Fight Like The Pathfinder In The Latest Gameplay For Cronos: Lazarus

Cronos

The story for Cronos: The New Dawn carries on, and now we have a new look at the gameplay coming with Cronos: Lazarus

Here we go marching forward to the launch of Cronos: Lazarus on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC. This would be the next big part of the story to the title that Bloober Team gave us before, and not just some basic DLC for us to experience. Something that we had announced not long ago, but we needed to see some of the coming gameplay for it all. Not that we were expecting anything truly different from Cronos: The New Dawn, but this is a sign that the game is taking us to new places and shooting up new enemies. Maybe we even have a few new skills dropped into the mix to help keep us on our toes in the game. Enough of the jaw-wagging, though; let us have a look at the latest gameplay that we have out there for the title.

I may have made a bit of a joke there about the gameplay that we are going to have in Cronos: Lazarus, but on the base, it does look just like more of the core stuff we had in the full game. That is not too surprising, but there are new enemies and locations to head into with all of this. In addition to all of that, and please correct me if I am wrong, it looks as if we are going to have a few new traversal powers and a way to go invisible in the game. Not just invisible, but it looks as if Cronos: Lazarus will have a way for us to drop distractions out there, and then go invisible to better set up follow-up shots. Nothing too crazy for us to have in the mix, but it does feel as if the loop can change a little bit with all of this. All as we learn to fight like a Pathfinder once more after the core game came and went out there. As long as the new story keeps us engaged, it does not matter if the gameplay is the same, though.

Who’s ready to defy the calling?

Did you expect there to be something massively different from Cronos: The New Dawn to this DLC, or does all of this fit what you were expecting already? Are we getting a few new ways to move around in the world and to attack our foes, or am I not remembering how the original title functioned out there? Will the story be the truly big thing that changes things up in the game, or will it just be something tacked onto the core loop of actions we are going to need to master once more? Let us discuss all of this and everything else that we can, down in the comments. We will have future updates for Cronos: Lazarus up on the website as soon as we can, so please watch for them all here. You should also follow all of our social channels to see when we have all of that to announce, in addition to all of the fun we get up to around the office here.
