Resident Evil 7 Gets More 'Found Footage' & Story Details
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of August 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 A new gameplay video for Resident Evil 7 has been released and we get to see more on the story of Resident Evil 7 than we previously thought before Hopefully by now you've had a chance to give the Resident Evil 7 demo a run for its money and had a chance to see just how the game is going to play out. If anything you've at least seen some of the footage that Capcom has already pumped out there so far but have yet to explain any of the story. This would be the bigger reason why a lot of people don't think that Resident Evil 7 is going to be a "zombie" game still but more of a ghost story. Read More...

See What It's Like To Wear The Cowl In Batman: Arkham VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 15th of August 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Batman A new look at Batman: Arkham VR shows us all a bit of the gameplay as well as what it may be like to become Batman in the Arkham franchise There has been a lot of buzz around Batman: Arkham VR since it was first announced and so very few fans have been able to fully experience this PlayStation VR exclusive game/experience. Even out of SDCC it looks like only about 500 fans had a chance to give Rocksteady Games' run in the VR space a try and it has been a lot few out of E3 where Warner Bros. brought the same thing. Robinson: The Journey Will Take Us All On A Brand New Journey
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of August 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Robinson The first developer diary for Robinson: The Journey has been released and we can see how Robinson: The Journey has been crafted for PlayStation VR from the start Maybe you've heard of Robinson: The Journey or maybe you haven't. This would be the new PlayStation VR experience that Crytek has been working on that will take us into the land of dinosaurs and hopefully let us have the best experience ever. That would be the long and short of Robinson: The Journey as there still is no release date or much in ways of gameplay mechanics but we do have a new behind the scenes video to look at to see just how the game has been crafted to give us a true experience and game at the same time. It looks and more and more like a form of Jurassic Park to me though. Read More...

Review — ADR1FT
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 11th of August 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
ADR1FT We sit down and review ADR1FT. A new exploratory title that shows us some great fears of space. Here's our review of ADR1FT When I first saw ADR1FT I was under the impression it was just another serene space adventure that was a "paint by numbers" kind of design. Then as Three One Zero kept giving us more and more to look at the game evolved and looked like it was becoming truly unique all its own. Now that 505 Games has released the game we have had a chance to play and review ADR1FT in all of its forms outside of just watching nice little trailers. Here's our full review and thoughts on just how the game played and felt along the way. Read More...

Resident Evil 7 Is Bringing Back The Same Old Way To Heal Yourself
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 8th of August 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 It looks like Resident Evil 7 isn't going to break the mold with healing items as Resident Evil 7 is getting the same old stuff we've had for decades Time to mark our first bit of un-shocking news down for Resident Evil 7 as we have a look at the way we will heal ourselves in the game. Seeing as Capcom doesn't usually look to break things that already work, it looks like Green Herbs and sprays are coming back to the franchise yet again. Well less of a spray but a drinkable looking bottle but I have a feeling they will all work the same when all is said and done. Read More...

Resident Evil 7 Isn't A Ghost Story & Will Continue The Franchise
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 28th of June 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 After the Resident Evil 7 demo was shown and made available worries that Resident Evil 7 was becoming a ghost story popped up but now they are crushed A lot of buzz has been circulating for Resident Evil 7 since it was first shown to have been the VR demo a lot of us were horrified of playing a while back. More so since Capcom saw it fit to release the same demo that was on the show floor out there for every PS4 owner who happened to also be a PS+ subscriber. I've played through the Resident Evil 7 teaser a few times already myself like many others. Read More...

Resident Evil 7 Was In Front Of Us This Whole Time In VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 14th of June 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 Looks like Resident Evil 7 had been shown off to us all a while ago but now Resident Evil 7 is officially launched and coming. If we put on our “way back” hats to a time where we heard about a demo called Kitchen we will now be able to recognize it as Resident Evil 7 and that the true horror had been shown to us quite a while ago now. During last night’s round of press events we all were able to witness a new VR experience from Capcom that many in the crowd were already murmuring Kitchen. As the demo carried on it played out just as before only a bit longer only to finally reveal that it was indeed Resident Evil 7 and that it has been in the making for a lot longer than we knew. Ghost Theory Aims To Let You Be A Paranormal Researcher… If Funded
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 28th of April 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Ghost Theory A new title, Ghost Theory, has popped up on Kickstarter and it looks like Ghost Theory will let you perform some paranormal research on real world locations If you've ever had hopes of becoming a paranormal researcher but the dreams have fallen flat then let's get them re-kindled again with Ghost Theory. This would be a new title in the works from Dreadlocks and is currently looking for funding over on Kickstarter. The thing that is so special about Ghost Theory here though is that it is aiming to bring us just what I spoke about in a video game form but also in a VR form…and will give us access to go to and "research" real world haunted locations that you have also wished to visit already. This Week In Video Games 3/14/16 — 3/18/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of March 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This has been one crazy week for video games hasn't it? We had a whole load of new rumors fly out there and some huge announcements. Could we be getting Red Dead Redemption 2 and a BioShock Collection or is that just wishful thinking? How about the price announcement for the PlayStation VR that came out and then was followed up by a bundle that still greatly undercuts the competition in terms of price. Hells, we also had a nice review for the first episode of Hitman land out there for you. Read More...

The Climb Takes Us To New Heights & Dark Locations
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
The Climb A new trailer for The Climb has been released and it shows off some new caves and an alpine locale crafted just for The Climb With all the VR news out there due to GDC it looks like we get to add yet another bit in there in terms of The Climb. At least this time it is for some software that Crytek is working on and not some new hardware and pricing that will be debated for hours on end. What good is the hardware without titles like The Climb to help show things off and get players actually trying out things they may be a bit too timid to try in the first place? The Oculus hardware needs to be more than just experiences or it will fall flat after all. Read More...

It will include: PS VR headset PS VR cables Stereo Headphones PlayStation VR Demo Disc PlayStation Camera 2 PlayStation Move motion controllers PlayStation VR Worlds (disc) Update Sony Confirms Bundle For North America Looks like there was a lot of outcry about the PlayStation VR set not coming with a camera or Move controllers. New Multiplayer VR Game Werewolves Within Has Been Outed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of March 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Werewolves Within A new VR game, Werewolves Within, has been announced and pits players against each other to see who truly has a Werewolves Within… The mainstream VR hardware is still a bit off from release and it looks like we have yet another odd game to add to the list as Werewolves Within has just been announced. While the title does sound a bit goofy it does look like Red Storm is trying to make something truly unique out of the gate for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR. Werewolves Within wouldn't be a true Ubisoft game if it wasn't trying to capitalize on every available platform that it can right out the gate after all. Read More...
