The release date for Ghostrunner is now set in October with a bit of a beta coming for Ghostrunner before the end of the month Fresh out of the PAX Online reveals, we have a release date set down for Ghostrunner here in October for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Not only that, but a chance to hop into a beta version of the game a bit before we get the final build from One More Level. That will only be on the PC for now, but that does not change anything for all of the other platforms for Ghostrunner. The beta hitting us on September 29th for those selected in the process. A new look at the Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition is here to show off how things have been brought forward from the original Blade Runner game Not much has been given to us for the upcoming Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition outside of its announcement as of late. Well, as of late being earlier in the year that it was coming and heading to the major platforms at the time. It was a huge cult game that has carried over just as the rest of the IP has. Now, though, the wait is over just a bit as it looks like Nightdive Studios is ready to give us all a taste of how they are taking Blade Runner and enhancing it for us to replay again. Read More...

Two new looks at the upcoming System Shock remake have joined the list to show off a few more aspects of System Shock getting revamped We are finally back with more for System Shock’s Remake here to take in and this time we are heading into Cyberspace. Technically we are already there based on how we are reading this, but this will be the new version of it all that Nightdive Studios is dropping into the game for us to fly around in. That is how it feels here with the new gameplay where we will be shooting down all of those bugs and viruses in the space to do what we have to do. Something that also feels like it is more in line with the look of the original System Shock than the rest of this remake, and I know I will take it and love it for now. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with one of the shorts weeks of video games that we have not had in some time. Mostly it was due to the fact that there was the American holiday but that was not to say we did not have a lot to go over this week. We had the Call Of Duty multiplayer and the latest announcements for Watch Dogs: Legion to handle. Then we also had some new stuff for Crash Bandicoot and Prince Of Persia to go over. Read More...

A new breakdown for Baldur’s Gate 3 has let us all know that this Baldur’s Gate will not only give you options in your scenes but also the crowds Here we go with an interesting twist for Baldur’s Gate 3 just before it all heads into Early Access on the 30th. It looks as if the cinematics in the game will not just be some nice movies we get to watch that Larian Studios has put together. Instead, things look to be a bit more dynamic and can alter the events of the game amongst other things. Not that groundbreaking when you hear about it at first, but the version we are going to be seeing in Baldur’s Gate 3 looks to mix things up to the point where players outside of the scene can interact with things and possible ruin your character's day. We have some new intel for Black Myth: Wukong about how the game is being made and the various other things we can expect in Black Myth: Wukong After Black Myth: Wukong took the internet by storm, we all were left with a little bit to ponder on and speculate from based on what we had. It was a nice and beefy thirteen minutes of visuals and gameplay to take in but there was still a whole lot to be left to the imagination. It is kind of the way things go in the industry and we cannot always get an announcement to launch as we all like it. Thankfully, it looks like a bit more for Black Myth: Wukong is out there for us to take in and learn about for the game. Read More...

The Prince Of Persia is coming back again with the announcement of the Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time next year The rumors look like they were true and we are officially getting a Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time Remake for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on January 21st. Sure, it was being talked about that Ubisoft was working on a remaster instead, but it looks like it will be a full remake of the game instead. Something that could be good given how long-ago Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time came out but a hefty task to undertake to get it right. Read More...

New information for Watch Dogs: Legion just dropped with new looks at the game and one of the Watch Dogs protagonists coming back into the mix The latest Ubisoft Forward has gone down and we had a whole lot to take in for Watch Dogs: Legion this time around. With just over a month until October 29th, there is still a lot that they can show off and get us excited about. Something that they dug into a bit more when it comes to the recruitment process in Watch Dogs: Legion and a few more of the characters we can find out in the mix. Given that we should be able to recruit everyone we see, that is one huge list to go through but I guess this is why we get a few more styles of characters and not really fully named ones here. The first showing for Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s multiplayer is here and brings with it all the usual Call Of Duty multiplayer fun Even though we all knew it was coming, here we go with the reveal for the multiplayer aspect of Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War that will be coming with the game. It sounds odd to state that we need a reveal for this as it is kind of the staple of the franchise, but here we go. I see how someone can take it as a reveal that Treyarch is giving us a look at what will be in the multiplayer for this Call Of Duty, but it does not truly go into much of that. Read More...

White Shadows is announced here to bring us an interesting looking new platformer with an interesting looking world too Here we go with another stylized platformer with White Shadows getting the announcement for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. The next big one to come out of Headup that takes on the black and white style of visuals for the game with a few other twists. Twists like having hybrid human and animal characters for the White Shadows and a broken-down circus to build part of the world. Not a direct style we can label, but a style that has been chosen and worked well for many other titles in the past. Read More...

More gameplay for Crash Bandicoot 4 is here to show off the game and how Tawna will be back in Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time We have new gameplay for Crash Bandicoot: It’s About Time to take in and this one adds some new twists to it all. Not that we did not already know that we were going to get some solid twists here for the game, but in this one, we get to see how Toys For Bob is changing things up for a different character and how some of the gameplay tweaks will work in the game. Fifteen minutes of gameplay for Little Nightmares II is out there to show us how the two characters will meet and survive the world of Little Nightmares We had a nice little tease of gameplay before for Little Nightmares II during Gamescom and now we are back with a whole lot more lifted right from the event. Well, given that it was all online it is hard to say it if lifted, but it is the turn of phrase we are going to use here to help promote the gameplay from Tarsier Studios. It is not like Little Nightmares does not have something solid to grab our attention with and pull us in already. Read More...

More story for Remothered: Broken Porcelain is here to give us a feel for the secret love going on in the background of Remothered here One more story trailer for Remothered: Broken Porcelain is here for us to take in and enjoy. Not only to show off more of the horrors that we will see from Stormind Games but also a bit more of the other stories going on in the game's narrative. It looks like there will be something a little less dark in the background of it all but still with the darkness we are expecting in Remothered here. Just one more thing to look forward to on October 20th when the game hits the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. Read More...

The next developer diary for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest offers up a look at how the team is using their past to help build this Werewolf game It is easy to know that Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest is going to be linked into the greater universe that the World Of Darkness has set up. It kind of feels like it has to be that way as of late with how media has been going as of late, but this one has a long history that Different Tales is fully respecting. It also looks like this Werewolf will have a few other things in common with other IPs out there too. Read More...
