The Resident Evil Escape Experience May Be Coming To A Town Near You Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of January 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Resident Evil The Resident Evil Escape Experience has announced a national tour to bring the real-world Resident Evil experience to even more fans out there While we hoped about it earlier in the week and the first time we were able to see Resident Evil get an escape room type of experience, it looks like those hopes and dreams are being fulfilled here as it has just been announced that there will now be a national tour. At least a North American national tour for it all as Capcom has not mentioned about taking it on the road outside of the States. None the less, it looks like there will be six more opportunities for gamers to try and get that real Resident Evil feel in a real escape room. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games And thus concludes another week of news in video games. Well news, reviews, and conjecture for video games but that didn't seem to have a nice ring to it. None the less it was a week of Assassin's Creed Syndicate, The Walking Dead, and a few reviews. Reviews for The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter and the latest episode for Tales From The Borderlands to be exact. We like being exact don't we. Read More...

SDCC Experience â The Walking Dead Escape 2015
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 23rd of July 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead Escape Was Back At SDCC Giving All Of Us A Feel For What A Survival Horror Game Really Feels Like Another SDCC down and another fun run of The Walking Dead Escape to show us all how a survival horror kind of game could be like in the real world. If this is your first time reading about The Walking Dead Escape this would be the zombie obstacle course that has been set up out in San Diego's Petco Park for the fourth year running. Pun intended. The quick breakdown, if you don't want to read our original write up, is that you get grouped together with a small group of other "Runners" and then set loose to get from one end of a set up obstacle course to the other all while a group of other paid participants dressed as the "Walkers" try to corner you and end your life. A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Games, games, and more games has been the huge theme for the last few weeks. Not just in news but in video game releases. Hells, this week we had yet another two reviews (Adventure Time: The Secret Of The Nameless Kingdom and Escape Dead Island) and we have more to come. Just think what is going to happen here in a few weeks when we get all of the news out of the PlayStation Experience and The Game Awards. Only two weeks to go until we get all of that heaped into our eyes and thus our grey matter. Read More...

Review: Escape Dead Island
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of November 2014 - 03:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Escape Dead Island. It is a new spin on the Dead Island franchise all to expand the franchise but does it? None The Less Here Is Our Review The time is upon us to try and Escape Dead Island. No not to try and escape the need for the franchise but to actually play through and hopefully enjoy Fatshark's new take on the Dead Island franchise and to give us a bridge until the next major sequel to the core franchise hits our gaming shelves. Do Deep Silver and Fatshark have a great title for us on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC or is the cell shading style just as dead as the zombies we need to escape from. Here's what I have to say in my review of Escape Dead Island. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 11/10/14 â 11/14/14
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of November 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Thus concludes week one in the insanity of video game releases. We've had a plethora of titles just drop and many more in the coming weeks leading up to December. Hells, we even had two reviews this week for #killallzombies and Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare here and have yet to even scratch the surface of all the titles that have been causing a stir in the video game industry. Yes, that is a slight jab at Assassin's Creed there but we'll leave the heavy stuff for all of those other outlets who can trash talk and not worried about getting black balled in the industry. Moving on to what we did have here though in the way of video game news. Read More...

Just Like The Gameplay, Escape Dead Island Is Sneaking Up On Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 11th of November 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
A new stealth gameplay clip for Escape Dead Island has been released from Deep Silver and Fatshark Games as we lead up to the release date Escape Dead Island releases next week on November 18th for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Just like the following gameplay clip for the game that date kind of snuck up on us didn't it? It did for me as I could have sworn that we just had the announcement for the game and first looks only a few months ago. Way to creep up on us there and give us all a nice creeper title to give us another bit of fun over the video game launch two weeks. Read More...

Have A Nice Halloween Clip From Escape Dead Island
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of October 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
A new gameplay clip for Escape Dead Island has been given to us all and there are some bizarre looking zombies here If you haven't been able to catch the livestream events for Escape Dead Island nor make the trade shows in the UK then you most likely haven't seen much in the way of gameplay. I was rather blown away with what I saw during SDCC but that doesn't really help you get a grasp on Escape Dead Island for when it launches on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC on November 18th. You crave visuals and live play don't you? Well we have some new gameplay for you to check out for Escape Dead Island and it is a bit that we have yet to see for the game to date. Read More...

The Release Date For Escape Dead Island Has Been Unraveled
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of August 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Escape Dead Island has been released from Fatshark and Deep Silver with a release date mixed in It's only been a few days now since we brought you a few new looks at Escape Dead Island. We pondered on the release date for the game and now it looks like we will all be getting to Escape Dead Island on our PS3, Xbox 360, or PC on November 18th. A little late for Halloween but that most likely means that Fatshark wasn't being rushed to meet the horror month deadline for their new take on the Dead Island franchise. Not that we won't be plagued with Zombies and Aliens already during that time. Read More...

You Can't Escape These New Escape Dead Island Screenshots
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 25th of August 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A few new screenshots for Escape Dead Island have popped up online and it looks like there is a fan favorite in the mix If there is one title still to come this year that I am overly excited for it is Escape Dead Island from Fatshark and Deep Silver. At SDCC the game looked like so much fun with an amazing twist on the franchise as a whole. All that said, you best know that I would get all tickled red when a few new screen shots crop up for all of us to gander and speculate over. That is just what we have a bit lower on the page for you at that. Read More...

SDCC 2014 Impressions: Escape Dead Island
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of July 2014 - 03:00 PM ]
While At SDCC I Got To See Escape Dead Island In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It It seems like I should have had to wait a bit longer to get a look at Escape Dead Island as it was only announced a month ago but I'll take it none the less. Especially since Escape Dead Island seems to be taking the amazing universe and changing a lot of the mechanics that we are used to and changing them or removing them to fit this new take on Dead Island. Without any further gilding the lily here, let's dig right in. For those not familiar with Escape Dead Island it is sort of an in-between-quel from Dead Island: Riptide and Dead Island 2; although all you really need to know are the basics of the universe's story to be able to hop on in. Here is a look at the Assassin's Creed Experience obstacle course set up for SDCC So if you can't make it to SDCC this week or just San Diego in general here is what that Assassin's Creed Experience is going to look like. Not only do we have an image of the course but Ubisoft has put together a nice little video showing off what convention goers will get to run though all for the fun and an exclusive shirt at the end. Here is a look at all of that Assassin's Creed Experience goodness from an aerial view. I am completely stoked that I will be able to get a chance to put my gaming skills to the real test with the Assassin's Creed Experience. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of July 2014 - 03:00 PM ]
Ubisoft is setting up a Parkour obstacle course for those at SDCC to hone their Assassin's Creed skills in real life It really looks like The Walking Dead Escape started something at SDCC as it looks like Ubisoft and Assassin's Creed are now bringing their real world video game experience to the convention with the Assassin's Creed Experience. What is the Assassin's Creed Experience? Well it is an obstacle course that is set up to have participants try out their parkour skills that they would need if they were part of the order of assassin's from the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of July 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Gaming So it has been a bit on the slow side of gaming news this week but that didn't stop us from having loads to bring you. All kinds of things too. From smaller indie games to games you will be able to play in the real world instead of your normal gaming habits. I'm not talking about any of that motion control stuff that has seemed to fall completely to the sidelines. You know what I am talking about hopefully. Read More...
