Dispatch Offers Up A Few New Ways To Relive The Experience Of The Game

Dispatch

The Deluxe Edition Update is out there for Dispatch, and this update gives us all a new way to play Dispatch

It looks like those who went all-in for Dispatch and the Deluxe Edition can take in a few new features and ways to play the game again. In this instance, it seems to have paid to throw out the extra money to AdHoc Studio to get the bigger collection of the game, as long as you are down with replaying the same game again, just with some new things turned on. Not to mention, actually being able to sit down and experience all of the commentary from the cast and crew for Dispatch as you go through it all again. I mean, why not when it is part of the bigger package that you've already paid for. Even if it is a little weird to have it all listed out as "free" updates for those who already paid for the game.

In terms of what we are getting here for Dispatch, we have 2 new game modes to experience it all through. A new Storyboard Mode, which allows us to play the whole game looking at the original storyboards for the game, and not the final animations or visuals. Then there is the commentary mode that will give us all of the cast and crew talking over the game as we experience it all again. While it's usually nice to get new modes for a game, these don't seem like the biggest draw to pull anyone back into the world of Dispatch, but that's just me. But hey, if you've already purchased them, why not go through it all and experience the game in a way that was not the original intent of things. Although, I'll say, hearing the cast give further insight into things could be entertaining, but not the way I'd prefer to experience any video game out there.

Dispatch — Deluxe Edition Update

The Deluxe Edition Update is out NOW! Deluxe Edition DLC owners get two new behind-the-scenes playable game modes for free.

Play all of Dispatch the way it was first drawn in Storyboard Mode, and listen to over 16 hours of commentary across every episode with cast or crew!

How are you feeling about these new modes for Dispatch after waiting a year for it all? Will the Storyboard Mode be a good draw to pull you back in? How long into the commentary will you go before wanting to turn it all off? Will we see anything else for the game in the near future, or maybe even a sequel down the line? Let's talk it all out in the comment section of the page here. We are still curious to see how things go for Dispatch, and we'll add anything else that we get for the game to the site. Just keep on watching for it all here, and follow along on all of our socials to see when any and all of that is going to be ready for us all to experience. With any luck, that'll be sooner rather than later.
