ARK: Survival Evolved Is Going Virtual With Newly Announced ARK Park
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of December 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
ARK Park A new VR experience is coming with ARK Park as it will expand on aspects of the core title that ARK Park's VR would only be able to deliver to us all We've seen a few VR experiences that give us a feel for Jurassic Park but it looks like we are going to be getting a solid on here with ARK Park in 2017. At least a version that does what the original parks were intending to do without all of the crazy need to not be killed by dinosaur's aspect of it all. I guess Snail Games is going to leave all of that to ARK: Survival Evolved given that ARK Park is based in the same game universe and all about the fun experiences and not the dread of having to outrun all of those horrible beasts. Call Of Duty A new bit of gameplay for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare has been released and also a classic Call Of Duty multiplayer map is making its way back in If you were looking for more gameplay for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare, then you need to look no further. As it seems it looks like Infinity Ward has brought us all just that and right out of SDCC proper. While we still need to wait until November 4th to see the game in its entirety it does look like we have nice look at the first main mission we will have to tackle out of the gate. Well at least a small sub-section of the first mission of Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare as the rest will be saved for now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of July 2016 - 03:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty It looks like Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare is making the rounds at SDCC and we'll get a look at the new Call Of Duty narrative coming for the game We've had a bit of Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare news and footage come out of E3 but it looks like that was only another small section as the game is making a showing at San Diego Comic Con in two weeks. While Infinity Ward may have focused more on the action and combat before it looks like this time it is a focus on the narrative that we are going to get here. Yes, Call Of Duty games have a story for those who are not all about the multiplayer only. Read More...

Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This has been one crazy week for video games hasn't it? We had a whole load of new rumors fly out there and some huge announcements. Could we be getting Red Dead Redemption 2 and a BioShock Collection or is that just wishful thinking? How about the price announcement for the PlayStation VR that came out and then was followed up by a bundle that still greatly undercuts the competition in terms of price. Hells, we also had a nice review for the first episode of Hitman land out there for you. Read More...

A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games And thus concludes another week of news in video games. Well news, reviews, and conjecture for video games but that didn't seem to have a nice ring to it. None the less it was a week of Assassin's Creed Syndicate, The Walking Dead, and a few reviews. Reviews for The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter and the latest episode for Tales From The Borderlands to be exact. We like being exact don't we. Read More...

SDCC Experience â The Walking Dead Escape 2015
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 23rd of July 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead Escape Was Back At SDCC Giving All Of Us A Feel For What A Survival Horror Game Really Feels Like Another SDCC down and another fun run of The Walking Dead Escape to show us all how a survival horror kind of game could be like in the real world. If this is your first time reading about The Walking Dead Escape this would be the zombie obstacle course that has been set up out in San Diego's Petco Park for the fourth year running. Pun intended. The quick breakdown, if you don't want to read our original write up, is that you get grouped together with a small group of other "Runners" and then set loose to get from one end of a set up obstacle course to the other all while a group of other paid participants dressed as the "Walkers" try to corner you and end your life. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of July 2015 - 07:10 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games It's been an intense last few weeks in video games and the news and I'm sorry we've missed a few recaps for the week. I blame E3 and SDCC for being so closely crammed together and there being so many new video games and experiences to have to cover. We are small but we are mighty when it comes to covering our video games. If we weren't you wouldn't have had those track listings for both Rock Band 4 and Guitar Hero Live to go through here. During the Heroes Reborn panel at SDCC it was announced that Heroes Reborn will be getting two new video games to go along with the show If you are all hyped up for Heroes Reborn to hit the small screens again in September then you should be even more hyped as we are also getting two new video games based around Heroes Reborn as well. Doctor Who Joins LEGO Dimensions At SDCC 2015
by Julia Thompson [ Thursday, 9th of July 2015 - 01:01 PM ]
The first official trailer showing Doctor Who in LEGO Dimensions has been shown to the world at SDCC 2015 and it is a great fit for LEGO Dimensions We all knew that Doctor Who was coming for LEGO Dimensions and it was a safe assumption that he was going to be bringing all of the quirkiness and monstrosities that come with the Doctor. Now we get to see them in action for the first time as TT Games has released the first official look and trailer at the character(s) in LEGO Dimensions and it is just about what you would think it would be. For now this is the closest that most are going to get to having a Doctor Who game on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Wii U. Read More...

The Walking Dead Getting A Live Performance At SDCC 2015
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Select scenes from The Walking Dead's season one from Telltale is getting the live performance treatment at SDCC 2015 As if there wasn't going to be a shortage on The Walking Dead at SDCC this year it looks like Telltale Games' video game is going to get the liver performance treatment and you can watch it right here. Granted you can't watch it until Saturday (7/11) at 8:00pm PST but if you can't make it out to San Diego to see it and what Skybound has to offer us all. I have a feeling that this will be a lot like the same event that was held for The Last Of Us only with the The Walking Dead being the story and those character/actors doing all of the work. This Week In Video Games 6/29/15 â 7/3/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of July 2015 - 06:59 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Now that we are all caught up on our huge week of video game news it is time to start flowing back into the norm until the next big video game convention happens. Or event. Or damn near any kind of information flood in the world of video games that may be on the brink. That doesn't mean we didn't have much for this week as we had two reviews, Hatred and Fallout Shelter, and all kinds of news and rumors for Rise Of The Tomb Raider, The Division, and Batman: Arkham Knight. Our official review for the last title there is on the way so rest assured we will dig in when it is a bit fare to dictate if you should make the purchase at all or still leave the game on the store shelf. The Dead Rise Again At SDCC With The Walking Dead Escape
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of July 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead Escape is back at SDCC 2015 giving all of us a feel for what a Survival Horror game really feels like in the world of The Walking Dead Looks like the SDCC tradition just keeps going as The Walking Dead Escape is making its return again to SDCC 2015. This would be the live action, survival horror experience set in the world of The Walking Dead that graced Petco Park back in 2012 and has been going strong ever since. The only difference this year is it would seem that this video game-like experience is being brought to life even more not with just the TV show but also it sounds like the other media platforms and versions are making a show during The Walking Dead Escape. Notably one of the best characters from the franchise; Negan. Read More...
