Borderlands Head deep into the Borderlands again just before we get to the new release date on the way for Borderlands 4 that is set Talk about coming in with some big explosions and things to show off for Borderlands 4, as that is what happened during the most recent State of Play event. Not only did we get a whole lot of gameplay from Gearbox to dive into, but it looks as if 2K is out here offering up something else for the game. Borderlands The release date for Borderlands 4 is now set with Borderlands fans getting their fill this coming September It has been a rough go for the IP as of late and many have been waiting to see how Borderlands 4 is going to shake out on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. We all just had no clue where the game was in the cycle as Gearbox kept on plugging away at the looter shooter. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It is time to wrap this week of video games up just as you should be doing for all of your Christmas and other holiday gifts out there right now. As long as you are one of those out there who have been buying into the season and not just focused on things like the new Turok: Origins, Split Fiction, and Borderlands 4 that are on the way in the next year. Those are all some fun video games to look forward to in the coming year, but there is not much that can be played as of right now. Borderlands A new look at Borderlands 4 is finally here and it looks like a lot of the old Borderlands fun with a lot of new things to enjoy We had a fun teaser to let us all know that Borderlands 4 was on the way a little while back, and what a way to end out the year with us getting our first good look at the game. Gearbox and 2K still have a lot more work to go into it all before it can hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC but it does look like things have progressed quite a bit in the mix of things. Borderlands Another Borderlands is on the way with Borderlands 4 getting a full announcement during Gamescom this year While it seems like it was held well under wraps before now, we have the full announcement that Borderlands 4 is on the way and coming in 2025. The writing was kind of on the wall with some of the other versions of the IP that Gearbox has been pushing out there but they took to Gamescom with 2K to show it all off. Something I am sure they were hoping would have made a bigger splash with the recent release of the Borderlands film, hence another of the clues that hinted that this was going to be an announcement.
