by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of December 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Video Games There were a lot of video games that came out in 2016 and we tried to review as many video games as we could. Here's a recap of them all The year is finally over and there were a lot of great video games that came out. There were also a lot of shitty ones in the mix as well. Just like every year there were all over the place and we had a chance to give a good chunk of them all a play and thus a review. Hells, we even had some movies based on video games mixed in to add an extra level of interest here. It of course isn't a list of all video games that came out this year but it is a list of what we had to experience over here in our little part of the world. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site It sure has been one cray week here for all of our video games; not like this isn't almost always the case. Generally this is when it all slows down and everyone is grasping for something to bring you. Hells, I've seen short tweets make headline news around the web during this time and we've tried to not dig into all of that. Instead we just dug in and were still able to find some great updates for Resident Evil and Watch Dogs 2 for you. Read More...

Review â Batman: The Telltale Series â City Of Light
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of December 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Batman We sit down and review Batman: The Telltale Series — City Of Light. This is the fifth episode of Telltale's take on the Batman franchise. Here's our review on how they did Here we go, and just before the holidays, but Batman: The Telltale Series' first season has come to a close and all of the mixed up lore that has been presented to us has all come to a head. It has been one interesting ride with Telltale Games' take on the beginning of the franchise and it has even brought us a few new bits of gameplay mechanics to go along with an epic story we've never really heard before. So far we've been rather impressed with Batman: The Telltale Series but now that the final episode is here, it is time to see if it is wrapped up nicely for us to want to look forward to another season or just something that should be left to rot in Arkham. Batman: The Telltale Series' Third Episode Has A Date & It's Missing A Face
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of October 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Batman The third episode of Batman: The Telltale Series has a release date and it looks like one of Batman's iconic villains is showing his face again It seems like only days ago that we had the second episode of Batman: The Telltale Series release and now we are on the verge of having yet another one release. Thankfully Telltale Games has given us a release date of October 25th as of now for the next episode to hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC with dates for the other platforms to come later. I am a bit curious to know if anyone has been playing this Batman title on the older systems lately to warrant any kind of concern on the delay for them but as of right now this is the date that we have and we can all deal with it as we want. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games One more week in the world of video games is in the bag yet again. Oddly this week started out a bit slow on the news side of things and then it seemed like everything exploded onto the scene shortly after. We had plenty of Mafia 3 to cover yet again and other, smaller video games like Sundered and Here They Lie get mixed into it all. Not to mention a review for the latest episode of Batman from Telltale. Read More...

Review â Batman: The Telltale Series â Children Of Arkham
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 27th of September 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Batman We sit down and review Batman: The Telltale Series — Children Of Arkham. This is the second episode of Telltale's take on the Batman franchise. Here's our review on how they did The time has come and the second episode of Batman: The Telltale Series is here and we get to see if the momentum from the first episode keeps going or not. Telltale Games did knock it out of the part with the first episode for me but with the chance that the story could change drastically or the gameplay could falter at any episode there is a chance. None the less this should be when all hell breaks loose in the story and builds toward the true climax in some way just as all Batman comics, games, and films usually do by this point. Read More...
