Come As You Are For New Quantum Break Footage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Quantum Break A new cinematic trailer for Quantum Break has been released and it adds some darker tones to Quantum Break with a cover of Nirvana If for some reason you didn't have a good grasp on how the theme of Quantum Break will feel then it is time to see yet another cinematic trailer for the game. I swear Remedy wants to pump out more of these then any real gameplay but seeing as Quantum Break is using a very life like structure for the characters what you are about to see could quite easily be gameplay and we just don't know it. Of course this isn't the only thing to take away from this latest trailer for the game. Read More...

Quantum Break Will Prove Time Is Power Next April
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
New Quantum Break gameplay footage was shown off at Gamescom as well as a release date for when we can expect Quantum Break to hit the Xbox One We finally got what we have all been promised and that is more footage of Quantum Break right from Gamescom this year. During the Microsoft press event the team from Remedy Games not only showed a new trailer but also showed another good chunk of Quantum Break gameplay as well as showing us the level of star power that the developer and publisher were able to get on board for Quantum Break. I am sure you'll see quite a few familiar faces in the videos below at least if you are a fan of anything in the geek/nerd genre of culture. I mean if you are getting excited for Quantum Break on the Xbox One then you will most likely know all of the faces here. Read More...

The Alan Wake 2 Game That May Never Be…Sadly
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of April 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
A new gameplay demo for Alan Wake 2 has made its way online to show us the Alan Wake 2 game we may never get It always sucks when a game like Alan Wake 2 will never see the light of day. Pun intended. What sucks more is when you get to see what the game could have been via gameplay demo and proof of concept work. That is what we have here to spread the hurt from Remedy moving on to do Quantum Break over Alan Wake 2 for their next huge title. The prior looks amazing and don't get me wrong, I still want it, but after seeing what the team was doing for Alan Wake 2 it is quite upsetting that we may have to be left waiting for a long time to see anything you are about to see hit our Xbox One or Xbox 360. Quantum Break Is Officially Delayed Until 2016
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of April 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Microsoft Studios has officially announced that Quantum Break will be coming in 2016 now instead of the original release window It was rumored and "misunderstood" before that Quantum Break was on the delayed list for titles this year. Remedy Games made sure that we were all corrected at the time and led us to believe that Quantum Break was still going to be hitting the Xbox One sometime this year. Most likely late this year. Sadly though it looks like Microsoft Studios is reneging on those statements and has officially put Quantum Break on the 2016 bench now. Read More...

Let's Get Teased For Quantum Break As There Is Nothing More Until Gamescom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 29th of May 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
Remedy Entertainment has given us a tease for Quantum Break with nothing more coming until Gamescom in August So everyone seems to be announcing everything just before E3 or, in the case of Quantum Break, telling us that there will be nothing new until a later date. In the case of Quantum Break that would happen to be Gamescom in August this year. Not too far off but for us State-side that means that most of us will have to be remote to see what Remedy has up their sleeves for us for the game. On the plus side we do have a bit of a tease for what will be shown off for Quantum Break in August. Read More...

Review: Alan Wake
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of May 2010 - 09:09 PM ]
If you follow me at all on here it should be no surprise that I have not seen much of a difference between Alan Wake and Silent Hill. At least that's my opinion from the viewpoint of the screen shots, trailers and the most recent live action Bright Falls series. I mean, they look so very similar. If you don't think so, then you should have your brain examined. Well, I was just recently able to give Alan Wake a good play through. A really good play through so I could contrast and compare between this new IP and the "older" Silent Hill IP. Read More...
