by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of November 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
New gameplay for the gothic horror title, Black Mirror, is here to get you excited for Black Mirror's upcoming release next week Just as quickly as it has been announced, Black Mirror is about to launch. In fact, it is hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 28th here as KING Art Games has put all the final touches on the game and we will have this new gothic horror title to experience. Although up to now it has only been a few flashy trailers for the public to see and no real gameplay for Black Mirror here. But, as you most likely guessed by now, that is until today as we have a new bit of gameplay to look at for the game to get us even more excited for the launch next week. Read More…

See More Of The Combat Coming To Us In Secret Of Mana's Remake
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of November 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
New gameplay for Secret Of Mana's remake has dropped and it gives us all a look at how the combat in Secret Of Mana will handle here With Secret Of Mana getting a full remake here, it would make sense that other things besides the visuals would be getting touched on and updated too. At least if Square Enix thought that there was the need for that, and here we go with a look at some of the actual gameplay and combat that will be getting touched on for this remake. At least if memory serves it looks like it is being touched here, but it has been a while since I played the original Secret Of Mana so I could be off. Read More…

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Is Performing Better Than Many Expected
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of November 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
In the first three months Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has outperformed than the team expected and Hellblade shows little sign of stopping Word has officially broken that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has crossed the five-hundred thousand sold mark and is well into making a solid profit for Ninja Theory's small team. This is not news that we normally cover here on the site, but this is kind of a bigger deal for gaming in general and not just the coffers of this one developer. It is a sign that even a small team of about twenty can make a title that can meet and then exceed expectations in a short amount of time and not require a whole lot of "fluff" to do so. Read More…

The Slaughter Tribe Is Ready To Feast In Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of November 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
The Slaughter Tribe for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is here to join in the fight and you can get a taste of what they will add to Shadow Of War here Yesterday we all caught wind of the new and free updates coming to Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War today (11/21/17). All of that should be rolling out there as soon as the respective stores for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC get all of those things updated for us. We would be remiss though if we left out the other DLC that Monolith Productions has for us here with the addition of the Slaughter Tribe into the mix of it all. This is paid DLC for Shadow Of War, so it may not resonate with all of you out there, but it is one more tribe that will be mixed into the Nemesis System for us and needs to be shown off. Be More Pirate In The Latest Sea Of Thieves Gameplay Video
by Julia Schoebel [ Tuesday, 21st of November 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
A bit more gameplay for Sea Of Thieves is here to show us how we can be more of a pirate in all of the events of Sea Of Thieves It looks like it is time for more Sea Of Thieves gameplay to look at here as we have the next video out here to sell us more on the game and get us all ready to dive into the fun on our PC and Xbox One. Be that when the game launches in 2018 or when Rare finally kicks off the beta for the game where we will all get to loot, sing, and shoot our way around all of the game's maps and world. Of course, this is all if Sea Of Thieves does not get hit with another delay as it did not too long ago. Read More…

Venom, Black Widow, & Winter Soldier Are In Action For Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of November 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
We have a release date for the next three fighters to join Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite and we also get to see them in action here for Marvel Vs Capcom There is now a solid date to look at for when we will get the next batch of characters for Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite as December 5th will mark the day that Black Widow, Winter Soldier, and Venom will officially join the ranks of the game. I am going to guess that the Capcom side of the character DLC will be somewhere in the near future, but for now, we get to focus on all of the fun Marvel characters joining right in. At least if there will be more DLC characters to fill in the other side of the Marvel Vs Capcom rift going on here. Read More…

Take A Little Walk In The Park With The Surge's Next Expansion
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 20th of November 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Have a look at The Surge's next big DLC to come that shows off just what would happen in an amusement park after events for The Surge occur Attention all of you gluttons for punishment. It looks like the next big DLC for The Surge is almost here and now we have a fun tease to see what it will most likely hold within. A safe guess would be that Deck 13 has added a lot more in the way of deadly robots out there trying to kill us non-stop, but if you are not a guessing human you will be happy to see that there is a bit more than that. Of course, Focus Home Interactive has dropped a new teaser for this DLC for The Surge called A Walk In The Park so there will not be much in the way of speculation as to what we will have to face off with. Hunt: Showdown Shows Off More Of Its Gunplay & Weapons
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 20th of November 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
See the weapons of Hunt: Showdown in action and learn how they have all be designed to give Hunt: Showdown a better gameplay setup If you want more weapons and gunplay for Hunt: Showdown, then you will now have it. At least in the build-up to the Alpha release for the game and little teases that Crytek has for us here. Also, a bit more after this as I am sure we are going to be seeing a lot more of these live streams for Hunt: Showdown in due time, but for now this is where we are. A nice long video showing off how some of the weapons we will be hunting with were crafted and also how they are implemented in the game. Read More…

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with another great week of video games in the bag and so much more to go on with. Even as we head into the "big lull" where everyone is just playing what they currently have or are waiting for titles that we will not see until next year, we had a good chunk of news and updates to cover. We even had a chance to get our review of Horizon Zero Dawn's latest expansion out there for you. All while enjoying what we have for Injustice 2, Far Cry 5, and Final Fantasy XV in the mix. Another Justice League Is Here For Injustice 2…For A Bit
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of November 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Here for the new Justice League film, you can unlock new gear in Injustice 2 that will get the team looking like their real-world counterparts Maybe you have put Injustice 2 down for a bit given all of the other games that have dropped here recently, or you are still knee-deep in the action and are only going to put it down long enough to go see the latest Justice League movie. No matter the case, it looks like NetherRealm Studios is taking their shot at bringing you more of these characters to you through the game's gear system as now you can unlock the gear from the film. At least if you are willing and able to hop back into Injustice 2 and take part in the Multiverse challenges to unlock them all. Read More…

by Julia Schoebel [ Friday, 17th of November 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
The release date for the third episode of Batman: The Enemy Within has been set and we will be back with Batman next week If you have been pining for the next episode of Batman: The Enemy Within to finally drop, then the wait is almost over as it is coming next week on November 21st for all of its platforms new and old. Just about when it should have been expected based on the norms that Telltale Games has for us with these titles and this one looks like it is going to be just as insane as they have been in the past. Of course, that is if you have been playing them from episode to episode and not waiting for the entire season of Batman: The Enemy Within to be playable in one shot. Read More…

Take To The Sky With New Gameplay For The New Title
by Duke Searles [ Friday, 17th of November 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
We have some new gameplay for Sky to look at and see how Sky will be the same but different from the dev's other titles out there It has been a bit since we all first heard about ThatGameCompany's upcoming title Sky or at least saw any gameplay for the iOS title. A few months at this point, but now we are back to see some new footage for the game as well as have some of the developer's commentary on just what is going on in the game. We already knew that there would be a social aspect to it all as well as the ability to fly around the world, but here we get to see just how some of that plays into the larger side of Sky at the end of the day. It also looks like Light and Darkness will play into the core of it all as well which is something we have not seen until now. Read More…
