Ferocious

The console release for Ferocious is finally here, and gamers can get a little more Ferocious out there in the wilds

The gamers who thought they were going to miss out on a different dinosaur hunt because Ferocious was only available on PC can now do a little bit of a dance. After about a year now, OMYOG and tinyBuild are ready to bring the game to the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. In fact, they're not only bringing Ferocious over for all of us to play. They've already done it, and you can hop into the action with the game launching on the consoles now. Such a fun turnaround on all of that, and an amazing surprise for those looking for another fast-paced shooter title where we get to take on these terrible lizards, along with all of the humans who are up to no good with it all. Oh, and did I mention that we can do some of that in giant mech suits? Yeah, that's now all a thing we can do out there on the consoles.

Those who've missed out on Ferocious already, well, you can have a little look at the game in the following launch trailer that we have for the game here. A new trailer that shows off how we're going to be heading to a new island that feels as if it was pulled directly from the past, with all of the ecosystems and dinosaurs roaming about. Given that humans can't just leave things alone out there, we find ourselves also fighting off other mercenaries who have gone to the island for their own reasons. This also includes all of the tech and gear, which we can also use back. All so we can survive all of the terrors that would come about with an island like this. Almost like a darker version of Jurassic Park, but with a lot more guns. I can wax poetic about Ferocious all day, but you can just have a look at the little trailer we have for this new launch a little further down. Then head into the jungles to see if you will be able to survive or become something's meal.

Have you been able to play Ferocious before now? Will the consoles be a better experience after having the bugs worked out on the PC over the last year?
