little off the ball when it has come to the next episode for Game Of Thrones. At least when you compare it to all of the other titles that they have released usually we have this kind of trailer the Thursday before a huge launch. Maybe they didn't want it to get lost in the myriad of Super Bowl ads over the weekend or maybe I am just skewed in my memory. Read More...

White Night, a new survival horror title from OSome Studio, has been announced and is coming to the PS4 in March and other platforms in April Some of you may have heard of White Night as it was technically announced back in 2013 during the Game Connection Europe show. Don't feel bad if you haven't heard of the game though as it was only really shown to the press and potential publishers for the title. Yea, White Night kind of had a small announcement back then even though it did win a few small awards but we can treat this new trailer below as the official announcement for the game. Read More...

Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered Is What Quantic Dream Was Teasing
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 28th of January 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered is being released for PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android as well as looks like the big tease that Quantic Dream and Aspyr had for us Remember last week when we brought up the tease that Quantic Dream had for us for this week? Well it turns out my second thought on what was being teased was pretty much spot on as we have Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered coming out tomorrow (1/29/15) for PC, Linux, Mac, and iOS with an Android version to follow sometime soon. So I guess it is much less a tease than it is an announcement with extremely little lead in time for anyone out there to clear out their backlog a bit to give Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered a solid play through. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of January 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
Telltale has released a new trailer for Game Of Thrones Episode 2 — The Lost Lords and with it comes the release dates So the whole theory that the Game Of Thrones video game from Telltale was going to sync up with the premier of the next season of the Game Of Thrones TV show is going to be thrown out the window. That is unless we get hit with a few episodes back to back real quick as the next episode, The Lost Lords, for the video game is slated to hit on February 3rd now. That's right, no Game Of Thrones episode for January at all as we now have to finish out the two month wait for this new episode. Read More...
