A new gameplay trailer for Mortal Kombat X shows off two characters, Kitana & Kung Lao, as well as a tease for the pre-order bonus We all kind of knew that Kung Lao was coming to Mortal Kombat X when early shots from a gaming magazine hit the web at the beginning of this year. Now we have a new gameplay trailer and we get to see not only Kung Lao in action but the return of Kitana in this next iteration of the franchise. She is another character that I figured would be gracing us again in Mortal Kombat X but now we have the official showing as well as the ability to see her in action. In an early copy of a Finnish magazine it has been confirmed that Kung Lao will be joining the roster of fighters for Mortal Kombat X Just like the Kano "leak" for Mortal Kombat X it looks like print media has given us a look at Kung Lao before the official announcement from NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. may have wanted. While At The PlayStation Experience I Was Able To See Mortal Kombat X In A More Intimate Setting Than Just A Trailer. I Was Able Beat People To Death. Here's What I Thought Of The Game There was no new character for Mortal Kombat X announced nor was there an exclusive character just for the PS3/PS4 mentioned at the PlayStation Experience but the latest build was available for us all to play. This included all characters, levels, variations, and moves that have been seen up until the Quan Chi announcement. Announced during a presentation at NYCC a Mortal Kombat X comic book was announced to be coming from DC Entertainment We still have to wait until April 14th of 2015 to get our hands on Mortal Kombat X but we may only have a few months to wait to start getting some of the new story for the game and its new characters. A release date and pre-order bonus for Mortal Kombat X has been announced and it is looking downright amazing Here we have it, the Mortal Kombat X release date. We now know when we should be getting to get back into the gut ripping action and it is now set for April 14th 2015. At least in the NA region for now but if history serves the EU and other regions should only need to wait a few days until they can have Scorpion or Goro dismembering them limb from limb. Or controlling said characters on their console of choice. It has now been fully announced that Kano will be gracing us in Mortal Kombat X with three hardcore fighting styles It was all but confirmed that Kano was coming to Mortal Kombat X last week via a German magazine sharing a few screens for the character. Now, as promised, Ed Boon has full announced Kano will be making a comeback to Mortal Kombat X even though he will be a bit older and relying on his cybernetics to not die right away. A few new images for Mortal Kombat X have cropped up online and it looks like Kano is up next for reveal The internet can't keep anything sacred and fun for reveal and the latest Mortal Kombat X outing speaks directly to that. It looks like a few screen grabs from a German magazine have found their way from the editing room to the internet and it pretty much confirms Kano as a returning fighter to Mortal Kombat X. It sure looks like Kano and the brief description in the bottom corner looks to be all about his "Wrestling-Kano" fighting style. Unless this is an elaborate fake just in the build up to Gamescom. During EVO 2014 in Las Vegas, NV it was revealed that Raiden will be a fighter in Mortal Kombat X Now we can take the fighter count to at least seven for Mortal Kombat X as Raiden has been confirmed to be coming back to the franchise. Not that big of a shocker (pun intended) as Raiden has been an iconic character much like Scorpion and Sub Zero have been over the last umpteen incarnations of the franchise lore. I could be wrong but I believe he has been in every version of the franchise in some form where as some have been left out for various reasons.
