Two months ago the company known as Realtime Worlds announced that the First-Person-Shooter-MMO All Points Bulletin was shutting down, and being laid to rest. Did you purchase APB? Were you mad that you spent $50 on a game with 50 hours of playtime and never had the chance to play the whole time (really?). Looks like you need more than a phenomenal character customization engine to survive in this gaming industry. All Points Bulletin servers have been shut down only three months after launch. Only a month ago Scottish game developer Real Time Worlds cut its staff down to 50 people (just enough to keep the servers running) and began looking for a possible buyer to take over APB.
