Mortal Kombat X Solves The Epic Question As Alien Unleashes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of February 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat X The fourth and final new character coming to Mortal Kombat X, Alien, has been shown off and now we can solve the great question in Mortal Kombat X over who is the better hunter The last of the new fighters heading to Mortal Kombat X has been shown off and now we have a good look at the xenomorph, or Alien, from the franchise of the same name. Now is the time that NetherRealm Studios can sit back and just rake in the cash as the Kombat Pack 2 and Mortal Kombat XL are just days from launching and we have some great reasons for all of it. Especially if you and your buddies want to keep answering the question of who would win between Alien and Predator in a fight to the death. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 2/15/16 â 2/19/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of February 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There we go with yet another week in video games in the bag. As usual there was so very much that we had to cover and we did our damnedest to make sure we were able to get to every last bit that we could. We did have a lot more on the Far Cry Primal and Paragon side of things than could have been expected but the world of video games is a fickle bitch. I'm just glad we were able to get to the Layers Of Fear and Minecraft: Story Mode reviews we kept talking about that last few weeks. That all said, now we just have to keep looking forward to the next week and all of the other video games that we are going to hear about in the coming days. Read More...

Mortal Kombat X's Drunken Master Has Stumbled To The Forefront
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of February 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat X The third new character coming to Mortal Kombat X in the next DLC push, Bo' Rai Cho, was shown off and Mortal Kombat X looks to be in for many fart jokes The third or the four new fighters coming to Mortal Kombat X via the Kombat Pack 2 DLC has been shown off at it was the lovable drunken master Bo' Rai Cho. NetherRealm Studios gave us a glimpse of the character during the story mode of MKX but now the DLC is bringing him fully to life and bringing more "comic relief" to the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. Comic relief in the terms of he kills with farts in Mortal Kombat X. Read More...

Mortal Kombat X Lets The Massacre Get Underway
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of February 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat X The break down for Mortal Kombat X's upcoming Leatherface DLC has been shown off and it looks like he has a lot to add to Mortal Kombat X in terms of fighting and awesomeness The next character for Mortal Kombat X's upcoming Kombat Pack DLC has been shown off and it is glorious. Leatherface has shown his face and variations in the latest Kombat Kast that NetherRealm Studios held yesterday. For those still not in the know this is how they have shown off pretty much everything for Mortal Kombat X to date and now with the DLC and Mortal Kombat XL version almost here for the PS4 and Xbox One it was high time to show us another character in his true form. You can see the full recap of what was shown off for Leatherface in Mortal Kombat X but if you want to save some time it is a lot of great movie references and moves for the character and he looks to be even more brutal than Jason was in the first pack. Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This week in video games did start out on a somber note but then things escalated quickly. I'm talking about the delay announcement at the start of the week and then a whole slew of new games like Conan Exiles and Song Of The Deep getting full announcements. We even were able to put a nail in the announcement of TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan and sit back and wait for that to come out now. All kinds of great news in video games and we haven't even made it into the bulk of PAX South that is going on right now. Read More...

It is kind of how NetherRealm Studios rolls as of late. This time we were treated with a nice look at Mortal Kombat X's new Tri-borg character that is an amalgamation of Cyber Smoke, Sektor, and Cyrax from the franchise's past. Read More...

Look At The New Mortal Kombat X Characters In Action For KP2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of January 2016 - 01:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat X A new gameplay trailer for Mortal Kombat X's Kombat Pack 2 has been released to show off a bit on all of the new Mortal Kombat X characters coming in this upcoming DLC The tease and reveal for Mortal Kombat X's Kombat Pack 2 characters has come and gone a while ago. Thankfully the time gap hasn't been too great before NetherRealm Studios gave a nice look at each of the new Mortal Kombat X characters in action. Granted it isn't anything like we have seen in previous Kombat Kasts from the past but it is a nice showing of what we can expect in Mortal Kombat X from Alien, Leatherface, Triborg, and Bo’ Rai Cho when the DLC lands on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime this year. Not to keep you any longer from the footage for Mortal Kombat X's new characters though. Read More...

New DLC Characters On The For Mortal Kombat X In 2016
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of September 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
It has been announced, officially, that there will be another set of characters coming to Mortal Kombat X but it looks like we will have to wait until 2016 for them You would be lying to yourself if you though that the first Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat X was going to be the end of the new characters joining the roster of the game. Even the last Mortal Kombat title before this one had multiple new characters added over time by NetherRealm Studios and that was when DLC wasn't as easy to add in as it is on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC now. Okay, it most likely was but this is Mortal Kombat X and one of the largest titles the studio has put out to date. Read More...

The final character for the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack has been released as Tremor is now playable in Mortal Kombat X as of today Today is the day as all of those who purchased the Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat X will now get their final character and DLC for the game in the way of Tremor. NetherRealm showed Tremor off at EVO over the weekend and we had a nice gameplay trailer for the character but there wasn't a good breakdown of the variations to the character just yet. That is of course until the most recent Kombat Kast where the team showed Tremor in use for Mortal Kombat X and all of his variations. One of which is something completely new to the game and it adds a great variant to the core gameplay of Mortal Kombat X. Read More...
