I love it when I turn on a game I've already played and beaten and find that there is brand new stuff to do thanks to new content being added. But, in a world dominated by the internet is it really such a good thing now? I feel that games now-a-days are sometimes left incomplete in order to reach deadlines, and the finishing touches are just brought out at a later date in the form of patches or add-ons. In the past; unless you were on a PC; an incomplete game was rare on consoles before they could access the internet. Wii Internet channel Free! Refunds Coming

If you have a wii you have probably already recieved the notification, if you haven't been on the lookout. Nintendo last night sent messages to Wii owners that the Internet channel would be 0 points from here on out. Those folks that spent money to get said intenet channel will have the points refunded and at the end of October owners will be allowed to download a NES game from the Virtual Console Catalog. From the Website: Important Announcement: If you have previously used 500 Wii Points to download the Internet Channel, at the end of October we will be offering you the opportunity to download, at no cost, one NES game of your choice (valued at 500 Wii Points) from the Virtual Console catalog.   As a young woman trying to make it in a mostly male dominated field, it sometimes hurts to see a game that is teaching little girls the wrong thing. A new site has been brought to my attention and I am utterly disgusted. Missbimbo.com is a dress up doll website where young girls and boys of any age are given their own semi naked girl to raise her to be the biggest bimbo. This Internet craze is all the rage in Europe. Internet Explorer 8 Beta 1 Released

  Microsoft has released the first public beta version of Internet Explorer 8, the next version of their web browser. This release is primarily for web developers; others may want to hold off.
