It has been a bit since we have had any good and fun news about Funcom's upcoming MMO The Secret World. Am I right or am I right? We are still waiting for the continuation of those cool and creepy videos they were pumping out over last Summer, but it doesn't look like that is coming just yet. But instead, it looks like they are starting another viral marketing scheme to get people interested. It seems that Funcom likes to do their Secret World information in two day chunks. It happened the first go around, where they sent out a video for the game then followed it the next day with a few images and a new facts about the game. I guess why would it be any different for their huge PAX unveiling of The Secret World right? Yesterday (9/3/09) was the video, now today (9/4/09) they hand out a little more. While Funcom has stated they were going to finally be showing more of their new IP, The Secret World, that doesn't stop stuff from being slipped out to cause a stir around the net. More Details On The Secret World Wow that didn't take long for Funcom at all. Just yesterday I brought you a debut trailer for this new MMO stating that there wasn't much else stated about this game outside of the teaser trailer. That and a website that just pretty much showed off said video, and a couple of grayed out images, and a weird countdown in a weird font. But that changes just a bit today.
