The story for Cronos: The New Dawn is going to carry us all along, with the coming release date for Cronos: Lazarus
Get ready for the story to continue with Cronos: Lazarus before the end of the year. It felt like it was going to take a little longer than that for Bloober Team to get this new story expansion out to us, but it looks as if we are getting a video game gift a little early this year. At least for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC version of the game, as the story expansion will land on December 3rd. Those looking to play Cronos: Lazarus and the original title on the Switch 2 are still going to have to wait until Q1 of 2027, but that is not too far off for it all. Either way, we have a release date for all of this, and now we can look at just what part of the story is about to be expanded out there in the wild when it comes.
Now that we can mark down the release date and window for Cronos: Lazarus, let us all have a look at the little bit of story that will be coming with this DLC. Not that I expect this to offer up only a small amount of story for the game, but we only have a little bit of it all to share with you as of right now. Mostly, it shows how our protagonist was not always a Warden in the universe of Cronos, and this DLC will show us all how we took up the title. All while heading out into the universe with more weapons, abilities, and new combat to show how brutal the world could be. Not to mention, to give us something to play as we go through the backstory of our Warden as they go through their journey in the horrors of it all.
